Great - arrived on time - treated the lanai first, then cleaned it. Moved all the furniture, left it looking better than ever. We will use them again for this.

Not all the pressure washing places come out for an free estimate, but First Coast does. Had a written estimate ahead of time. Soloman, Jimmie and Jay came to do the work, and were thorough and very professional. Introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. I had questions along the way, and they stopped and answered them for me. They use low pressure and a mixture of some bleach with water. They will cover your plants, if you want, or you can water well before they come. They do offer to fertilize, after, if you want. They were through in less than 2 hours. The only thing I questioned was I thought the patio and sidewalk areas could have come out whiter looking than what they did. (although it is easier on the cement , brick and eaves to use the low pressure) The brick and the eaves came out great. They went back when they were through and checked everything.

They were very friendly, punctual, and efficient. They recommended we do it every 2 years.

I have been utilizing First Coast Home Pros for several years. I utilize them for house cleaning every other week and the team that comes to my house is excellent. They arrive on time, do a great job and are always flexible. In addition, I have used this company for gutter cleaning and other house maintenance issues periodically over the years and the service level is equally as good.

Sergio and Nick were very professional. They explained the best ways to maintain good air quality inside our home. They completed the air duct cleaning reasonably quickly and cleaned up before they left.

Sergio and Nick absolutely came to my rescue. The buildup of lint in the line was preventing the flow of air and Nick had to work pretty hard to clear it out - in heat that had to be 100 degrees+ on my roof. No complaining, all smiles - so kind. And Sergio took the time to educate me on what I need to do to keep the dryer operating safely for a long time to come. I could not be more pleased. Reasonable price, excellent customer service, friendly, kind men - I will be using this company for future needs and am thinking seriously about having them clean the dryer vent for my mom in Mandarin.

The team did an amazing job on my windows -- they look like new! What a difference! They also did a great job on cleaning the gutters. They were courteous, professional and thorough, and the team leader was exceptional. He provided additional tips and information that I appreciated. I'm very happy with the end result!

The ten to fifteen year old grout had likely never been cleaned. We couldn't even tell what the original color was. I'd have guessed dark gray, but turns out after cleaning it is a medium tan. This was truly a case for the professionals. Their chemicals and equipment were just what was needed. Now our floor looks as good as our newly replaced counters and cabinets. The technician was courteous and hard working.

This is the best service provider I have ever brought into my home! The technicians (Isaiah and William) were outstanding -- knowledgeable, thorough, careful and courteous, as well as very professional. My carpet looks like new with all spots removed, which I didn't think was possible. The tile also looks fantastic, including the grout. Every interaction I've had with this company from start to finish has been excellent -- highly service oriented and quality conscious. I would highly recommend this First Coast Home Pros!

Ladies were running a little behind but called ahead of time to inform me, it was not an issue. They did an outstanding job, cleaned the place from top to bottom. I was able to get my entire deposit back from the landlord because it was so clean. I left the door open for them, but showed up to check on them and found them hard at work. Cranked up the A/C for them and bought them some drinks (water/monster energy). They called me when they were all finished. I was very happy with the service they provided. Thank you

Punctual (called to see if they could come early), professional, thorough (even cleaned off a broad leafed tropical plant roof debris had fallen on), and tidy (didn't leave debris from roof and gutters behind). The back patio and front porch were left cleaner than when they arrived. The estimator, Cody, and schedulers who help over the phone were extremely helpful and professional too. Next week they are coming to clean our kitchen tile and grout. Had to reschedule due to delays in kitchen remodel and they didn't make me feel bad at all, which I appreciate. I hated leaving them with a gap in their schedule, even though I provided as much notice as possible.

Sergio & Nick were very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done & got it done. Our vent hose was too long and had a couple of holes in it. Sergio shortened the hose & all is well. We had several updates in regards to our appointment & they showed up as promised.

It was ok. The two-person crew that came out were very nice and they worked hard. They even stayed a little longer than we had contracted for to assure that everything got completed. However, a three-person crew should have been utilized to do the job properly and without any extra time. While they did a decent job, several things were missed and overlooked--probably because they had worked all day and were pretty tired by the end of the day. They were not permitted (by the company) to move the beds away from the walls to vacuum behind and underneath--something that's too difficult for us to do on our own..They worked **** ** our screen porch, but several things were missed.
