Firehouse Window Tint

Had Tint put on my 2024 Lexus with 300 miles on it. When they installed to windshield tint, they made multiple scratches on my brand new dashboard and stated that because of the two week delay in notifying them, "a lot can happen in two weeks", trying to blame some other source, and refused to pay of the repair. I travel for work and it was over the holidays. I'm convinced they still would not have covered the damage even though they know they did it. This was my 3rd and last car tinting at Firehouse.

Absolutely fantastic company and window tinting service. I have gone to Firehouse Window Tint for four of my cars over the years. The tint on my Ram they applied back in 2013 looks as good today as it did back then. Phenomenal rates, to include military and repeat customer discounts. More importantly, they do quality work and stand behind it!

I had an appointment for 11 and got there early and they started early. Tint looks awesome. I got accosted by a wallaby inside the waiting area but other than that everything was fantastic.

Could not have turned out better. Excellent job! I would refer Justin and Kyle to all my friends.

I called and spoke to Mack in the morning to get an appointment for an estimate for four windows in home. He ball parked a price and suggested there is usually a minimum cost for home services, but he would call me later with an appointment. Late in the afternoon I still had not received a call back and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again the following day. Mack said they were very busy doing auto tints and he would need to pull a tech to provide an estimate. He also stated there might be a ladder issue as the windows were approx. 14 ft. Ironic that ladders may be issue for firemen. Once I mentioned Angie's List he was more than willing to offer me many appointments. I did not pursue an appointment. I feel a company should provide good customer service from beginning to end.

This guy was rude immediately. He did not care that I had an appointment, just kept saying we had scheduled the window tint with another business. Why would another business with his name schedule an appointment and confirm his address? A professional would have apologized and tried to get me to reschedule for another time. His professionalism rating needs something less than F. Wow - what a horrible customer experience. Nobody should ever use this place. If this place can not accept responsibility for not scheduling the appointment in their system, can you imagine how they would handle a mistake in applying the window tinting or defective materials? Do you think they would accept responsibility and correct the problem?

Walked in and despite a full schedule they fit in my car and perfectly matched my front windows to the rears. They were very professional, have a clean shop, use a solid product, offered the best price and did a great job in the time as promised. When I arrived at the business I was promptly meet by gentleman. He was not only informative, but honest about the product. I inquired as to how much the darker tint would impede my visibility. He was straight up about the pros and con's ,and even suggest the right tint for me. My experience was comfortable, and I could not be happier the results. I would suggest this company to all my friends.

These guys were great, and did a superb job. I brought my Mercedes c250 in and they did a great job on all the windows with normal tint, they also added the and quot;blueand quot; as it's called, to the front windshield which is almost clear and blocks 99% of UV as well as clears up the view. I walked in on Monday, they did the work on Tuesday, finished in just over 2 hours (windshield takes a little longer). Drove home, let it set for the required 48 hours, double checked all the work and everything is great. When my wife buys her new car (her turn next), we will be going back for sure.

These guys are great. It's the 2nd time I've used them. Once for my house and once for my car. I arrived without an appointment and was lucky enough to get in for tint installation right away. Highly recommend the guys at Firehouse Window Tint!

Flawless job. Ryan and Patrick removed tint from my 14 year old vehicle, and installed CTX film on 5 windows. It took two visits to complete the work, due to the amount of time spent in removing the old tint. They are very busy, but it is obvious that they value the customer's time, and in all four conversations I had with Patrick, he was courteous and accurate with regard to the time it would take, and was happy to schedule multiple appointments. They quoted a very good price for quality workmanship. I highly recommend their services- very happy with the outcome.

They have three levels of tinting. They use computer program for each car tinted so the cut is exact and fits to a and quot;Tand quot;. Good quality, purchased the mid-range. Delivered when promised. Very professionally done

There guys really ARE firemen. My scheduled installation was cancelled because of a call to duty, but the following week they showed up and gave me a little discount of the quoted price. Great guys!

After getting their product recommendation, I asked why they didn't recommend the highest priced option. They explained the differences and stated that , for my application, the cost difference wasn't justified. I appreciate their honesty. They were able to start immediately and completed the job in about 20 minutes. They are nice,honest, guys! I recommend them without hesitation!

Ryan at Firehouse Window Tint was very nice! He did the same tint job that he did on his truck for my truck, and he even gave me some great options and suggestions. He used the ceramic tint on my windshield, which helps with the satellite connection and radar for my truck. There were no bubbles, and my truck will now stay cool for the whole day. Very nice experience and will definitely recommend his service to everyone.
