Went to showroom to purchase light fixtures. Was greeted by the receptionist who told me to wonder around by myself. No attempt made to find a salesperson for me. I wondered around the premises -- twice. I caught the eye of several salespersons, but every one of them looked away; not one asked me if I needed help. After 15 minutes of this, I left. I got the definite impression that they couldn't be bothered, and that is not a good way to treat potential customers. If you don't want to assist walk-ins, then make it clear that it is by appointment only.

sent wrong refridgerator,the send visibily damaged one,the sent another damaged one. Sent 3 micro wave ovens all allignment doors defective.
