+ -1 moreWade arrived early, he pointed out several issues wrong with the property that when I had looked at the property I had missed. He walked my through every step of the inspection and answered every question I could think of and then also made sure I knew what needed to be fixed for safety and what should be fixed to be brought up to current code. When the insurance company needed different forms filled out he went above and beyond and filled out the new forms. I will be hiring him for my next inspection and recommend him to all my friends looking for inspection on home purchases.

+ -1 moreI can not say enough great things about Wade with First Coast Home Inspections! I found a home that I was interested in buying. From what it seemed, all was in great shape. Luckily, I hired Wade to do an inspection on the home. He pointed out things that I would have never seen or thought about looking for. Things that I know would have been a MAJOR problem in the time to come. He was very professional. He explained everything in great detail and in a way that I could understand what exactly was going on. He took the time to look at every detail and didn’t leave anything left out. I appreciate his services and I would 10 out of 10 recommend him to anybody looking for a home inspection!
