Bonnie and Shelly the employees sent to do the work were friendly, professional and very good at what they do. They worked very hard and used their time effectively with great attention to the detail of the cleaning. I could not be happier. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone seeking similar services.

These guys are great! They show up on time, do an excellent job for a fair price. They cleaned all of our gutters out, both stories. We are using them again already. Just an FYI, if you are going to clean your gutters, wait until all the leaves have fallen, like January or February.

They're all "A" across the board. I would absolutely use them again. They also put in a Teflon coating, if you fill something on it, it doesn't soak into the carpet. It was wonderful. I also use them for my windows, gutters, and pressure washing. They're just a real topnotch company and the people coming are always outstanding. They're very nice and do a great job.

I had been wanting to pressure wash my driveway, it had not been cleaned in years and was quite dirty. At the time my pressure washer was needing repair, and I did not have the brush used to clean driveways. I had called to get prices on how much it would be to rent the needed equipment, then I called several places to get estimates to have it cleaned. First Coast Home Pros. had the best initial price. So I set up a time for them to come by to give me a final quote to pressure wash my driveway and to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen and two bathrooms. Their representative was at my house at the scheduled time. Very nice and professional. She took all the measurements outside and inside, then broke down the quotes exactly as I needed. All pricing was good and as expected, especially the pressure washing. I could not have rented the equipment and done it my self any cheaper. We set a date for them to do my driveway, I did not need to be there. Even though it was dark by the time I came home day of cleaning I could tell they did a good job. I was especially pleased the next morning to see what a great job they did. Everyone comments on how great my driveway looks now. First Coast Home Pros are great people to deal with. They are in constant communication with you before, during, and after the job. I strongly recommend them and will be using them in future.

The tech, Chad, was very friendly and personable. He worked quickly and efficiently and was understanding of me needing to leave while he did the cleaning. He got all the concerning spots out of the carpet. The service took about an hour from start to finish.

Mirranda and Bonnie came today to clean my house and I just have to post a thank you to them. Mirranda called and made sure I was expecting them and they arrived exactly when she said they would. She and Bonnie were friendly, happy and professional as they performed their magic. They listened to what I wanted done, showed me the invoice at the beginning so I knew what the cost was and then went to work. The house shines, the mirrors sparkle, the floors are beautiful again and best of all - the shower is spotless. I sent them off with Christmas cookies and am sitting here smiling as I enjoy my clean house, just in time for Christmas.

Setting up the appointment and their timeliness was spot on, their staff is always so willing to help. The 2 guys that showed up were professional and friendly and got right to work and didnt stop until finished. They did all the windows and screens inside and out in about a quarter of the time it would have taken my husband and me to do both stories of our house. I am impressed with the product they used as it does seem to be repelling the rain since they cleaned. First Coast also stripped and cleaned my slate floors earlier in the year that too was a job very well done. Although I understand the necessity, I'm not crazy about having to pay $40 for an out of area charge, when I know the time it takes to travel to beach, Mandarin and other areas takes longer because of traffic and lights, the distance to Nassau county is further but virtually no traffic. I called the company on Friday afternoon 12 /12/2014. They scheduled for the following Monday. They called to let me know that they running a little late, but they were only 20 minutes past my appointment time. The two young men were dressed professionally and went right to work. They finished the job in about an hour and filled four black construction bags of debris. Since I am 65 and have an artificial hip, this company was an answered prayer. FIVE STARS.

First Coast Home Pro sent a representative, Carolyn out immediately to give a firm price for the work. We booked a date in mid-December for the work to be done. I told Carolyn my plight about getting the work down earlier. While she said they seldom got cancelations, she said she would ask scheduling to call me if one came up. My first thought was .... Yeah, right, but sure enough First Coast Home Pro called and set up an earlier schedule. Dave, Dave and Corey worked quickly and thoroughly. The windows were really dirty (we live across from the ocean). They did a great job and left an hour before the deadline. Thanks, Angie. This was a nice experience.

Everything went great - from the initial visit & estimate for work, to the completion of the job. All staff were prompt & polite, and very accommodating to working around our needs for our pets during the process. They went out of their way to do a thorough & complete cleaning of all surfaces despite some serious build-up of dirt & mold. Their price was reasonable & I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone. I view them as a special resource for all general cleaning & home services for my needs in the future.

Jed Duffey arrived on time and ready to work. He worked at a steady pace completing the requested work in about two and a half hours. The job was professional. Jed is a friendly, polite and thorough worker. I will use this company again.

Chad did the cleaning. He was very nice and worked really hard. House came out really good. Bathrooms had a few issues. I still would hire again. Overall very good job.

I wasn't pleased with the service and called the owner. I offered to pay a reduced amount but he insisted on refunding my entire cost. That was a classy and professional move. It's that kind of behavior that makes an impression.

It has been a pleasure working with this company. We were not completely satisfied after the cleaning was done but they quickly sent someone out to assess the areas and make sure we were happy with the results. They are very responsive and professional. Will certainly use them again in the future.

They were professional. They stuck to what they said they would. They brought us an invoice. Scheduling an appointment was good. They could have done a better job on their clean up.

We had moved out of our house while a flooring contractor removed about 1800 square feet of tile and replaced it with hardwood. The contractor had promised to use plastic sheets and tape to seal the cabinets, closets, and bathrooms where we had stored a lot of our household goods. Unfortunately, he failed to to an adequate job and pretty much everything in the house was covered in a heavy layer of dust from tile/thin set/grout removal. I called First Coast Home Pros based on reviews on Angie's List and on our previous experience when we had them redo our dryer vent. They sent someone out right away to give us the estimate which I thought was fair when considering all that needed to be done. The ladies that did the cleaning arrived promptly and went to work immediately. They were polite and professional in every way. They stayed until the job was done--I can't believe they finished in one day! In short. They did a great job and we will definitely use them in the future.

The two young women who arrived were congenial, willing, and industrious. Unfortunately, unlike previous times I have used First Coast Home Pros, afterwards I found dust in the living room and bedroom and some dirt behind objects that had not been moved in the kitchen. I will use the service again, but was a bit disappointed that the cleaning was not as thorough as previously.
