They were very professional and did an excellent job and were very careful to avoid any damage and cleaned up carefully after the job. We have had this done by others in the past and their work was much more thorough then previous vendors. We will definitely use them again.

Ronnie and Andrew worked solid for 9 hours and did such a fantastic job that the screen looked better than when it was originally built less than 2 years ago! The hurricane had ripped the screens at the top which could have only happened because the screens were too loose. Bring on the next hurricane....Ronnie and Andrew have me covered! My only suggestion is that the company needs to provide them with a nail gun for jobs such as mine. They did all this will hammers!

It went very well. The staff who have done housecleaning for me have always done a great job. I asked for Kathy particularly, as I have had her several times, always with good results.

Sergio and team were very professional and thorough. They did an excellent job and worked around our family members. Two thumbs up!

They were right in time, called when they were on the way and did an excellent job.

Punctual, called 15 min prior to arrival, worked quickly. Most of the windows were great, a few had smudges from not having all of the dirt removed. My problem was after they left I checked all the windows and found 4 windows on the bottom floor had been left unlocked. Maybe its nothing but left a big cloud of suspicion. I called to let them know bedroom, kitchen, etc... windows had been left unlocked, she just apologized and asked if there was anything else they could do for me.

It went great. They were actually early for our appointment time. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Educated me on things we need to do to prevent fire hazard in regards to our appliance cleanup. They were very professional. They didn't try to sell me anything that I could buy from them, but rather guided me on things I did need to do as a homeowner and where to buy a lint removal kit. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the work that they did. Top notch!

The appointment went okay. The estimate was a little high however.

Sergio and helper arrived promptly, explained everything they were going to do, very knowledgeable about my issues with mold/mildew and after examining AC air handler inside, explained what should be done to prevent mold/mildew from forming again. Had them also treat/fog the vents. They did a very good thorough job and vacuumed up all debris that came out of vents.

They arrived on time, provided a written estimate, cleaned the carpets, and left us a beautiful house.

They did a great job overall. The two folks, Marlene and Jacqueline, were fantastic to work with. My wife is very satisfied with the job.

They come annually and they call me and let me know they are coming. We have a 45 degree angle one and so lint gets caught up there. After they came the first time they told me I should do it annually so they come once a year. They are great, fast, quick, they show me what comes out if I really want to see all of it. They are very quick, efficient and I like the guys that come a lot. They usually send young men, they are polite and do a great job.

Excellent work, courteous, professional. Called and came early. Sergio and Nick Followup and suggestions from Sergio after job completed very helpful and pro-active.

We needed the air ducts cleaned at one of our rental properties (which was right next door to our own home). Sergio and Nick arrived promptly and did a great job. They explained things well to us and were very professional to both us and our tenant. They had some suggestions for possible things that could help with mold and mildew. We will definitely use them again!

Overall, the cleaning job was pretty good, but the smaller details seemed to be neglected a bit. For example, didn't clean behind the faucets, didn't empty the bathtub water, didn't clean behind the toilet, ,etc. However, every person I talked to was very professional and accommodating and were on time. The guys that did the grout were really quick, but maybe too quick because they missed some spots (especially in the corners, underneath the cabinets, and around the fridge).

From the friendly office staff, to the techs performing the work, they are professional every time. Our third year using First Coast Home Pros.

Sergio and Nick were efficient and thorough. They explained the steps they were taking to complete the work, and also gave us very good advice on safety considerations, ongoing maintenance, etc. Definitely top notch!

I complained several times to the company about the job that was being done. Even though the company would continually promise to send a crew out that would do a better job, it was never consistent. I would have a good cleaning one week and a terrible cleaning the next. I got tired of complaining and fired them. I have a 3600 square foot home and the 2 person crew would be in an out in 2 hours or less. I don't have any idea how you can clean a home that quickly.
