Excellently. The appointment was confirmed in writing via email. The guys called when they were on their way. They removed all the furniture from our porches before cleaning, sprayed down the plants around the house before and after pressure washing, and returned furniture to the correct places on the porches. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend First Coast Home Pros for any service they offer.

As usual, the service provided was professional. Ken T. and Solomon got to work immediately and we are completely satisfied.

It went great. I always request team leader, Kaitlin because she uses her time wisely, she's conscientious, efficient and professional. Yesterday, Summer cleaned with Kaitlin and I noticed she cleaned the tops of my door frames which I've seen many skip. I like it when my helpers don't waste time talking, and Kaitlin and Summer don't! Thanks, girls!

The team did a great job and exhibited one of the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy of any company I have used. They were on time, completed the work, explained the work they had completed and offered suggestions for the future care of the appliance. I could not have asked for any better quality of service.

Nick and Kjel did an EXCELLENT job! They were very professional, considerate, and definitely quality focused. Deck looks great. Based on this experience, I would hire them again for the deck when needed but more immediately, I am going to hire them for other services in the next few weeks.

Nick and Sergio came out to clean my dryer vent. Turns out that the pipe on the roof was installed improperly. They cleaned the vent and let me know what needed to be done to fix the problem. They even drew a diagram so I could show it to my handyman. Also gave me great tips on keeping my dryer clean and working properly. Great visit, I would recommend them highly.

Sergio and Nick did an absolutely fantastic job. They were scheduled for 1:00 but called and said they were available early which helped in my schedule as well. Both men were very professional, explained continuing maintenance I should be doing to prolong the life of my equipment and cleaned up after their work. Wonderful experience! TJ Darwin

I haven't had a good experience with them. I actually had to call somebody else to come. They said they didn't know how to clean my dryer vent and they didn't even bother to clean the dryer at all. I wouldn't have them to do dryer vent cleaning and I know they do other things too.

Bonnie and her team consistently do a wonderful job cleaning our home! She is upbeat and personable and always going out of her way to provide the best service possible.

We tried to do it ourselves, but the vent went from the dryer up through the roof and evidently when the builder installed the vent they put a 90 degree angle at one point, which was making it very difficult to clean out. First Coast Home Pros (Sergio and Nick) got to our home about 30 minutes ahead of the original scheduled time (they called first to tell us they were on the way). The were excellent about describing the best way to keep the dryer vent clean, and explained what they saw that was causing the blockage. They also gave my husband a tip on how to seal it better near the roof area to make it vent better. They explained all the other services that First Coast Home Pros had to offer, and I definitely know we'll be using them again. I also need to mention that when I scheduled the appointment, the receptionist who scheduled the service was extremely pleasant and helpful as well. THANK YOU!

Okay, but I was disappointed that grout did not come completely clean.

The team was pleasant, professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning our house. However, there was an odd situation surrounding the check I gave the team the day of the service and a later discrepancy with office staff about whether or not they actually considered our account paid in full. Let me say, I was happy I took notes and kept good records! The subsequent airiness and cavalier nature of office staff regarding this matter was surprising and, sadly, has just left a bad taste in our mouths and chased a repeat customer away from this company.

Great! I will use them again in the future.

After living in our house a year, our dryer went from taking an hour to dry a load of clothes to about 2.5 hours per load. Based on reviews, I called First Coast Home Pros and was able to schedule an appointment about four days after my call. The technicians, Sergio and Cal, arrived and promptly assessed the situation. I notified Sergio of the fact that we had a new roof installed before we moved in, and he immediately predicted the problem. As Cal began preparations for the work, Sergio walked me through some important tips for maintaining our dryer and offered the name of a product to help with regular maintenance. He and Cal then proceeded to clean out the vent and were done in less than half an hour. Both men were exceptionally professional and got the job done in an efficient manner. I am very pleased with First Coast Home Pros and plan to be a repeat customer.

Sergio Zarate was very professional, did a complete job, cleaned up and was helpful. He discovered my dryer vent was not connected to the outside vent. He spent extra time trying to correct the problem. Sergio went through all the other services the company does. I was disappointed that it took over a week to get an appointment. Sergio was running late but he did call me.

Unfortunately while they were doing it they broke my dryer but they had me call Sears appliance center to repair it and they assured me they would cover the cost.

The guy that came out both times was named Sergio, he used to be an AC tech and he came me so advise on what to do with my AC. He gave me a couple of names. I was very pleased and use them on numerous occasions. He was so professional and I was so pleased with the work he did. It was worth it. They did an excellent job, on time, clean and no problems.

They said that we did not need it done.

They got all the mold and green mold by shrubbery and I was very pleased with that. They were excellent, I would not hesitate to use them for anything.

They did a great job... hooked up vent hose properly to dryer. Previous dryer maintenance did not hook up vent hose properly. Thank you and I would use again.

Nick got right to work on the roof while Sergio gave me valuable information on cleaning I can do monthly in the dryer. Then he worked on the dryer and finished up by balancing the "feet". Both were professional, kind and helpful. The service took less than an hour - and they were able to come earlier than expected, which was very helpful for me!

Representatives arrived on time, presented their card, cleaned the dryer vent to the house and dryer. Professional job done and made great suggestions for maintenance. I am very pleased with the work that was done and will use them again for the same service and other services they provide. Awesome service.
