They showed up on time and were very professional. They cleaned the vent and put everything back, including re-attaching the dryer vent. They suggested I use a rigid vent instead of the inexpensive accordion vent. I will be calling them again to clean the vent this summer.

It was very nice. They guy worked really hard. He was absolutely on time. I felt safe with him and he was very diligent.

They were very good. They kept the appointment on time. They came here and did the job. They were efficient. The overall job that they did was excellent.

They did an awful job. Do not hire. Waste of money. They did not clean the bathroom counter or window sills. They claimed they vacuumed some corners but there was still little pieces of fabric/Styrofoam sitting on the carpet. They did seem to work hard so all I can say is that the equipment they use is awful or they forget to clean places (and think they've already done it). There was still dust on top of the granite backsplash of the bathroom. They tried to get the job done right but after 2 rounds of cleaning the floor tile, I decided my own Swiffer wet mop would do a better job and didn't want them wasting my time. (Truly there is no point in asking them to come back to remedy the situation because it would still be bad.). Money truly wasted on them. My husband and my mother were disappointed too. Attached is a photo of the dust on window sill/ledge that they claim they wipe down for move in cleaning. In regards to the company response below: yes, my 70 year old 4'8" mother did ask for their help to put shelving back into the upper kitchen cabinets that she couldn't reach. She never asked to move furniture. Since this was a pre move-in cleaning, the only piece of furniture in the entire house was a single dining table. (The rest of our furniture was still at the old house miles away for which we got professional movers.) As part of the move-in cleaning, I was told that part of their routine was to open up light fixtures and wipe down the bulb. What's the use in wiping a burned out light bulb? I asked the company if they would mind changing burned light bulbs since there would be on a ladder unscrewing fixtures anyway and the company agreed (so i don't know what they are complaining about). (and of note: they only replaced one bulb, there are 2 more bulbs that they did not replace). My mom did ask the crew (initially before she found out what bad service they provided) if they would like to come and do cleaning maintenance on the house. I'm assuming she asked since a contractor we've used in the past let his crew do side-jobs if he felt it was something too small and not worth the company's time. There is a small 2 person literally mom and pop cleaning business that our friend uses for maintenance cleaning (the only reason we didn't ask them to clean our house is because they don't do move-in cleaning). There are lots of cleaning company's out there and there is no reason anybody would take offense at first coast home pros company policy of side-jobs. Apparently this company not only provides bad cleaning service, they also insult their former customers when they write the truth. I must say, initially when my mom told me over the phone that she asked the cleaning crew to re-clean an area multiple times (she had them clean the tile floors twice), I thought she was being excessive. But when I actually saw the poor quality of the job, I understand why she was "hassling" them to clean better. It's because it needed to be cleaned better. really wish I would've taken more photos for Angie's list. you'd be amazed. Also, nobody came by from the company to see how well the crew was actually cleaning. Perhaps that should be the company's first step towards better quality control. (I think I saw a couple other bad reviews when I was trying to decide which company to go with. The company's response was it was a crazy customer. With so many other good reviews I thought they would do a good job. But now I know those "crazy" customers were actually right).

1501 The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job. I had to call them again after a dog was ill and vomited on one of the cushions. There was a minimum charge but I didn't min because I knew the job would be done right. I will definitely be using them again.

Cody, Tyler and Mike were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond on all of the work although they missed a few spots on the porch.

It went very well, came in did a good job and left. Very simple and easy.

Each time we have used First Coast, they have arrived on time or called if they were going to be a few minutes late. They did an excellent job each time they were here, so much so that we will be using them for monthly cleaning of our home.

He called to say he was on the way. He was polite, professional, got right to work. He moved the furniture from the room, cleaned the carpet. When done, he asked if it was okay, if we wanted anything else done. The next day, the office called to see if we were happy with the carpet, if there was anything they could do to improve. Everyone was polite, friendly, a pleasure with which to work. Will definitely use again.

They are very efficient and get the job done quickly. They are flexible on changing the cleaning time when necessary. Do a good service and are friendly also.

I have been using First Coast Home Pros for monthly home cleaning for over a year. I have also used them for window/screen cleaning, tile floor cleaning, and furniture upholstery cleaning. It doesn't matter what category you need help with, they are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and thorough.

Before the work was actually done a representative from the company came out to give me an estimate. She was very polite and professional. After I decided to use the company's services an appointment was made and on the day the work was to be done two men came out. They too were very polite and professional. They performed the job as described. I will be using this company again each year to perform this job, and I would definitely recommend this company's services.

They charged me extra because they sold me extra parts. They were good but more expensive. I'm always leery when a company tries to sell me something extra. I don't think I've used them before. It looks like they do quite a few different things.

They sent only two women to clean a 5500 square foot home. There was prior construction and I needed the home deep cleaned so we could move in. The women seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work. I my opinion, it would have made more sense to send a crew not just a couple of people for such a huge job.I had to point out to them things that they had missed. I dont think it was their fault, again it was too much

I contacted & contracted this contractor just before we joined AL to do Mother's house. The team that came to the house (the estimator & the roof team) were exceptional. All were dressed in uniforms, neat appearance, and exceptionally polite. The roof team introduced themselves, shook hands (!) and went to work. They were fast and effective. The above and beyond - while removing leaves and debris from the roof that had fallen on the walkway, the young man dealing with that blew the entire driveway off (which looked like a wet leaf carpet). In addition, they cleaned the roof of a small carport attached to the house because they did not want the roof of the carport to detract from their main product - a roof that looks like new again! It only took a few minutes, but they did not charge me for it. It is an added value that makes a customer loyal. I am totally impressed with this crew and company. I expect to use their services on our home very soon. I recommend this company to ANYONE.

The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient and they bring all their own equipment and supplies. What I really like is that the same staff comes to our house each time. I feel comfortable knowing the same people are coming to my house, when I am not there. The staff is so nice to our dog too! They've been cleaning our house twice a month for the past eight months and we plan to continue using their services. We've also used First Coast Home Pros for furniture cleaning and were very pleased with the service and the gentleman that came to the house. They also offer home painting services and I plan to call them! If you're looking for a company to develop a relationship with and a company that you can trust, I recommend calling First Coast Home Pros.

They are very good. They are very competent. They are probably a little more expensive than other firms. I don't know if they have a store front or not but they've been around a while for like 4 or 5 years.

Even better than expected. The women who cleaned my house worked great as a team, did an beautiful job, my house sparkled and smelled great. I happened to be there picking up some last items while they were there, doing my move out clean - they brought me anything they found overlooked in a room or anywhere, to the door and didn't resent my being there or the I intrustion at all. Very professional, pleasant and hard-working crew. Couldn't be happier, I'd recommend First Coast to anyone!
