They spent more than 3 hours on the job. Apparently they were careful of the plantings around the house, because none of the plants were disturbed. The house and roof looked great. They pointed out areas the felt needed notice - leaving no surprises or questions after they left. I was 100% impressed with the entire job. They were there when they said they would be there - they were conscientious workers as well as polite. Great job guys! Thank you.

They worked very hard and even got all the stickers off the mirror my children had put on years ago. The house had not had a thorough cleaning in a couple years and they definitely had a lot of work in front of them. I would highly recommend them! Celine and Josie were the ladies who came to my house and I would request them again. The only complaint would be whatever product they used to clean the tile floors left a cloudy residue that I will have to wash. When you step on the floor you can see the shoe print.

They were wonderful, they were quick and they were courteous. They came out and gave a quote with no issues for a couple of different things actually and then scheduled me right away and then they were able to come earlier.

Provider was late for first appointment. Rescheduled, but needed to come back to test floors. Went with a different provider.

Cleaned dryer vent from dryer up and from roof down; they also gave air movement measurement following the cleaning.

Both servicemen were professional and thorough and offered tips to maintain the service they provided. I will be using First Coast Home Pros for various services in the future!

This is the second year I've contracted with this company to power wash my house and driveway. They did such a wonderful job last year, I didn't think of anyone else to contract with this year. They are always very accommodating. For example, I ask them not to wash the porch screens and they're very careful to wash around them. I had just planted a large amount of flowers and shrubs and was very concerned about the chemicals harming them. They assured me they would take great care around them. there was a section of the walkway where they needed to apply stronger chemicals to clean and as a result, several of the flowers right next to that area ended up dying right after the job was finished. When I contacted the company, they right away offered to compensate me to replace the flowers at my cost and sent someone out to meet with me to ensure I was satisfied with their offer. I was very satisfied with they way they cleaned my property (again!) and especially how they treated me with respect and my flower issue with concern. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to other!

Each time the team comes promptly and does a good job cleaning our home. If there are any changes in the schedule we are notified. The home office calls us every now and then to see if we are satisfied with their service, Overall, we think they do great work!

I spilled a full glass of red wine down the side of an almost new cream fabric Ethan Allen swivel club chair. It looked like a red waterfall! I borrowed a neighbor's carpet machine to get as much wine out as possible. Then I called First Coast Home Pros for an emergency visit to do the rest. My only concern was it took so long to have the service completed. I had to wait several days because they were so busy. When Ned was able to do the service, he did a great job, removing all of the stains. He was meticulous and very professional.

I called the company to clean my windows and blinds. A nice lady came over and did an estimate for me with the Angie's list discount, I was satisfied with the price, some might think that's high for just the interior windows and blinds but I knew they would have to be scrubbed and it would take some time. The two gentlemen arrived a little late, morning traffic, but called me twice from the road so I wasn't concerned. I let them in, gave them a tour and cautions about the cats and then I went to work. It took them twice as long as they thought it would, I know because they called me after they were finished, I was right about the scrubbing but since I wasn't even there I didn't care how long it took. When I got home there was so much light in my living room from the sliding glass doors I was a little embarrassed . They did a great job! Would I use them again? Absolutely! I am so having them clean the rest of my house!

Their service was excellent and they are great. They're thorough, dependable and organized is what keeps me using their services. They bring all their own equipment and supplies, I don't have to provide anything.

Arrived on time and they were very polite and professional. Worked fast to clean the vents and ensure they worked properly.

I gave them a "C" on punctuality only because there was a mixup on when the estimator was to come out. The office staff handled the mixup very professionally and graciously as did the estimator when he arrived at my residence. The estimator explained to me the various things they could do in pressure washing and cleaning the windows and what those options would cost. As I said above, I will update this review after the work is done. Update - The work was done on May 27 and I am tardy on this update but not so First Coast . On May 27, they called to give me a heads up that they would be 30 minutes early which was great. When Cody and Bruce arrived they introduced themselves and reviewed the work they would be doing per the work order which was correct. I was most impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail, and I must mention that they were most courteous. When finished, the windows were spotless, the patio clean, the sidewalk white and the dryer vent cleaned out - and most of the time it was pouring rain. They were quite helpful in returning items to the patio when done and they went beyond what was expected. I would definitely use this company again!

My husband and I were very impressed with our whole experience with First Coast Home Pros! I received very professional service when scheduling our appointment and everything was explained in detail. Our service guy Jed was on time and very professional and worked so hard to get our tile/grout and couch looking amazing! Our sectional microfiber tan couch looks practically brand new again and with three kids that is amazing! We would highly recommend the services we had done and will definitely use them again in the future!

I am extremely picky about work performed in my home & who I hire to work at my home. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros. The office staff is thorough & knowledgeable. I needed tile cleaned and the grout sealed. I had a few questions & they had me email them a photo of the tile so we could accurately know in advance what the outcome would be. The estimate was accurate. The persons in the office and in my home seemed to truly be interested in my floors & providing excellent, timely, & professional service. They delivered service that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely contact them for any jobs needed throughout the home.
