Description of Work: I had First Coast Home Pros perform several services on my property. They cleaned my gutters and pressure washed my; house, driveway, sidewalk, pool deck, and screen enclosure. I received a 15% discount for all the services and also utilized my $25.00 AngiesList coupon. The driveway and sidewalk had heavy rust stains, and there were various spots on the house from the shallow well irrigation pump. The guys showed up promptly at 8:30 and were done by 3:00. Everyone we dealt with were excellent. The house looks fantastic. Cleanest its been since we built the house over 15 years ago. I would highly recommend their services and results.

Description of Work: Our tile floors needed to be resealed. It had become very hard to keep the floors clean. This company gave new life to the floors. He gave the floors a deep cleaning and resealed them. The grout looked great and all the dirt was gone. Since having this done, its really easy to maintain the floors. We don't need to mop as often. The floors stay clean longer. It was a great job for the money.

Description of Work: They cleaned the grout in both bathroom floors and the entry and kitchen floors. The square footage was more that the amount paid for but they let me know how to calculate the additional square footqage which was reasonable. This also included sealing the grout. They were on time, very professional and completed within the timeframe. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Gave an estimate when they said they would. Scheduled the gutter cleaning services. We were out of town, but they came the day they said they would and left us an invoice. I called and paid with my credit card when we got back into town. Easy to do business with. Will use them again in the future.

The floors look "like new"and I will be using the pressure washing, window cleaning and possibly house cleaning services as soon as I can. This is a great company that offers much needed services.

Description of Work: Evan called 15 minutes before arrival time and was there for the scheduled appointment. He cleaned the inside of my windows, cleaned off the roof, cleaned the gutters, pressure washed the house -- including the porch, then cleaned the outside of the windows, cleaned the screens and placed them back properly. He worked alone, but seemed very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. It took about 6 hours to complete the job with only one worker, but they had worked me into the week's schedule in order for me to meet a deadline for some inside repair work. I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to work with me on the time frame. I definitely would hire this company again. The windows sparkle like they never have before! Thanks for a job well done.

Description of Work: Contacted this company to pressure wash our home and clean all of our windows for an upcoming wedding. The woman I spoke with couldn't send someone out for an estimate for an entire week, but assured me that there would be availability to complete both on the day/s that we needed their service. When the person doing the estimate didn't arrive on time, I called and was told that they got the time wrong. I asked her to make sure that there would be the time slot for our services available on the days that she told me they would, and she said, there was nothing available on those dates. When I called the first time, she guaranteed that I would have no problem scheduling the dates that I needed based on how late the person was coming out to give the estimate. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know these dates were filling up, and she said she speaks with too many people to keep everything straight. Very poor business practices and customer service. I would never use this company or call them again.

Description of Work: I talked with the office manager 7/25 to have my house cleaned on 7/28. She mentioned a estimate and I told her that I choose them from Angie's List and I didn't need a estimate I just needed someone onThursday I had company coming and Friday the carpet cleaners would be there. She said they had a Thursday at 11am I told her that would be perfect and I put it on my calendar. So I'm waiting 7/28 for them to come and know one should up at 11a I waited til 12n. I called and kept getting the answering machine left my name and number but no one called me back. So I just kept calling til someone answered. I told her my story and she said she was the office manager. She had nothing on my appt. and said we always come for an estimate first. So she did not remember our conversation(which I had proof from my computer we talked for 4 mins and 40 seconds. First Coast left me in a jam it was after 1pm and I had to find another house cleaning provider to come and clean my house. I went back to angie's list and called Molly Maids and they came at 4pm with 3 ladies and it took them1hr,15 mins to complete my house. It was a very good job at a great price.
