Prior to a total landscaping project in my backyard, First Choice Lawn Care surveyed and corrected the problems with my irrigation system. They replaced heads, risers, caps, and added another sprinkler head where one was needed. Two weeks later, after the landscapers completed their overhaul, First Choice came back and made appropriate adjustments. They made sure i was happy with each adjustment before considering the job completed. Great customer service!

Very professional came diagnosis the issue. Completed all work in no time as to not interrupt the day. A must hire if you are having sprinkler issues.

Update 7/1/20 .. He came and replaced the old system the way it was and it still does not work .. He refunded my $75. First appt they left due to schedule conflict even thou I was told they would stay until they figured out the problem. Rescheduled a week later, I received a phone call confirming my appt which was not the right date but I agreed to the change in date. Then the owner showed up on the original date given. Ok.....he continued repair without any quote or approval from me. I was not prepared to spend over $800 on a new box and 85 feet of wire that they charge $5 a foot for??? I told the owner and he said he understood, he then took all his equipment and wire, he left my sprinkler system worse than it was, cut the plug wires, and changed zones never even got to the point of fixing a broken pipe. $75 and I got nothing! Not even a quote!! I believe this company saw an opportunity to take advantage of a customer.

Fixed sprinkler fast! Would highly recommend. Even after they fixed it they checked the whole system.

Came on a very rainy day. Assessed entire system, gave estimate and then proceeded to quickly and efficiently repair and replace broken items... all in the driving rain! Definitely will hire again.

This company was awesome! I had just had sod placed in my yard when I discovered my backyard irrigation was not working. They squeezed me in the same day. Stayed until dark to repair my system, unfortunately damaged by the sod people, replaced the sod they had to pick up to work, then cleaned the area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!

Owner and father are 110% dedicated to customer service. Very happy with how hard they worked for me to deliver the results I wanted. Top notch!! Highly recommend!!!

Extremely polite gentlemen. Check my whole system out and adjusted most of the sprinkler heads. Replaced a broken one, capped 2 sprinkler heads no longer needed and added one sprinkler. I appreciated their options to resolved my watering problems. Have recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you for your prompt response to my call.

These guys came out to fix my screw up and did it promptly and at an excellent price. Their repair part malfunctioned and they were out immediately to install a new one. We weren't sure it was working correctly and they were right back to show me step by step (i'm old and etc etc) how to set and run the system. All this over. 3mo period and all at no charge. Derek and Gene assured me that my satisfaction was their chief concern and they gave proved it.
