My experience with them went fine. They could have been a little more thorough.

Picked up rug, cleaned it and returned it.? The whole procedure took over a month, but rug came back looking very clean with good crisp colors.? It has maintained that look that look for over a month now.? The entire staff was very customer oriented and I would definite use 1st Coast Rug Pro again.

Sergio and his sidekick arrived as scheduled. Did a thorough job of cleaning from the outside then came inside to complete the job. All work was done in a friendly efficient manner. He was extremely helpful with advice also.

They were prompt and very pleasant.

They called to let us know what time they would arrive and they were exactly on time. ?they introduced themselves, reviewed the planned work and got right to work. The work started at 8:30 a.m., they took one break for about 45 minutes and finished the work around 5:00 p.m.. They were courteous, professional and informative through out the day. ?They gave extra attention to detail and treated our home with respect.

Once the work was complete I gave our home a detailed inspection and was very pleased with the results. i pretty much kept an eye on the progress through the day and felt confident that the end result would be above standards. Kita and Kim gave their own personal touches adding extra efforts here and there to make the experience that much more fulfilling.

I have had First Coast Home Pros clean my house several times in the past. As before, the ladies were courteous and efficient, and did a great job. My house looked and smelled fresh without the use of harsh cleaners. I am planning on setting up regular house cleaning service--there is no one better!

Tim and Jeff arrived on time, gave a detailed description of what would be done, ?provided the additional quote for the deck cleaning. ?Tim and Jeff did a great job. ?Exterior of house was sparkling when they were done and deck looked great!.

Jeannie and Marlene arrived promptly and set immediately to work after a brief walkthru of the house. They worked steadily throughout the day paying meticulous attention to detail. We were tremendously pleased with the results and will be scheduling regular cleanings in the future. In 2014 First Coast Home Pros also power washed the exterior of our house and deep cleaned the tile in our kitchen with incredible results.

In general we have been quite pleased with the relationship. The first few months were very good, then we started to experience a slight decline in overall cleanliness.....a couple of things here or there being forgotten or not cleaned thoroughly. Almost every month we get a follow-up call a couple of days after our service to ask if everything is satisfactory. When we felt the job wasn't done to expectation, we said so and the team came back out within a day or two to correct the items. At one point this led to a change of the cleaning team who regularly worked on our home. Since that switch, which has been several months ago now, I have consistently been happy with the quality of work each time, and have not had to ask for a return to fix missed items. At each step of the way the personnel have been very professional, including working through any of the aforementioned issues. Usually our cleaning team is here while we are at work, and I have not had any concerns about them working in our home while we're out. In summary, I am glad we hired First Coast Home Pros and would recommend their services to others.

It was wonderful service! They were early and even called to make sure this was only. He was very helpful and gave me tips on taking care of my dryer and had a great friendly personality. I would highly recommend to anybody!

Bonnie and Renee were my ladies and they were friendly and conscientious. They are pricey, though. You get what you pay for and I have had cheaper cleaning services, but FCHPs are the best I've had. My house is 3015 sq ft and Bonnie and Renee cleaned 1/3 for 164.00. I can't remember how long they were here, but they spent ample time. They are coming back next month and I am happily looking forward to their visit!

I'm very happy with the service that was provided. Two gentlemen, Mr. Sergio karate and an associate whose name I forget, did a really thorough and effective job of cleaning the 13 air vents in my house. First Coast Home Pros isn't always the cheapest provider, but the work they do is always excellent. You get what you pay for. If you want your air ducts cleaned and you want them cleaned right, you can't go wrong with First Coast Home Pros.

They were very flexible with our changing schedule, which was tremendously helpful. On the assigned day, the workers showed up on time and worked diligently. Unfortunately, the task was to clean stains from 17 year old beige Berber carpet, and they were unable to remove the stains (one apparently from a stained wood chest that was sitting directly on the carpet, and others from simple residential home foot traffic). They did take our three oriental rugs back for deep cleaning in their shop (via their RugPro division), which they returned clean and wrapped in a couple of weeks.

Mediocre. Continually missed wiping shelves, floors were not done well. We had to email the company all the time asking them to stop unplugging electronics or do a proper job. I scheduled for extra rooms to be cleaned and they were not, then when they were cleaned the next time the floors were not done. The biggest thing I didn't like was that baseboards, fans, and other things were not considered part of regular cleaning- they were upcharges that seemed excessive. When all parts of the house are not clean it definitely effects the areas that were cleaned. It's just not the thorough cleaning I want. Also, we had different cleaners all the time- so when we did request that electronic remain plugged in (our tivo was unplugged and no shows recorded!!!) the new cleaners didn't seem to get the message. We wanted to like this company, but it just isn't working.

Sergio and Chris were outstanding. They called to let me know when they would be arriving, arrived on time and went right to work. They were so professional and courteous. They provided the service, made sure everything worked correctly, and provided some great education regarding the routine care of my dryer and filter. I felt as if they really cared about their customers. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely keep this company on my speed dial for routine and emergency service.

It went great, as always! Bonnie is just a peach! She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything done the way we want and always checks to see if there is anything else we ever feel we would like done.

Great, as usual. Bonnie and her team clean our home every two weeks. They are very professional, thorough, and enjoyable to be around. Additionally, Bonnie is very responsive if I want something cleaned differently or focus on something different.

There were times where they were not wiping down the shelving in the bathroom or cleanup very well. It was so costly and we didn't feel like it was worth our money. On top of that they don't clean ceiling fans unless you pay an extra 15 dollars every time they come. They need extra money to have the ceiling fans and blinds cleaned and that's astronomical.

Nick and Jeff did a wonderful job on our driveway. Neat, courteous, thorough. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely call First Coast Home Pros the next time I need some pressure cleaning work!

They arrived on time, explained the process, cleaned two chairs and then cleaned up after themselves. Our chairs look great.

It went well. I have used First Coast Home Pros for years, first at our prior home, then at a rental home while our new home was under construction, and now have resumed cleaning services at our new home. They have always been very accommodating to my needs and requests and done a very good job. I have also used them twice for detail cleaning when we moved out of the first residence and when moving out of the rental home. Both times, the cleaning was excellent and thorough. The staff is friendly and thorough.

Great! We had just put away all of the holiday decorations so there was some extra dust and dirt. Did a great job getting it all done properly. Always asks if I would like to inspect and if there was anything else to clean or add. Great girls with great attitudes.
