Sergio and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My dryer is working so much better now. I will definitely have them out again for a yearly cleaning and would certainly recommend them. I would also consider using them for their other services.

Wow, they did an outstanding job! They were very professional, courteous and efficient. I have pressure washed the driveway before, but there is no comparison. Between the cleaning products, equipment and hard work, the driveway and sidewalks look brand new! And the windows are perfect. I will definitely use First Coast Home Pros again, and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Two workers toiled for several hours and did a very thorough job. Their prices are a little high, but they did a great job; tile and grout look like new.

The technicians, Isaih and Paul were very professional and courteous. The first project was to clean a 6 year old cream colored sectional. They both went right to work neatly setting up the equipment. Both young men were so focused and worked as a team. The results are fantastic!!! I can't believe how good the sectional looks. I've had it cleaned before, but this was by far the best job. Next was the cream colored area rug. Isaih tried several different chemical to get the stain out of in the most worn spot. Paul worked the wand expertly. It looks so much better. These guys were absolutely wonderful and I am very,very pleased.

The staff are always punctual and polite. Great service. The only issue is when they were getting rid of some cleaner some got on an area of grass by the driveway and killed the grass in a small spot.

It went well. Bonnie, the team leader, is always extremely friendly and professional. She goes out of her way to do the best job possible.

Compared to other companies I have used in the past for pressure washing and window cleaning, First Coast Home Pros was by far the best. The person who came out to give me an estimate, Mica, was on time and very professional. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a comprehensive email confirmation. My team, Cody and John arrived at 8:30am and we did a walk-through of the work to be done. I was most concerned about cleaning the paver deck without blowing out all the sand in the joints. They assured me that they would use a scrubber and a wand with gentle pressure. These guys did an excellent job! They were very polite and before they transitioned from outdoors to indoors they removed their shoes and put on dry socks. As promised, my deck was spotless with no loss of sand! After a full day of pressure washing and window cleaning, they still took the time to meticulously wipe down all siding, window casings, etc. on my screened porch without hurrying through it. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Went great, he worked hard, did a good job, was missing some cleaning products for exterior wood, stained ceiling, but coming back to take care of.

The team was professional and hard working. A pair of ladies came to service our house. They worked for about 6 hours (6 hours x 2 people). We were pretty satisfied but noticed a few things after they left. First Coast Home Pros called us the day after to make sure we were 100% satisfied--when we mentioned the few items that needed more attention they rescheduled a free touch-up visit to make sure it was right. I'd definitely recommend them for cleaning services. It's a good sign when they are booked out for a couple of weeks due to their client list.

We saw the rep at the Jacksonville Home Show last Friday, 10/2, and talked to them regarding our newly purchased home and what we may need to have done. The recommendations were to have our AC vents and dryer vent cleaned. We filled out the call-back card, and on Saturday, were called to see if we were interested in any service. I requested a price for the above work, and were offered a price less a show special discount, so we set up an appointment, and yesterday a technician, Sergio came to do the job. He was running late and called to let me know, and apologized when he came. He was neatly dressed in his uniform and set up his equipment, and worked on our home almost 5 hours. While he worked, he told us how to avoid problems in the future, and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of air conditioning and air quality issues, as he also had a background in the installation of air conditioning units. This company also offers a variety of other services which we intend to use, the next job being cleaning and re-grouting our bathroom shower. We will also be getting an estimate on repainting the interior of our home, and after that, having the windows and blinds professionally cleaned. As a newcomer to Florida, I was happy to find this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors, once we get to meet them.

Sergio and Bob did a fantastic job. They were both very thorough and cleaned any mess that accumulated. They looked to take great pride in doing their jobs well and were very professional. They also took time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely hire them again for any of their services and would recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job!! The wall tiles now squeak!! They are so clean and free of build-up. I can now see through the glass door again!! Everything looks new again. I am very happy!

Bonnie and her team always do a fantastic job when cleaning my house!!! I could not ask for more trustworthy and diligent people. They come monthly and are always on time. I used this company to detail clean my home and they did a spectacular job. I am very picky about the way my house is cleaned and they did not disappoint. I have hired them to do bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. They have been here three times and each time I just smile after they leave because my house is sparkling clean. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous.

Went great, very clean and I was very satisfied. Not much to detail as it was a very small job.

Besides how professional and prompt they were with their appointment, they did an incredible job at cleaning gutters and windows. Windows were sparkling when done and they even showed me how one window which had been cleaned improperly before that had condensation and may need future maintenance. We had just moved to area in June and I had previously made appointments with two other gutter cleaning companies and both times, they failed to show up and only one called to say he was unable to make it. So, I had seen the First Coast Home Pros truck in neighborhood and when I called them, they came out right away to do the estimate and scheduled the appointment to do the work right away. This was a big relief! They called the day before appointment and within 20 minutes of arriving to my home. They worked quickly to set up and start the cleaning and then when done they cleaned up all their supplies. So relieved to have found a good home maintenance company to rely on for a variety of services!

I have used First Coast now for several weeks to clean my house. All three teams - Bonnie, Tracy and Kathy have been very professional, personable and hard working. They have done whatever I asked of them and my house looks fabulous when they leave. Very trustworthy and always call when they are on the way so I know when to expect them.

I love the work done by First Coast Home Pros. I've been using them for several months, and team-leader Bonnie is meticulous in her cleaning work. Completely professional, super-friendly and very trustworthy (which is important to me). Bonnie always brings along a great partner to do the necessary work here in my apartment. The past few team members were Kaitlin, Jessica and Keta. Everyone's a gem. Funny, but even days later after the work is done, I am happily surprised to find areas in my apartment that were cleaned which I hadn't noticed at first. Very cool! Also, a few days afterwards, I usually get a personal follow-up phone call from the office to see if I was satisfied. I appreciate that. Bottom line -- I highly, highly recommend First Coast Home Pros in Jacksonville, FL to anyone looking for tip-top and superb cleaning work.
