excellent, my driveway and sidewalk had not been professionally cleaned in over 10 years. Nick Andrew came out and did such a fantastic job that it looks like anew drive was poured versus cleaning existing drive way! Extremely impressed with service, timeliness, professionalism. Highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Bonnie and Trish showed up this morning and I was really happy to see them. Bonnie has been my lead person from the start and she always does a great job. She really tries hard to get to know your preferences. I've been very happy with Bonnie. Trish has been here a few times now and she is great as well. The second person on the team rotates frequently but the lead person is always the same. Overall I've been very happy with First Coast housecleaning and would definitely recommend them for ongoing service.

On Sept. 19th, I called and requested to speak with the Big Deal dept. I, received an Email link of Angies List tile and grout vendors from Angies List representative Jasmine. I called the next day regarding purchase an spoke with Angies List representative Amie. As a result of the alleged Angies List Member "upgrade" the promo code section is removed. Regardless I, purchased the $99.00 for the alleged "As advertised "big deal"???? from First Coast Home Pros for 200 sq. ft. of tile and grout cleaning, original price with no savings, for a service I needed done as soon as possible. I telephoned (904 383-7721) the contact inf. that was provided by Angies List staff Amiee on 9-21-16. And was advised by, first coast home pros, staff Kelly the cost would be $225. I explained, I had contacted "Angies List" and paid in advance, I was advised that the cost would be $225. Reference #ANGE271742682690, SHAME ON YOU ANGIES LIST "BIG DEAL DEPT. & FIRST COAST HOME PROS, for such deceptive advertising practices, a Lie is still, a Lie even if half of it is the truth. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY. A PAID MEMBER WHO RELIED ON THE ETHICS OF ANGIES LIST AND THEIR PROVIDERS.

My husband and I have been busy sprucing up our home and First Coast Home Pros was the only service provider that we trust. We started with the tile and granite cleaning. While I will admit that I had to request a return visit for some missed areas, First Coast Home Pros was responsive and apologetic. Their team returned the day after I called and addressed the missed areas. We have since had First Coast return for house cleaning, dryer vent and gutter cleaning. I want to thank Cathy and Marlene for doing a great job yesterday on cleaning my house. I also want to thank Rick and Cody for the great job on the gutters. There may be other service providers that are less expensive than First Coast but I am willing to pay the extra for the professionalism, quick response and attention to our needs.

The technician was early, but he called first to ask if was OK to come then. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Even though there was light rain, he went up on the roof to check the dryer vent outlet. He answered the questioned that I had and offered some helpful suggestions. I recommend First Coast Home Pros. The may not be the least expensive, but they earned my business.

They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. All mud dauber stains are gone. Two doors that were starting to turn green from excessive moisture now look brand new. My driveway pavers look brand new. Everything was done without any damage to my property. Everyone who worked on the job was very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I would like to recommend First Coast Home Pros! Their prices are very competitive, but the most important aspect is they showed up on time and confirmed my appointment prior to the schedule install, unlike other screen repair companies. I had my back porch re-screened and kick plates put in, the installers were extremely professional. Screens and kick plates look amazing! They left the work area so clean you would have never know they were there. Don't waste your time and patience with another screen repair company. Just like First Coast Home Pros website says "You will not wait weeks". I will be recommending your company to all my friends and family! Keep up the great work and thank you so much!

I had a great experience. They also noticed that my vent cap has been covered over by a roofer and recommended I call someone to repair it. I appreciate their knowledge and recommendation.

They were super! Removed all of the furniture from the screened-in porch and pressure washed it. Then pressure washed the inside of the screened-in porch--even got algae off of the columns. They did the same with the outside patio. It looks like it has been painted! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Let me know they were here, did their work, then left. Couldn't have been any simpler. I 100% recommend First Coast Home Pros.

The two young men did an outstanding job in cleaning my sofa and in cleaning and sealing the natural stone in my master bath. They were pleasant and professional from start to finish. Sergio and Nick did a great job! They not only cleaned the air handler and air ducts and dryer vent but Sergio who is very knowledgeable about ac units showed me how to keep up with some maintenance on my own as well to make sure our air works at its best. Nick also showed me what equipment to get so I can keep up with my dryer cleaning from all the built up lint that doesn't get caught by the filter. I was very happy with the service the provided and the handy tips they gave me to keep my home with less dust as possible. I know it can't be completely dust free but at least now I know some things to help it be less. They were very thorough, I would recommend them to friends and family!

Our Estimator, Micah came out on Monday, July 25th and gave us the estimate for the work and we were able to get the work scheduled for the very next day. Team Leader Cody, along with crew members Nick and James came to our 3000 sq ft house and cleaned out the gutters and down spouts. Unbeknownst to us our gutters were not moving water at all, due to the substantial amount of large over hanging trees and the amount of sagging Spanish Moss. When all was said and done, the three completely professional gentlemen worked like a well-oiled machine, to get the job finished in a timely manner. Removing from our home all of the nasty debris they removed from our gutters, not leaving them for our local trash removal but completely removing them in large green trash bags, along with any other debris that was on the roof of our home. The industry standard set by First Coast Home Pros, regardless of the service they provide, is the professional benchmark that all other service companies should strive to achieve.
