The crew was very professional.

The two man crew showed up an hour early. Glad I was home from lunch. They were very good in explaining what they would do in evaluating my system and then checking with me to get ok some or all of the recommendations. Later they explained what had been done and asked for any questions.

I was amazed that they were able to repair the broken pipe for the sprinkler so quickly --the following day from the initial contact...with the dry spell we have been having, that was a lifesaver--they asked the correct questions to find out the problem and explained their charges up front - I appreciate that - no misunderstandings, straight forward pricing-wonderful company to do business with

The Tech came out on the last minute of the window they gave, looked at a few zones and took a call that lasted 12 minutes on my time and did nothing after we had a discussion on valves and size of pipe. There was no expectation set, did not even care to resolve the low pressure other than to tell me to contact the city. 2) Took money and left me with a shabby invoice. 3) to be in business for 6 years, this company is a rip off.

Immediate response. They did what they said they would do. Due to a traffic accident that blocked all lanes of the highway they were forced to stop and were unavoidably late in meeting their arrive time to start work. Gene called and explained the situation. They arrived as soon as they could and started work, explaining everything they were doing and why it was necessary. They went out of their way to save us money and overall,did an exceptional job.
