Two gentlemen came - they worked very quickly and efficiently. Were very polite and professional. A lot of companies advertise for this kind of work so I wasn't sure who to choose - glad I picked Home Pros. They were very careful to keep fluids away from adjacent hardwood flooring. **Keep your pets away until the grout seal dries**

They phoned to let me know they were arriving ahead of schedule. 2 guys - Nick and Terry. I am pleased with the work. I had waited too long between vent cleanings and will gladly have them come back annually.

I am so disgusted by this company. I've put up with grossly inconsistent support from their revolving door of cleaners they have for 7 years, and out of the blue they increased their rates by 120%. They said their prices have gone up - what company increases their rates more than 100% overnight? But more frustrating is the hugely inconsistent support. Sometimes their employees would forget to clean entire rooms, or bathrooms, and I was constantly picking up their dirty rags that they would leave at my house. Do not use this company. They're so over priced for what you get!

We hired FCHP to pressure wash our very long driveway, sidewalks, pool deck and wash windows inside and out (screens as well). Andrew H and Saivon were the men who did an incredible job and we are very pleased with the results. It was a huge job and our driveway, pool deck and windows have never gleamed so brightly. They were very professional and ensured moving furniture and objects was done carefully and without incident. We’ve used this company in the past and will continue using them for future needs. One thing I really like about the company is they send an estimator ahead of the job so we know exactly what is being done and the price.

I could not be happier with the service I receive. Jess and her teammates are always prompt being on time and most often early for my appointments. They do a superior job cleaning, making beds if I need that done and many other tasks I'm just not able to do anymore. When she notices extras that need to be done Jess will research cost and we will make arrangements for the jobs to be done. On top of that she is friendly and personable and we love having her in our house along with whoever is there with her that day.

Missy and her team was great! Had 8am appointment and they arrived early so they could start on time.

I've owned homes for the past 45 years and have dealt with many so called home professional service companies that have fallen short of their promises and my expectations. First Coast Home Pros far exceeded my expectations. Both Nick and Sergio were true professionals. They assessed the problem and explained thoroughly, our options and offered their opinions and suggestions before even beginning. Most other companies would have come in and started working without consulting the customer. They were courteous, friendly, honest and professional. A real breath of fresh air. I can't recommend them enough.
