Outstanding! Sergio and Jay were on-time as promised. Sergio fully explained what the process entailed and were completely professional and neat. Sergio pointed out some issues with my air-handler and provides suggestions for resolving them. I have already recommended them to my daughter.

The two man team arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They explained the process and began cleaning the vent immediately. Even operating under less than optimal weather conditions, they were able to clean the vent quickly.

It went very well. I have First Coast Home Pros do a monthly house cleaning (dust, clean surfaces, vacuum, bathrooms, etc.). With a set time and day, I have the same team return for most appointments. I started with this company years ago after a bathroom remodel left my house in need of a "deep clean." The follow-up maintenance cleaning works for me.

Crew arrived on time and introduced themselves. Took them about 1.5 hours to clean out the pine straw and leaves out of the gutters. They also cleaned the pine straw from the roof as well. The crew also cleaned up after they were done and took the bags with them. Would use them again.

I recently had a deep cleaning done by another company. I was not thrilled with the results. So I hired First Coast to compare the services. First Coast provided far better results and I have just hired them as my regular monthly cleaning service. Coletta and Bonnie were hardworking, professional, courteous and very informative. I look forward to having First Coast make my house sparkle on a monthly basis.

Work was done quickly and professionally by Sergio and Nick. Sergio provided a lot of informative tips for dryer maintenance. My only complaint was they were here 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, but early is better than late.

My house always looks and smells clean after the First Coast Home Pros comes. There are two people that come to your house you don't need to leave while they clean. They will work around you.

The cleaners were wonderful. They did such a great job cleaning our house. They made everything look so clean and new again. They gave me a lot of information and tips to help me in the future. I had a deep home cleaning that was done on my 1700 sq foot home. i did not realize how much my home needed it until i walked it in for the first time. Kathy and Lety were there for half a day and made every surface shine. I never realized how beautiful our baseboards had once been, or that our mirrors could be so clean. I had handled the everyday cleaning for years, but had neglected some aspect of the home, and boy did they bring it back to life! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received. my husband and I agreed to use them again as it was a very worthwhile expenditure.

Bonnie and Coletta did an amazing job at cleaning my home --- it's never looked this good after a cleaning!! Their attention to detail and thoroughness were fantastic, and they presented themselves in a very pleasant and professional manner. They clean my house every other week. They do a really good job for the most part. I have a few little issues which I think is with housekeepers.I wish they would do a few little things they miss sometimes but nothing critical. I think they do a good job. They are always here. They are always on time. They are very good about professionalism. I use them all the time. I've been using them over a year now. I recommend them. We're on the next door app in our community and I recommended them to somebody there. My daughter recommended them to me.

They do a good job but sometimes minor things are missed. They always come when I'm not home which is how I prefer. I will continue to use them.

Perfect! The office staff (Tanya) called me right away after my email inquiry and set up a time for an onsite estimate. Carolyn came to do the estimate right on time and provided a written estimate. She also called the office to confirm availability and scheduled the work to be done to meet my schedule and my deadline. The carpet cleaning was done first. I had written down the date on my calendar incorrectly, and called the office to tell them that no one was there. We figured out MY ERROR and this company even offered to send someone that day. The tech arrived when he said he would, and came ready to work. There were some serious unknown-type stains in the middle of the living room, and he was able to get them all out. The carpet dried fairly quickly and looked amazing! The cleaning team came on the following day and arrived promptly at the scheduled time and again ready to work. Bonnie and Katrice were both very professional and personable. They made the kitchen sparkle! From start to finish, it was simply a breath of fresh air to deal with a service company so focused on their customers.

They were extremely easy to work with. They were on time, professional, friendly and gave us tips on how to keep our vents and dryer filter clean. We will definitely use them again.

Another great job of screen repair. We tend to use them every time a hurricane or tropical storm takes out some of our screen. We have gotten competitive bids by others in the past: FCHP is right in line, and much more responsive. Arrived early, finished on-time - cleaned up and got all the panels replaced -even the ones at the top. I'm glad they take care of us.
