+ -1 moreWhat a rip off. They came in and provided a quote of $2,900 to install an 80 gallon water heater. We had a second company come in and they installed the exact same water heater for $1,500. I could never recommend them ever. We only used them due to the numerous positive ratings. Our experience was an F.

+ 0 morethey finally arrived 30 min after the 3 hour service window. they checked it out and said it needed replacing. Quote was very expensive. They only use one brand $500 more than than other standard brands. I sent them away after $149 for the service call.

+ -1 moreOffice said they could flush it. After barely looking at it, repairmen who were sent out said they couldn't due to liability issues. Wasted $$$ listening to the predictable upsell on a new water heater. Office also told repairmen that the heater wasn't working, which was flat out wrong - it was and is working. The guys ended up fixing a couple of drippy faucets. They were nice, they did a good job. But this could have been avoided had the office just said they don't flush water heaters of a certain age.

+ -1 moreI call and said i has a shower pan that leaked and was going need to be replaced. The plumber was very polite, but said the shower pan needed to be replaced, he could not fix it, and he would need an appraiser to come out. He then charged me $175 for a 10 minute service call. He did say that amount would be credited in the repair if we had the work done by them. I thoght the apprasial amount was too high and went with another company.

+ -1 moreFenwick sent over two very nice but relatively inexperienced technicians. Job took in excess 12 hours. Company did reduce the bill to 8 hours. At the very expensive prices that this company charges you would expect to see a master plumber preforming your plumbing service. Hired this company based on the ratings seen here on Angie's list and was very disappointed in their performance. I would not chose to use this company again.
Description of Work: Needed to change out 2 shower valves on open shower walls (down to studs). Move a shower drain approximately 20 inches. Move the water spout in shower approximately 2 inches. Chain the tub faucet, handles and mixer valve.

+ -1 moreVery bad experience with this company. By the way, i came to knew this company from Angie's list and it has a high rating on the website. But it didn't turn out to be as such for my job.
Description of Work: I used this plumbing company a couple of months ago when the house had some issue main drain line clogging. They unclogged it and one month later, the drain line became clogged. This time, the waste stuffs overflew from the drain plug in the front of my house and went to the driveway! What a big mess with full of smells! I called the Bill Fenwick to ask about the possible reason and if they had done the job properly. One lady took my phone call and told me that she would check with the relevant plumber and keep me posted. It has been a while and i haven't get any update from this company. Based on my experience, i wouldn't recommend this company at all.

+ -1 moreThe lead man got very sick the second day and a replacement guy came out. Unfortunately, without the original lead man the job took an extra two days to complete, but the crew was professional and worked hard to try and restore water service the second evening. We were without water overnight, but it really wasn't a tremendous hardship as we used the neighbors garden hose to get what water we needed.
