 + 3 moreFirst Coast is in our experience a one-of-its-kind group of professionals who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and always with understated genuine courtesy. For example, this morning Sergio and partner arrived to clean our dryer vent on time and three days ahead of the originally scheduled date, having called on Thursday last to let us know of an unexpected opening. The job was done thoroughly, quietly and with utmost care for our home and equipment. One of the things I especially like about today's and all of the many home service experiences with First Coast during our three years of working with them is that they leave things in impeccable order and always do a little more than strictly required. While the washer was pulled out for access to the dryer duct, Sergio cleaned the areas behind both pieces of equipment. Those areas are tough to get to in our laundry room, and he did this without our asking. When he put our washer back in place, he took great care to level it so there won't be any dancing laundry. Similarly, when First Coast last cleaned our carpeting, they also happily removed a stain in the doorway of a room not scheduled for cleaning this time. When they recently power washed our pool deck, they also washed the pollen off the cover on our grill and touched up the deck furniture a bit. It is always a pleasure to have First Coast folks in and around our home.

He explained the work to be done, performed it flawlessly and gave great preventative information afterwards. With our laundry room setup, the vent setup from the dryer is very challenging. He re-sized the existing vent properly so that we got optimal flow, allowing us also to push the dryer back flush against the wall.. Thanks for everything!

We needed our air ducts cleaned badly and, because we have had such good luck with the pressure washing, decided to give them a try. Sergio and Susan came today and not only did stellar work (moved everything they needed to and cleaned up perfectly afterwards), but Sergio offered me helpful maintenance tips regarding my dryer maintenance and cleaning as well as tips to keep the air ducts as clean as possible. I'm juxtaposing this service with the company we had clean our air ducts 5 years ago and it was night and day service. That is what I love most about this company: the customer service and professionalism! I need my carpets cleaned and will call them for that as well :-) Well done, first Coast home pros!!! You have loyal and happy customers in us!!!

 + -1 moreI contacted First Coast and an appointment was scheduled for an estimate. The young lady discussed all services and walked through the house then provided an estimate. I opted for the $135 bi-monthly which includes my Angie's List discount. I was scheduled the following week for my first included and added a $50 baseboard cleaning for a fresh start. The Team Leader, Bonnie, called before the visit and did a great job. The next cleaning was great too. Very thorough and Bonnie is easy to talk to as well which is very important to me as she gets to know my home. I hope the great service continues and I will recommend highly!

 + 2 moreCody, Francisco and Kris arrived promptly on the agreed time. These three young men were very polite, clean, friendly, warm. We walked around the house and I explained exactly what I wanted. They went to work first by removing all my front and back porch furniture so they wouldn't possibly be affected by the cleanser. The upstairs deck, house, eves, gutters were all cleaned to my satisfaction. They put all the furniture and plants back. Made sure all surfaces were clean. Great job, guys.

 + 0 moreFrancisco called on the scheduled day to let us know they were on their way to the job. They were timely, very professional, clean, and thorough in their work. At the completion of the work, they asked that we walk around the house and inspect what they had done to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Also, they took the time to point out potential problem areas they noticed that might need to be addressed at a later time. They truly wanted us to be satisfied before they left our home. A week later, the office called with a follow-up call to double check the quality of the work and to make sure we were pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Francisco and Luke pressure washed the exterior of the house and then cleaned the exterior of the windows.

 + 3 moreThe team was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. Time management is an area they need to work on and attend to areas identified as needing special attention.
Description of Work: Light cleaning of the 1st floor of a completely empty two story house. Paid for 2 hours with two person team. The team split and one cleaned the kitchen while the other worked on the other rooms. The bedroom, dining, and living room have wooden floors requiring damp mopping only and cleaning the window ledges and inside the window tracks. The family room has tiled floors requiring damp mopping and cleaning the window ledges and inside the window tracks. Emphasized cleaning of 2 bathrooms (1 full and one 1/2 bath). Bathrooms had been cleaned previously by another company, but there was still areas in need of cleaning. The sink areas and toilet were re-sanitized. However, they pulled out the draws and did a great job cleaning them and the cabinets that appeared to not have been touch by the previous cleaning company. Upon inspection, I was disappointed to find soap scum on lower portion of shower chrome, under shower on/off water handle, and outside shower door on tiles in from of the shower door. Window ledges were cleaned, however, found upon opening the bedroom, living, dining, and family windows, the inside tracks of all the windows had not been cleaned. I had emphasized I wanted to them to be cleaned. The kitchen was re-cleaned. I would have thought they would have known or had a product to clean cooking film of kitchen cabintry. But they didn't. By the time the team got to the hallway by the 1/2 bath, they were rushing and the 1/2 was not cleaned as meticulously as i would have liked.

My initial request was for a "deep" cleaning and I was impressed enough that I requested continuous bi-weekly cleaning. Whomever I speak with at the company has been extremely nice but much more important to me... very professional, which is such a rarity these days! Two people come to my home every other week and work so quickly and efficiently. From the initial deep-cleaning visit, Nancy has been with us and she was so wonderful that first day, that we asked for her for all of our appointments. I have 3 children and 2 elderly parents living with me and from the beginning my parents have been home when First Coast Home Pros come to clean. They can't say enough wonderful things, specifically about Nancy!!! If Nancy every leaves us, I don't know what we will do, as she has spoiled us rotten with the great job she does every single visit. Thank you Nancy... you have know idea what a big chunk of stress has been alleviated from my life and my very full plate!!!

 + -1 moreFrom the first call to this contractor when I was compiling quotes and service points, all staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Technicians called to say they were on their way, introduced themselves and answered all my initial questions. I thought I would need to replace many vent covers but Susan cleaned them so thoroughly this was not necessary, Sergio explained the process and pointed out issues that I needed to be aware of. He made a few valuable recommendations regarding saving energy and benefits of installing an air purification system. The only reason that price and quality are not A ratings is that I don't have anything to compare it with. I would hire again in a minute.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Sergio called to give me a heads up that he was on the way and he arrived a bit early. He did a thorough cleaning of the vents, from inside and out. The home inspector I used when I purchased my house last August recommended having the dryer vents cleaned every six months due to twists and turns. Sergio, who has had many years in the a/c field was surprised to hear this. After he did the cleaning, he told me he did not have any difficulty in navigating the vents and they only needed to be cleaned every three years. He then showed me how to clean the lint area and recommended an inexpensive dryer lint removal kit. I really appreciated his advice and his honesty. Absolutely recommend this company.
