The service was okay, but they unplugged my washer and it has one of those tamper resistant outlets and they could not get it plugged back in. So, they did not tell me. I went to start doing laundry and could not figure out why the washer was not working because it was unplugged. I could never get it back in. My husband was out-of-town on travel so I had to wait a couple of days and he replaced the plug. I used them before and they were perfectly fine. I just do not understand why they bothered to unplug the washer and not tell me about it so that annoyed me. For the job they did, I would rate them an A, but for what they did to me, I would rate them an F.

It went very well they were prompt and efficient and left everything clean and ready to move in. The got the glass shower doors sparkling int he house I was moving into and they had a lot a build up on them. The kitchen was clean and all I had to do was put everything on the shelves. The move out cleaning was done so well I got my full deposit back. If I ever move again they will be the first people I call.

The two showed up on time, called ahead. Very professional looking and went right to work. After explained good up keep tips and preventive maint. They were very good. Will use the service again for other services that Home Pros offer. Very Pleased.

It was easy to get an appointment and they called before they showed up to say they would be there in 15 minutes. Very professional and took the time to explain and show me parts of the dryer that need special attention. They cleaned behind the dryer and made the dryer hose shorter (it was too long from initial installation). I loved that they showed me the list of other services that their company provides and I will DEFINITELY be calling them again for window cleaning and annual dryer vent cleaning, and pressure washing!!

This was absolutely the best House Cleaning Experience I have EVER experienced!!! I have used many cleaning companies in the past - NONE have ever cleaned as well as these two ladies! If you wanted to find a speck of dirt in my kitchen or on the floors anywhere in my house you couldn't!!! They were amazing in the short time they were in my home! I will have them back every two weeks for the rest of my life!!! INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!

They did a really good job getting all the mildew off my home. I was very happy with them. They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

They took time to ensure everything was spotless, asked me if there were any areas I wanted focused and whether I was satisfied with the work as they went along. They pointed out any damages noticed and were extremely personable and friendly.I will definitely use them again!!

Excellent job , on time , good price , professional crew . The FCHP Crew was Rick ,Mike, &Eric they worked hard for approx 5 hrs and did an excellent job . They worked with me on the price so I doubled the work that I was going to do from a $250 job to a $500 job because I trusted that they would do a good job and they delivered .

Francis, Tim and Ken were terrific! They were available earlier than scheduled and called to see if they could arrive early. As always the crew was professionally dressed and ready to get to work right away. The team worked quickly and efficiently completing the job by cleaning up all the work areas. They go that extra mile -- not just cleaning the gutters but blowing debris off the roof as well as all the surfaces where gutter "crud" landed. Great guys, great service, love this company so much that I don't even go shopping for "price" or "coupons" when I need my gutters done. I call them. Period.

Though Bonnie is my usual cleaning lady, and often requested because she is so good, today Kaitlin and Kim cleaned with me. I have used FCHP 6 times and every time I am completely satisfied. I've tried others, both commercial cleaning services and individuals, but won't leave FCHP because they are so efficient, professional, polite and kind. Kaitlin and Kim are efficient and detail oriented. My fans were completely clean. I asked for specific attention to certain items like my breakfast chairs, cabinets, drawer fronts and granite and they followed through. Kim has been to my house before and she remembered peculiarities about my house. I went behind Kaitlin and Kim and checked chair rails, switch plates and grimy fingerprints on doors and moldings. They were perfectly clean. First Coast Home Pros is a well run business. Don't forget to tip these hardworking folks!

Nick and Matt arrived right on time for their pressure washing job. They were very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the excellent job they did on our patio, deck, and Front porch. All the areas are now sparking and very inviting. Nick and Matt were very easy to work with and they constantly made sure that I was pleased with the progression of their work.

Ms. Bonnie always does a little extra. She's very friendly and professional. Today's service went well. I can always tell when SHE does something. Typically, our service is excellent. I recommend FCHP, specifically Ms. Bonnie, to friends that inquire about house cleaning.

Nick and Nick were here Tuesday morning on time at 8:25 a.m. and left around 5:20 p.m. I don’t think they ever took a break. They cleaned all the windows inside and out, and there are a lot of windows in this house, approximately 60. Many are up high, so they had to use a ladder. We have double front doors that have an additional18 window panes a piece. They also pressure washed the outside of the house, the pool deck and screen enclosure, the gutters around the perimeter of the roof, the driveway, and the sidewalks. They watered the planters on the pool deck and the new plants in the front before pressure washing to minimize the impact of the chemicals. They put everything back in place. They did an outstanding job and I will ask for them next year. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Arrived on time, cleaned dryer vent, cleaned up where they worked and gave me a lot of useful tips on dryer maintenance and a complementary bottle of carpet and upholstery spot remover. Neat, professional, even left me his business card. Couldn't ask for more.

Great, no problems. I can see big difference in amount of time to dry laundry. Much better.

Nick and Rick were awesome, both friendly and informative. First things first, they showed up early. How often does a home service provider do that? They explained the process upon arrival and gave an estimation of how long the services would take. They took caution to move all of our plants and grill and outdoor tables and chairs and did a thorough job completing the work. We didn't know our roof wasn't black. We learned after our cleaning that it is brown. My husband and I are very impressed with the difference. They cleaned up after the roof cleaning by spraying down our pool, deck, sidewalks, gutters, etc. They also explained the condition of our roof and the details of the cleaning job and made the payment process easy.

Nick and Rick were very professional. They greeted me, discussed the job with me, and then got to work pressure washing the porch, driveway and house. They helped move my large plant out and back into the porch, moved the basketball hoop and put it back , then refilled the base after the driveway was finished. They pressure washed the house so well, I wonder if I really need to paint it now! The complete job took less time than I thought it would. I'm very happy with the results.

Nick and Rick cleaned all of our windows inside and out. They also cleaned the window sills and screens. They were fantastic.Windows are sparkling!! The sills are white again! Nick and Rick were punctual, polite and super efficient!

The service was excellent. The work crew (Francisco, Tim and Cris) showed up on time and efficiently got to work. I had a lot of leaves and debris in my gutters and my screen and pool deck were quite dirty. They took care of everything and even pressure washed items like my stepping stones and pool boxes, which was unexpected but much appreciated. Also, my gutters now look brand new. I have used First Coast in the past and I am always pleased with their crews and their service.

Sergio and his colleague were great. Called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He spent about two hours making sure the entire vent was clean. What really impressed me was how he let me know what other problems I had with my dryer that I should get checked out. I will definitely be using First Coast Home Pros for many of my future needs now that I know all the different services they offer.

Everything is spotless when they leave and will follow any special instructions or jobs. Jessica usually comes and Kaitlin joined her today. Luv the result!
