First Coast Home Pros

I have two people scheduled each week. Three of the last four weeks only one person showed up. I called the owner, and he responded in an arrogant manner 'well she stayed longer, so work was done'! I also had upholstery work done, and it did not turn our right. Still not handled. I dropped this company today? The owner of this company is one of the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever encountered. 5/22/18: I have used this service for over 10 years. The plan and execution has been 2 people per week until a month ago. There was no notification to me of the change.

It went fine. They didn't break anything. They cleaned it. They did a nice job but I found it very expensive.

Sergio and Nick arrived on time. Sergio explained how the cleaning process would be done and then informed me about the dryer. He showed me how to clean the filter and we discussed the need for the inside of the dryer to be cleaned of all the lint as well. They unclogged my dryer vent and left the laundry room cleaner than when they arrived. I was pleased with the work performed and would hire them again. I do wish they cleaned the inside of the dryer as well, once I understood the amount of lint accumulated there.

This is the second time I have used them for these services and they are the best! The crew is always professional and makes sure that everything is completed to my satisfaction before they finish.

The crew arrived on time after calling to advise that they were on their way. They quickly understood the issues and went to work. They also provided a full explanation of what was being done and why. I found Sergio & Jay professional and friendly. I would certainly use them again.

First Coast Home Pros always does an outstanding and professional job when it comes to cleaning our home. Our home is always sparklng clean with everything tidied. So grateful for the First Coast Home Pros team especially Bonnie and Morgan!

The job done was mediocre at best. They left residue on all of the tile from their cleaning solution. They assured me that it was just water and need to dry. Once “dry”, it was the residue from their cleaning solution and I had to mop the entire house. There spots of adhesive that were not cleaned off and for $451, the tile should have been spotless when they finished. Would not recommend.

I gave them A's except for price because I was quoted a lower price over the phone. I didn't realize that this was an estimate and would be adjusted on site if needed. Anyway, I feel the price that I paid was well worth it. Andrew and Arthur came and did an excellent job. I have two very large live oaks that dropped a lot of leaves on roof and in gutters. They cleaned both and bagged all leaves which came to 10 or more bags. They even checked downspouts and blew excess leaves off driveway and walkways. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend them.

Tracy and Dayonna did a great job! Thorough, but quick, so I could get on with my day in a timely manner! They always are flexible with my schedule and cleaning needs.

Nick and Sergio were world-class and proactively engaged with our project. They identified some things that were not part of their project that we will follow-up on with our HVAC and a plumber. We appreciated that and the excellent service. Before they started, they explained everything very clearly so that we were not surprised. They also told us other services of their company that we know we will be interested in in the future.

The team of Sergio and Nick were efficient and friendly. I appreciate the information regarding the dryer maintenance. I would hire again.

The two young ladies who came arrived on time and worked continuously for 5 hours. They performed the most meticulous deep cleaning ever from top ( dusting ceiling fans and door frames) to bottom (baseboards and floors). My husband who was here the whole time was extremely impressed. They were friendly and courteous and told me that “cleaning is their passion “.

Nick & Sergio did an excellent job with our dryer vent cleaning. Professional and thorough job. And they informed us on several key points for maintenance for the dryer. WE would definitely recommend and use again!

Arrived promptly, very professional, explained different procedures and why they selected their procedure. Explained all the different services that First Coast HomePros offeres. Finished job quickly and left promptly. The bill was quite reasonable. We would pick them in the future.

We had our air ducts cleaned just prior to getting a new HVAC system. Our house is about 2200 sq feet. The work took 3-4 hours. The services were great! In particular, Sergio and Nick were very professional, knowledgable and efficient. We enjoyed having them in our house and they did a fantastic job.

Usually very thorough by a team of 2. Had issues with one team that the company corrected. Very nice folks.

It's rare to come home and your husband raves about the service technicians. Sergio and Nick were extremely knowledgable and provided us with great tips for future up keep! Our last technician clogged the dryer vent on the roof so badly that the dryer wasn't drying anything - even after 90 minutes. After our vent cleaning with First Coast Home Pros, the dryer is back to normal drying times. Thanks!

Santiago and Nick arrived early to my appointment. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend First Coast Home Pros to any of my friends and family. I will also use them again in the future.

The cleaning team -- Tracy, Jessica and April -- did an excellent job!! I was very impressed with their careful attention to detail and thoroughness in all rooms of my home. For example, my plantation shutters were all hand-wiped, which I really appreciated, and shelves in the room that contains my cat's litter box were also hand-cleaned, which no service has done for me before. This, plus their professionalism and cheerfulness, are some of the reasons why I will continue using First Coast Home Pros for my regular home cleanings. This company is the best in the Jax area, by far!!
