Excellent work! We have hired First Coast Home Pros for various jobs over about the last four years. We have always been very satisfied. Today, I had Sergio and Nick come to the house to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. They were very professional and did a great job. Everything was clean when they left. Sergio was great to educate me not only on the work they were doing but to tell me things I could do to further maintain my HVAC system and dryer. I appreciate that very much. They were both wonderful to work with. Thank you both! And, thank you First Coast Home Pros for providing consistently excellent work and customer service.

We live in a 2-story townhouse with the dryer upstairs and the vent thru the attic. The guys went up on the roof to blow out the lint and realized that there was a blockage. They ended up going thru the attic (access thru the closet - rather tiny) to realize that the vent was no longer completely attached in the attic. The repair guy took a photo showing the lint along the rafters instead of venting outside. The vent was re-attached properly. I was very pleased with the attention to detail. While one guy was working, the other gentleman gave me tips on cleaning the lint screen and having the lint removed from he machine every 5 years or so. They were very thorough and I would highly recommend their service.

They were very efficient and got the job done in a short amount of time, they got it cleaned out really good.

Incredibly well. The "first wave" was when they came and cleaned all of the ducting to make sure that there was no more dust/soot to blow around the house. The "second wave" was when Nick and Spencer came to take down the blinds and clean the windows. The blinds were brought to the shop and dipped in a mild chemical in order to clean them. I have to admit, my expectations were low. I was pretty certain that they wouldn't get all of the black off of the blinds. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. They returned them the next day and they were all but perfect. Please understand that they were 2 days old when they got dirty. There were a few spots of dirt left on them when they were returned but Nick brought some cleaner with him and took care of those spots. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He looked at every blind as he hung them to ensure that there was no debris left on them. He then cleaned the doorbell cover just because he saw that they were dirty and was that the ladies coming to clean the rest of the house wouldn't be able to reach it. The "third wave" was when 2 ladies, Letty and Karen, came to clean all of the surfaces in the house. They were amazing. They left no stone unturned. When the ladies were about halfway done, their supervisor came for quality control purposes and to assist them in completing the task.They went above and beyond on everything. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient team.

Sergio and Nick called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable and told me about my system. Since this is the second time I have used First Coast Home Pros I asked about some of their other services. They do just about everything in and around the house. I recommend and will use First Coast Home Pros again!

I have never felt like someone was more vested in my family's well-being than I did when Sergio and Nick were inspecting my vents. They were the nicest, most professional team I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they take pictures of what I couldn't see, they offered solutions to my problem. They also made recommendations to prevent future disasters. Sergio is definitely worth his weight in gold!!!! A wealth of invaluable info. Nick was definitely the "Robin" to my new "Batman," Sergio. I can't thank them enough.

Nancy and her partner always call ahead, arrive on time, are very efficient and professional, yet very courteous, personable, and friendly. They clean in every room, special attention to bathrooms, floors, and kitchen. Everything looks great and smells good when they leave. I have a pretty big house filled with furniture and shelves and they pay attention to everything.

Simple Job. just clean super gutter around screened in pool.

unable to climb a latter and check gutters due to broken leg, but they no linger overflow, so I assume they did a good job.

$100 for a 15- 20 minute job seams a bit steep. Cleaned the big stuff but for $100 the gutter should have been left spotless.

Very well, Sergio & Nick were very informative letting me know areas that needed to be check by my A/C Company, and what corrections my contracted should take to improve the dryer venting system. Both were extremely knowledgeable and very professional, I wouldn't hesitate to use First Coast Home Pros again and incorporate some the the other services that they have available.

Ken and Andrew did an excellent job. They helped in every way I asked them, They wore protective booties each time they entered my house so they would not track dirt from outside. I would highly recommend this company. Linda A

They do an excellent job cleaning the house.

The techs came when they said. They did the work requested and made suggestions for some additional work, which I accepted. For the amount of work that they did the price was very reasonable. Three men worked for about 9 hours each. When the work was done, they asked me to do a full walk-around to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

GREAT job by Rick and Andrew. Neighbor thought I had house painted that is how nice it looked. WILL use again. Thank you
