First Coast Home Pros

I was not too pleased, but the house needed a lot of work. They said there were some things that were going to be missed but I told them that I planned to use them constantly so they could get it to a certain point and keep it that way. I noticed that they did not do a log lot of what they said they were going to do. My floor was not mopped or they used a Swiffer Jet on a tile floor. The lady from First Coast that called to check them asked if everything was okay and at the time I had not checked it, but I think everything was okay although my bathroom was not cleaned. I will probably give them another chance. They gave me the discount and everything so that helped. I was satisfied with most of the work except that they did not do all that I thought they should be able to do.

We have a detailed cleaning done at our office annually. Last year I had the good fortune of having Bonnie represent First Coast. I was so impressed by her service, that I personally requested to have Bonnie service our office again this year. And once again, Bonnie did not disappoint! I have never met such a hard working lady. She moves about quietly and effectively, and is not afraid to get her hands dirty! She knew all the cleaning secrets on how to remove some very tough stains, and left giving me some valuable advice on easy maintenance to keep the office looking brand new. I am looking forward to having Bonnie return again next summer -- if not sooner.

The ladies who cleaned did a great job. I thought the price was a little high since there was no furniture in the home and all the windows seals, walls, trim and doors had just been freshly painted and didn't need wiping down. Basically I needed the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and floors cleaned prior to moving into our new home. The work done was great.

Francisco, Cody and John call 1/2 hour prior to arrival as promised and were on-time. They work consistently for approx. 10 hours with a short lunch break. All work was done completely to our satisfaction. They were awesome! Best crew we ever used and there are some really bad pressure washing/window cleaning companies around. IF YOU NEED PRESSURE WASHING OR WINDOW CLEANING THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!

Every time Nina and Jeanie come they are extremely pleasant always ask about my health. I have an illness that I sometimes have vertigo. When that happened Nina and Jeannie checked on me often while they were in the house. The job they do is excelent!! They are very carefully with my wood floors, clean the bathrooms meticulously, my kitchen sparkles and clean a room of my grandson that is impossible. They always ask if there is something else that I need done that visit. I've had a cleaning service before and was not happy. They cleaned only surface to make it seem clean. Not Nina and Jeannie. They get right in there. If you need your place to look that good, don't go with another company. Go with First Coast Home Pros.

The first appointment for the estimate was fast and easy. The second appointment was for the cleaning of an old bathroom floor tile and grout from 1950's. Jed did a great job and the floor came out very nice. I would definitely recommend again! Great customer service from office too.

I had surgery and have not been able to deep clean my house for six months. I have three big dogs that shed a lot of hair. Cathy and Sherri cleaned every inch of my house and cleaned out the dog hair in all the nooks and crannies. EVERYTHING in my house is clean and sparkles. Cathy and Sherri are hardworking, professional, and pleasant. I will definitely use First Coast Home Pro in the future!

My mother in law was a heavy smoker and everything in the house had a thick coat of tar. The house had not been cleaned in over 15 years. Cathy and Sherri detail cleaned the entire house. They hand washed all of the Knicks-knacks, scrubbed the tar off the wood furniture (with great care) washed the cabinets, doors, ceiling fans, baseboards, scrubbed every inch of the bathrooms, etc. in short they scrubbed every inch of the house. Cathy spent 6 hours in just the kitchen (that's how dirty the house was) When they left the house sparkled and no longer smelled like smoke. These women were hard working, professional, and very pleasant. I have them scheduled to detail clean my house next. I'll be a customer for life. Kudos to Cathy and Sherri!

They sent two guys. They were very clean and no water leaked into the house. They used no-streak solution and were very careful with the water spray. They moved furniture to get to the windows. I would definitely use them again.

This was my third cleaning appointment with First Coast Home Pros. I have been very impressed with all of the team members I have encountered so far including my initial phone call, meeting for the estimate, and the three cleaning service appointments. The scheduling staff was very accommodating in helping me to find a regular appointment that would work. I had some concerns based on my previous cleaning service and they were able to address them all. I particularly like that I have the same team leader for each service, Nina. Nina is bright, pleasant, and very efficient. She has great attention to detail as well. The other team members that work with Nina have also been very pleasant and efficient. My first cleaning service was with the team leader Bonnie, she was also very good to work with and I appreciated the job that she did. The teams generally come in, decide on a plan, and get right to work. They are very thorough about dusting, cleaning, and vacuuming. The products that they use do not leave any heavy scents in the house, which is important because my husband is sensitive to perfumes. I have a house full of animals (1 elderly dog, 1 puppy, and 2 cats) and the team members have been really good about interacting with them. In fact, my puppy may have adopted Nina as his girlfriend, he loves her! They always take a moment to greet the animals too and give them a good scratch. I really like having someone who likes animals working in the house. My previous service was very difficult about my pets and frequently made rude remarks and complained about cat hair. That service was also particular about having my elderly dog be outside for the duration of the cleaning, I did not have a puppy at the time. I am usually home during the cleaning service, so I am able to manage the dogs and move them out of the way when needed. Thankfully, none of the issues I had previously have been a concern with First Coast Home Pros. They understand that our pets are a part of our family and treat them that way. In short, First Coast Home Pros has done a great job and I am gladly recommending their service. Their price is fair and the service is excellent.

This is the second time I have used this company. First time was for dryer vent cleaning. And just like the vent cleaning guys this pressure washing crew was professional and "down-to-business." I am so impressed with this company. It is also nice to know that they offer so many different services. Now I have one place to call that I can trust.

Called before arrival. Arrived as scheduled. Team members were wearing polo's with collars and were clean cut in appearance. They provided quick turn around. I will definitely use them again. Well worth the money. Very reasonable price for the work involved.

Chris and Sergio showed up on time and did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. They also had some good suggestion on how to keep the vent line clear in the future.

I have been using Home Pros for several months. Bonnie has been here each time. She calls about 20 minutes before arrival, gets right to work, and she and her partner get the job done quickly and well. I trust Bonnie to be here alone with my 2 dogs and know she will lock up when she leaves. I have had her come several times when I was not here at all and the job is always done to my satisfaction. I can say nothing but positive things about First Coast Home Pros. Carolyn was the one who came for the estimate. She was very professional and explained all of my options since I wanted multiple services done. The detail cleaning crew was super thorough. I really wish I remembered everyone's name. A few days later the window cleaners came. I never realized how much I was NOT seeing out my windows. The last service was the carpet and hardwood floors. Beautiful work. Scheduling was very easy too. Everyone was extremely profession and the jobs were done to my satisfaction. A+ Would highly recommend.
