Company charged $147 (less $20 coupon) to make quick inspection and said repairs would have to be done on a time & material basis.

Showed up a little early, had footies so not to get my floor dirty, went right to work, was done and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Extremly professional.

Very good to excellent. Quick response, reasonable estimate, good workmanship, flexible to work changes. I changed the work scope based on conditions found and they worked with me on it. I de-scoped and they had no problems with that also, but they did sell me a second water heater (which I probably needed anyway). Only question I had applies to all the plumbing bids I got: why are heaters so expensive from plumbers?

They called to make appointments. They kept the appointments. They cleaned up after each visit and removed all debris. They followed-up at the completion of the job assure we were satisfied with the work.

I had a leak in one toilet; which was deemed to be rusty bolts holding the tank to the base. The plumber replaced the bolts and the toilet now works fine. I had another toilet that would flush all by itself periodically. The plumber added a small piece to a mechanism in the tank. However, the toilet still flushes all by itself. Overall -- they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I also give them good marks for taking the initiative to call me when they thought there might be an issue. I was charged only for fixing the bathroom sink and for a part put in the problem toilet.

Two workers came out to snake out our pipe leading from our washing machine...they showed up a couple hours late, ran some water through the pipe and said nothing was wrong...they wanted to leave then but we asked them to snake it anyway...they did and cleared the pipe...great job...haven't had any problems with it since.

I called at 4:00 pm on Monday afternoon, it took the guys about an hour to get to me, and they were done by 5:45. They took the time to wipe out my sink, but left the floor dirty. They were nice guys though. I had called a different company first and they could not get to me on the same day. Considering I called late in the day and they came, the cost was worth it. I had expected about $100, so this was fine.

Overall Bill Fenwick Plumbing just did a good job. They gave me the assistance I needed. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

I was impressed with Bill Fenwick Plumbing follow up. They sent out questionnaires for me to fill out to see how satisfied I was. I would definitely recommend them to others. I liked their work.

They were supposed to call prior to arriving and when they hadn't called by 6:00, we assumed they weren't coming (they had said Friday afternoon or Saturday morning). At 6:30, the plumber arrived and said he didn't have our phone number to call first. He was very efficient and did quality work in a timely manner. The only thing he did that raised our eyebrows was replace a part in the toilet that was unrelated to the problem without asking us first. He said it was going to fail soon and he went ahead and replaced it. That was okay, but we would have preferred to know that's what he was doing before we got billed. The only real surprise was the final bill - we had not anticipated the cost of parts being so high, and that was not discussed with us prior to initiating the work. Overall, good job but pricey.
