Excellent service from start to finish. All employees were polite, efficient, diligent, professional. Micah, who came to our house for the estimate, phoned ahead of time, and arrived when promised. He was very polite and even removed his shoes at the front door. After he wrote the estimate, he was able to schedule the work while still at our home. The 15% discount for mentioning Angie's List was honored. Jeff and Nick performed all of the services. Again, they called ahead, and arrived on schedule. They worked non-stop for hours and took care of every detail, such as, hand spraying and wiping off stains in ceiling corners. Our home is spotless and gleaming. At the end of the job, they did a final inspection with us. They took all debris with them. All employees had a professional appearance as they arrived in company vehicles and wore company uniforms. We will definitely use First Coast Home Pros again!

They arrived on time, were very professional and did a first class job of cleaning our gutters and downspouts. They cleaned up after their work and gave me a billing statement which was the amount of the estimate. I would definitely hire First a Coast Home Pros for future work.

The housekeeping quality was okay, not great. For the cost, I was disappointed in the quality of work. They cleaned my 1300 square foot house for $120 and that is after we negotiated they wouldn't clean the unused guest bedroom or the man cave. The cost would have been ok if they did a great detailed job but it was just okay.

Bonnie and Renee were thorough and made extra effort in seeing areas that needed extra attention. Their effort and attention to detail make the price for service easy to justify. Look forward to working with them in the future

Sergio was awesome!!! He knows his stuff and does a great job. When there is an amazing amount of bad service people out there, it is refreshing to get a guy that is great at what he does and knows what he is doing!! Thank you Sergio!!

Bonnie's team does a great job cleaning our home. She's very friendly and does a thorough and consistent job every time she comes to our home. She is respectful of our personal items and I feel I can trust her.

We have First Coast Home Pros come out every couple of years to clean out our dryer vent. They are always very professional and do a great job. This visit was no exception. Sergio and Chris were very considerate of our time, calling ahead twice to keep us advised of a slight delay due to an unexpected issue at their previous job. When they arrived, they got right to work. They were very friendly, careful and thorough, and also gave us some helpful recommendations about maintaining our dryer. Clothes are drying much faster now! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Sergio and Chris were prompt, courteous exceptionally knowledgeable and neat and clean in appearance and the work performed. I had First Coast Home Pros out a couple of weeks ago to clean my house. Today I had a team in to clean my house and another team to clean my windows. For the house cleaning, I was very pleased both times. The ladies did a great job, were professional and personable. They were in and out in an hour and a half which is a nice change from having one person in for most of the day. My windows, screens and sills are spotless. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Each person seems to be invested with making sure the client is pleased. If a team was running a bit behind (it happens), I had a phone call in advance and was kept informed. I am very happy to have found this company and plan to continue using them for both house cleaning and other great services they offer.

They didn?t do a complete job the first time that they came out. When we had Micah come out to give us a quote, we were very specific that we wanted not only the windows washed, but the tracks,?frames, and screens?cleaned both inside and out.??We also requested to have a screen replaced on our triple back slider.?When the first team of 2 came out, they washed the windows but did not fully and properly clean the tracks and frames.?When they replaced the one screen on our?back slider, the screen was on too tight and?bowed the screen frame so that we could not lock our screen door.? So I?called First Coast Service Pros?and?spoke with both Suzanne and Tanya telling them I was not?satisfied with the work and why.? Suzanne and Tanya?were very accommodating, professional and?understanding?and they had a different team?come back out to finish the job properly.? Cody Nick, and?one other?young man?did a phenomenal job!? It takes at least 2 people working in tandem (one outside and one inside) to remove the screens and clean the windows, tracks and frames simultaneously.??Cody also did a great job adjusting the screen so that it closes now.? We will use them again because of the effort the company went through to do the job right and to satisfy us - the customer.? That goes a long way for us - their Customer Service is excellent.

The finished product was beyond all expectations. The kitchen and utility room had not been done since installation 10 years ago, The baths had never been done since the house was built in 1977. The finished product looked like a new installation. The two man crew was very professional and customer oriented, geared toward customer satisfaction. They made every effort to satisfy. First Coast Home Pros initially sent an estimator. He also was vey professional and customer oriented. We plan to use them for other cleaning jobs, such as carpets, etc.

I called First Cost Home Pros because they seemed to have more A ratings out there. I got a very nice voice on the phone belonging to Suzanne, who proceed to explain very patiently to me what services they could provide, and even run down the checklists for me. She gave me estimates over the phone, and worked with my on scheduling. I even got an email when my appointments were made, and another email the day prior to the service as a reminder. Two ladies, Bonnie and Marlene, showed up past their appointment time because their prior engagement had run over, but had kept me well informed by phone several hours before, and let me know when they were headed my way. And I can see why. They spent over 6 hours working both upstairs and downstairs. It was dark when they finally left, but they wouldn't leave until they were sure everything was right, They asked me several times if there was specific things I wanted them to work on as well. Their services are a bit pricey, but their quality and friendliness and ease of doing business is testament to this one more A-rating that they got.

The service was very good. We moved into a 12 year old house and we weren't sure if the dryer vent was ever cleaned. We called First Coast Home Pros. The receptionist on the phone was very pleasant. She told me how much the service would be and who would be coming to clean the dryer vent. Sergio came to the house right on time. He and Chris went right to work. They were very pleasant people. They showed us how much lint was sucked out and also cleaned around my dryer too. Sergio connected the dryer vent tube back to the wall and put fresh tape to seal it. The dryer is working very efficiently now; it is amazing how fast the clothes are drying. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. I would hire and recommend this company for the dryer vent cleaning.

Chris Ross and Sergio Zarate were the employees who did the work. They were courteous and professional and gave me very helpful instructions how to do reasonable preventive maintenance myself. I will definitely call them again when I need their service and will be glad to refer to my neighbors and friends.

I am very pleased. I started with them a few months ago. They come once per month. They do a great job. They arrive on time and get right to work. They remember how I like things done from one visit to the next. My team lead Bonnie is extremely pleasant and personable. She and her team mate(s) do a great job. They rarely ask questions because they are so well trained they know exactly what to do. These ladies are professionals. You will pay a bit more than other cleaning services, but they are worth it. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros.

We just moved into a newly purchased home. FCHP was an Angie's list selection because of the many high ratings they received. I have (thus far) never been happier with a home services provider. We engaged them first for the Cleaning of a Dryer Vent on Nov 17. Sergio and Chris were thorough, professional, punctual, friendly and identified some issues that went beyond the routine cleaning and fixed them (specifically a ripped dryer exhaust hose). Later that same day we used FCHP's carpet shampoo services for several rooms in the house. Isaiah and Paul were equally as professional. Timely, careful, hard-working and did a great job with the carpet. It looks as new as can be expected given that it is a light colored Berber carpet that is 9 years old. The previous homeowner had not left the house 'broom clean' so we engaged FCHP again for hourly cleaning services on Nov 19. Jeannie and Celine continued the highly professional crews at FCHP. They were on their knees cleaning baseboards and did a great job on getting the house ready for my wife and I to begin moving in furniture. They called well in advance to let me know their arrival time and represented FCHP very well. Micah was in on Nov 18 to do an estimate for window cleaning. As usual, he was on time, called in advance, was thorough, professional and gave me a detailed written estimate. They are scheduled to do the cleaning on Dec 14. I can't say enough good things about this company. What a pleasure to work with a one-stop shop for all cleaning services. And I plan to use them to clean oriental carpets, a Spanish tile roof, and whatever else we need to keep the house in well-maintained condition. This is absolutely a first rate company and it was a pleasure to know that the Angie's list reviews were consistent with their performance. They are family owned and you need to use these guys. They are great.

Two representatives from First Coast Home Pros arrive exactly on time and immediately went to work. They were professional and friendly. I plan to use them for many of the other services that they provide.

The service was completely successful. I have problems with lint build-up in my dryer vent. I've tried other providers, but their equipment doesn't always clean all of the lint out of the vent. The First Coast Home Pros system is more effective - it thoroughly cleans the lint out. The two gentlemen who provided the service were extremely efficient and very helpful, suggesting ways to minimize lint build-up between cleanings. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Nina has been to my home for just about every visit and does a fantastic job. She has the best attitude, is professional and friendly and my house is neat and spotless after my service.

Francesco called to tell me they were en route, and they arrived at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled. They did a thorough job and got rid of mud wasp nests from the entryway and oil stains from the driveway. All dust and mold was removed from the screened enclosure.

The service provided by the First Coast staff was excellent. They are always very punctual . They are very thorough with their all projects. The staff is always very professional, courteous, and very pleasant work with. I very much like the email letter several days before the scheduled service. I will continue to use First Coast Home Pros for my future projects.
