I am so so sorry, I noticed this review says the work was done in Dec 2014. We were last there on Sept 12, 2014 for a toilet repair and replacement of a couple shower cartridges. I see no correspondence beyond that. Did you call us and let us know? We would have gladly help take care of things if we were in the wrong!. Things don't go right every time, we understand that, and always want the opportunity to make things right. We just don't like to hear about them a year later. Bill Fenwick
