Our technician, Tom Nihan, did a first rate job. He was professional, courteous, hardworking, and pleasant to deal with. I recommend him strongly.

I was looking to have some screens repaired/replaced on the roof of my patio that were damaged by a tree cutter who had attempted to repair them twice (unsuccessfully, because he had damaged the frame). FCHP responded quickly to my inquiry, came out, did a thorough inspection and provided affordable estimates for both replacing the screen panels that needed replacement and the portions of damaged frame. The installer was able to come early, was friendly and was able to fix the frame with fewer pieces than estimated. I'd already paid but was issued a refund by the next day.

Went great. Ronnie and Chase got right to work, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up everything, and did their usual awesome job. Will have them back next time, when needed.

I have used First Coast Home Pros for several years now. They provide biweekly housecleaning services for us and have always done a good job. They have also provided dryer vent cleaning, grout cleaning and restoration as well as window cleaning services. They have never disappointed us

Dog had gotten sick. Cleaned up the best I could than called for cleaning. They scheduled a cleaning promptly and cleaned it very well. He moved the larger furniture and placed foam pieces under the legs when he moved the furniture back. Excellent.

The dryer vent cleaning crew came to my home last year and they were also very pleasant and professional. They educated me on duct cleaning and did not perform unnecessary services.

First Coast Home Pros have been providing yearly Spring-time exterior home maintenance for me for approximately 6 years and do superb work. As a single, senior woman, I decided this year to ask them for monthly housekeeping services also to enable me to better and more easily care for the interior of my home. A team of two women comes for 2 hours to do some of the heaviest house cleaning and they do an awesome job. Tracy (team leader since the service started for me) and Deb were the most recent team and the teams have all been professional, punctual, pleasant, proficient, and highly effective. The team has always left my home practically gleaming, smelling so clean, and so easy for me to maintain until the next visit. I have appreciated my association with First Coast Home Pros personnel over the years and prize the new housekeeping service. I would recommend them highly.

Sergio was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and teach us about some dryer maintenance tips that we had no idea about. Considering how well this service call went, I would definitely recommend them and would consider using the other services they provide as well. Dryer vent went from pushing around 1100 psi of air to over 2300 psi. Our dryer was finally drying clothes in one cycle instead of 2-3.

Xavier did a great job. He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The carpets had some stains but he was able to make them look much better than I had expected. Very pleased with the job done.

We were disappointed that after years with the same team leader from First Coast Home Pros she decided to make a change. We were used to on-time appointments, great communication and a very clean house when her team was done. Happily, we can report that First Coast Home Pros did not miss a step. Our new regular team led by Taylor has shown us that FCHP's hiring, training, enthusiasm and pride are consistent for all the team members that have come to our house. Very well. They did a good exterior wash job. I would hire and recommend them again.

A 4 person team showed up at 1p and wrapped up at 6p. They did an outstanding of detailed cleaning. Everything from cleaning ceiling fans to wiping down every baseboard. Cleaning from top to bottom. I never knew we had a heard of dust bunnies living with us. This will be a program that we do more often. Price was great for a 3000 sq. ft. home.

Both services were done by a separate team on separate days and all were utterly charming and professional. They had good attention to detail and were very open to discussing the job and details that needed to be done.

The team of Cathy, Lety and Bonnie were superb. They were at my rental property for almost 4 hours (and my rental was not that dirty)… meaning they really went the extra mile. They were on their knees cleaning baseboards, in the shower cleaning the inside of the shower door and the toilets look brand new. I can't say enough good things about this team and the company as I've used them for dryer vent cleaning, rug cleaning and gutter cleaning.

Perfect. Everything looks new. We are very happy with their work. Terry and Jay are top notch and attention was paid to every detail. We hired them to return for the windows.
