The service was great. We had no complaints at the end of it. The team was pretty awesome. They were pretty proactive as far as letting us know exactly what they were going to do and how to prepare for them to come. I was pleased with that. It was definitely worth the price.

It was fast and efficient. The young men were in uniforms which I see is a plus. They looked, sounded and acted professionally. They came, did the job and left. No dawdling. The price included both the inside cleaning and the outside cleaning. I found from reading descriptions on Angie's List that some providers only do the inside cleaning with the outside cleaning which means going on the roof included with an extra charge. This price charged included the complete cleaning.

First Coast Home Pros was very responsive when I called. They came out and provided an estimate right away and were willing to accommodate the timeframe we needed. They did a good job. Our only complaint would have been the price. The cleaning alone was $400 of the $500 we spent. We do realize that deep cleaning is more expensive than regular house cleaning especially considering that we have plant shelves that had to be cleaned. At the same time, our house isn't that big (right at 1,500 square feet) which makes $400 seem a little expensive. As far as the dryer vent cleaning went, I believe the price was fair and the dryer does seem to be drying the clothes faster. We've used First Coast Home Pros in the past to clean our screened in porch so this was our second time using them. We will probably use them again in the future but may try to negotiate the price in advance if we have any concerns.

I gave a more extensive recommendation in the past and just wanted to post again since this one of the best companies I have dealt with in the Jacksonville, Fl area. They started helping us at our condo, then did a clean out for us when we moved and they have been with us at our new home for 2,5 years. I love this little company! They are on the ball, reliable and responsible.

They had to return to get some sidewalk black algae spots that were missed the initial trip. Did a great job. Also they have excellent customer service followup!

In the newer bathroom, it looks like new. In the other bathroom, which has original 1966 1"x1" tile, it looks much improved. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The girls are always punctual (or will call if they are running a little late). They do a very thorough job from top to bottom, and are careful with our "stuff". The team leader is quite particular and makes sure the job is done properly. If there's anything that requires specific attention on one of the visits, they are more than happy to attend to it. The girls are very sweet and accommodating to my two little dogs (who are always excited to see their visitors!) The office will call occasionally for any feedback I may have on the service that has been provided. I am very satisfied with the cleaning service, and am impressed with the professionalism of the company as a whole. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros for their cleaning service!

The windows were so clean after the crew was done, they sparkled and took years off the house's appearance. It was lovely to have a sparkly clean house as well. Note - the approximate cost of service is just that. I have put off doing the review and now cannot recall how much the services were.

Overall Home Pros did a great job. I had two separate jobs done by them meaning two different crews. The first was the general house cleaning. They were punctual and extremely professional. The second crew cleaned the carpets, grout and tile including sealing the grout/tile. Again they were prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Home Pros to my friends. Their pricing was competitive and their service responsiveness was outstanding.

David and Tyler did a good job of cleaning my GE Dryer. I asked them to be very careful as the roof and dryer vent are brand new. They did a wonderful clean-up job behind and beneath the dryer. Not only did they vacuum, they washed the floor where the dryer stands. I appreciated their thoroughness and courtesy. Will use FC Home Pros again! Great Service!

We called and left a voice mail over the weekend asking for serve. I called again on Tuesday, when I had not heard back. Dottie, was very good about setting up an appointment as quick as she could that week. We initially desired a thorough DEEP cleaning of our home. This was needed because the family member in charge of cleaning has been injured and unable to do the regular cleaning and household chores. However, we were unable to be scheduled for a deep cleaning until the beginning of OCTOBER; so, unable to wait that long, we scheduled a maintenance cleaning. Given the build-up that had amassed, I was worried about only being scheduled for a two-hour slot. There were a few smudges left on the wood floors upstairs and downstairs -- in the high traffic areas -- we have a puppy. But, over all, we were incredibly satisfied and will absolutely be using the service again.

First Coast Home Pros scheduled and appointment to provide an estimate. Even I was running late First Coast Home Pros waited about 15 minutes for me to arrive. A+. Thank you. However, once I received the estimate, the weekly house cleaning was priced almost $50 higher than the company have been using before. This would have been acceptable. as I assumed their service will be much better. When I tried to schedule the weekly housecleaning First Coast Home Pros told me that they were booked out weeks in advance and they did not have a morning spot available, but said they would call me back when they will have an opening. That took about 3 days. Then I was told, they could schedule me for the window cleaning in late September and could start cleaning my house around the same time, about 7 weeks out. I am glad that they stay busy, but seriously - 7 weeks out for a weekly cleaning service. That's not professional for my taste. So, I decided to continue with another "highly recommended provider" on Angies list and they were able to accommodate my weekly house cleaning within a few days and; the price was $50 less expensive. They have been doing an excellent job. If I had known that they are booked out for almost two month in advance, I would have never asked for an estimate. Please, First Coast Home Pros, mention that to your customers when you provide estimates. Thanks.

Good communication on what to expect and helping to schedule an appointment. They were professional, hardly knew they were at the house, and efficient.

The guys arrived right on time, were very professional and polite and worked nonstop until the job was completed. When I asked them about dryer vent cleaning, they offered to do it for us while they were onsite even though that wasn't on the original work request. They also cleaned up after themselves before they left. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the new screen. We will definitely use this company again!

They were excellent. The gentlemen were prompt, they were courteous, they did the work efficiently, and they cleaned up everything before they left. They were very polite young men. They were right here on the dot of 10 o clock, which was when they were supposed to be here. They were dressed very neatly, and they were clean. It was a delight working for them.

The guys arrived promptly on time and ready to get to work. They were very friendly and social, as well as very professional. No one ever used bad language on our premises, or made any out-of-the way gestures. (This is the third time we have used their services, and keep hiring them back because the work is more than satisfactory and the price is satisfactory.)

Two young men came out & cleaned dryer vent. Found my vent had become disconnected, totally repaired it for no additional charge. Cleaned entire vent, dryer is running much more efficient. Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend them. I will be hiring them back to clean my outside windows soon!
