Description of Work: Lou was a great Angie's list find. I highly recommend him for home inspections. He did a thorough job and gave us a great explanation of any warning signs. He also went out of his way to give us advise on minor issues that would need to be addressed at some point.

Description of Work: This was a standard home inspection before purchase. Lou was early for his appointment and was already preparing for the inspection. Lou did a great job finding little issues that needed to be addressed. The big item was the A/C system that was functioning but he found it to be weak. The system was only 10 years old but had issues on cooling effeciency. He also found the outside unit had issues with the cooling fins being brittle and breaking off when touched. His recommendation was to have the entire system replaced as he expected it to fail in the future. This saved me several thousand dollars as I made it a requirement to be replaced by the sellers before closing. I followed Lou's opinion for a quality replacement and we ended up with a 15 SEER TRANE system. Thanks Lou...
