First Coast Home Pros

This is a first class company! Scheduling was convenient and pleasant. They called 15 minutes before they arrive which was on time. Jeremy and Kenny were wonderful. I tend to be very picky and they were extremely professional and accommodating. They work quick and efficiently and have a very good attitude. The work was excellent and quick. I have used this company for several years and my only suggestion would be to give returning, loyal customers a discount. There are many companies out there that are very competitive and can beat their price but, I chose to stay loyal to them because of the quality of their service. I would like to see a better price for multiple services and returning customers.

Arrived on time (actually earlier than expected, after calling us first to make sure we were ready for them). Performed the services in less than one hour. Checked the pressure from the vent before and after cleaning -- and apparently it really needed to be cleaned! The dryer works so much better now.

I am very, very picky. But the two ladies that First Coast Home Pros sent, Bonnie and Crystal, spent four hours doing what I have not been able to do for months: baseboards, doors, window sills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, floors, carpets, bathrooms sparkling clean, and more. I almost cried with joy when they were done. And I have to admit, I COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB MYSELF!! This is something I have never said before in my life. I want Bonnie, the boss, back again. If I could have cloned her and put her in my closet, I would have. Thank you First Coast Home Pros and thank YOU Angie for finding the very best for me.

The two technicians called @12:00 pm to let me know they were running late and would show up @12:30 pm instead of the scheduled time. When they did arrive, they had already surveyed my apartment's dryer vent system and let me know they were going to measure airflow as soon as I turned on the dryer. The lead technician told me that because I live in an apartment, management should be held responsible for maintenance issues like that. I appreciated the honest answer so much that, while costing his company further business in regards to dryer vent cleaning in the future, I'd consider them for any other services they offer. I was shown the machine that would be removing the built up lint that had accumulated over the years. After several passes of their equipment, they informed me of my much improved airflow rating and told me that moving the dryer and cleaning out the hose inside would be unnecessary. The work was completed in a timely manner and I did not get the feeling they were just trying to avoid more labor on their part. I feel I received my money's worth and will be sure to consider First Coast Home Pro's in the future for anything else I need.

Bonnie and her team are always punctual and professional. They are very open to feedback and they do an excellent job of cleaning my house on a monthly basis! I am so grateful to have found this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic Job!!! Bonnie and Tiffany were both amazing! Personable and professional - even my doggy liked them and she's hard to please! :) I will definitely be using this service again and will request Bonnie and Tiffany if possible. I would highly recommend this company as a whole. They are always so quick to get back to me and try everything to accommodate my schedule - I often reach out in a panic last minute :). I am always impressed with them from the scheduling process to the finished job. Amazing all the way around!

Outstanding service!! They moved and power washed the carpet and lanai furniture. The men were efficient, asked me if I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend this company! I will use their services in the future.

Bonnie has been here each and every time I have used Home Pros. She is warm and friendly. I enjoy having her in my home! Everything looks great when they leave! Bonnie calls about 1/2 hour before arriving and is very efficient!

They called me as they had a cancellation and were able to come out a week earlier to complete the job. They did an excellent job and even continued working through a bit of rain. There were two technicians that worked very efficiently and even had me look at everything when they were done to ensure I was satisfied. I would work with them again.

The provider was supposed to provide four hours of house cleaning @159.98 but one of the team members was ill. Regardless they made up for it with the two hours of house cleaning that was left at $79.90. They were VERY thorough, worked quickly, extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I would use them, again.

They were on time and very professional. We were worried the house would be dusty after this cleaning, but they cleaned up after each vent/duct was serviced. We read on-line a not so good duct cleaning takes less than a hour, but they were here for close to 2.5 hours. We are very pleased and would use them again.

I was selling my house and got an estimate for move-out maid service, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. At first I thought the estimates were a little high, but in comparison I found them to be on par with other services. The estimator was very thorough and professional and explained the services clearly. I only purchased the carpet cleaning and I was amazed with the results! The 15-20 year old carpet with many large stains and wear marks came out looking almost like new! Jed and Mika were very courteous, professional, and thorough. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience.

The housecleaning crew were great. I liked the ladies that came out. That is the only reason I kept them as long as I had. We hired FCHP to clean our tile/grout floors, they scratched our hardwood floors when dragging our large screen tv and stand across it. They sent someone out several times to 'attempt' to fix the problem, which was never fixed. They kept assuring me they would have someone come out to fix it, but honestly, the only ones that seemed concerned with the issue was the lead lady that came out to do the cleaning. Only after she or one of the other cleaning crew would say something, would they call to find out how things were going. So now, I have a hardwood floor with a LARGE scratch on it. And I will never recommend their services again. I waited for several months, hoping they would make it right, once they stopped even asking about it, is when I chose to stop my service with them. ETA::: Per the companies response... the company DID know I was not happy with it. They actually made FOUR attempts to fix it. Even the main Housekeeper Arlene would ask me about it often when she came out to clean the house. She (Arlene) was the ONLY reason I kept them hired for as long as I did. But since they were not interested in making good on a hardwood floor they messed up, I figured it was time to move on.... And now to see the response and knowing they are not being 100% honest and knowing THEY know they are not... saddens me. But to each their own. Just dont have them clean your grout if you have hardwood floors around. For typical every day housecleaning, their crew does good work.

The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Had I known about First Coast Home Pros and how reasonably priced this type project would be, I would not have purchased a pressure cleaner to try to do it myself.

Bonnie and Cathy were polite, professional, very efficient and accommodating; can't believe they did it all in 3 hours! We have flagstone floors in the main living area and they vacuumed and mopped and the floor looks beautiful! The kitchen and dining tile floors sparkle! Master bathroom clean as a whistle, especially the pebble tile shower floor! Dusted everything! Very happy with their effort and results. Will be contracting to have them clean on a regular basis.

They are very good. They did a good job. They came out when they said they would.

I am SO Pleased! Shelley and Yaritza were remarkable! Personable, professional, FAST, thorough, and right on time. They vacuumed and dusted. I have not been able to do either since the end of July 2014 and we have a cat. It was badly built up. This is what my house is supposed to look like. Thank you Angie's List! Thank you FCHP's!

Arlene and Bonnie do an excellent cleaning job. Always keep you up to date as to arrival time and flexible when time/date changes need to be made. Very friendly and efficient cleaners.

Shelley and her crew were a delight! They always came at our agreed upon time. If they were running early they would always call me before showing up early and they always did an excellent job. They even dealt with our cat and dog that would be there when they were cleaning. We only had one request for a change in cleaning during the year and half they worked for us and they happily agreed to the change. Home Pros is a very professional company and I would recommend their cleaning service to anyone.

This was our first use of outside help in housecleaning, and we were not too sure what to expect. Bonnie and Shelly showed up right on time, ready to work. We showed them through the house and then left them to do their thing. They thoroughly cleaned bathroom fixtures, tub in one bath and walk in marble shower in the other, mopped the tile floors and left it all sparkling. They vacuumed the whole house, dusted everywhere, and finished with the kitchen. All in all it was completely up to our expectations.

They did an excellent job on all tasks. The roof had many blackened areas with mold, etc. When they were finished, the roof looked new. The job they did on the concrete surfaces was amazing. They went from being dirty, grey, with mold and rust stains to looking almost new...the next several days when I went outside I did a double take, it was such a striking visible difference. The two young men who did the work were delightful. They were on time, polite, courteous, and very conscientious. They seem determined to have the driveway look perfect. It looked so good I told them I was going to eat dinner off of it that night. First Coast Home Pros is an excellent company. From this experience and one with their carpet cleaning (see another review), I was thoroughly impressed. Whoever does the hiring for this company is doing a great job, they have hired quality young men who care about doing a good job!!

First Coast Home Pros did a fantastic job. The two young men who cleaned the carpets were on time, polite, well dressed, courteous, and very conscientious. They wasted no time and worked efficiently. Before moving any of the furniture in each room, one of the men took a picture of the room with his phone so he would be sure and replace each piece of furniture in the correct location. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and were very concerned that I show them any stains so they could be sure and treat them. This was the first time I had used First Coast Home Pros and it will not be the last. They are a first class company with quality employees who do excellent work!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THE WINDOWS LOOK WONDERFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I've only used them 3 or 4 times so far but have been pleased. They did the first thorough cleaning and now doing maintenance cleaning. I've hired lots of housekeepers over the years and they do a good job. I've been home at the scheduled time hoping to meet them but they have run late. That's ok though because they called to say they were running late.
