Fenwick was very prompt and professional. We got estimates from several companies and theirs was one of the lowest, plus they were able to come quickly. Fenwick is a local company that has been around for many decades and they seem to understand that customer service is the key to maintaining an ongoing business relationship.

I was totally satisfied with everything, totally A, on time, on budget, avery fair price for the work. they did such a good job with this that we are actually having them repipe the entire home.

Repair of leak was expensive given its size. It was a small leak. It cost $400 to repair.

nothing exciting to tell, really. Two men came out to our house and snaked two of our drains. They came out on a Saturdayand performed the work quickly.

Well, he provided good information on tankless water heaters. Felt I could trust him to do a good job.

The final price ended up being what the estimate was. He was very efficient and came out and did the work when he said that he would. It was a good experience all around.

I have used them for a long time. We have always used them since we moved into this house. They stand behind their work and if there is a problem they will fix the problem and also take the money off the final bill.

Project was discussed, worked and completed within a short timeframe. Bill Fenwick picked up items I had ordered from Lowes and installed them on-site. All workers were very professional and friendly. They were trustworthy and hardworking. I would highly recommend Bill Fenwick Plumbing to anyone who might need their services, from a simple leak to a full blown bathroom remodel.

In the end I was very satisfied with my repair, however when the first technician came out he diagnosed that I did not have the correct voltage coming into the unit and advised that I get an electrician in to look at the timer switch. The electrical guy came out and found nothing wrong. It turned out that when the plumbing technician came in he did not turn the timer to on so there was obviously no power to the unit. Anyway, the plumbing technician came back and fixed the problem and realized his mistake and I indicated I wanted to talk to the owner about the extra expense of the electrical guy. The owner was great and refunding me the cost of the electrician so I was not out anything additional. This is the way to keep your customers happy and I hope the technician remembers to check the incoming power in the future ;).

A very nice young man answered my service call. I had a toilet that was flushing slow and sometimes wouldn't clear the water all the way from the bowl. He (Bubba) snaked it and removed the entire toilet bowl before determining that a build-up of calcium was the problem. He made a call and had a new toilet brought out and installed it. He was very professional, had excellent manners, and kept the area very clean, even under the circumstances. I wanted him to install a new kitchen faucet that I had, and he installed it and it still leaked. He told me to exchange it for a certain model that would work better, came back the next day and installed the new one, packaging the old one up for return. (I would never have gotten it back in the box!)

I called after hours on 6/8/09 and left a message with their night service telling them of the leak bubbling from the ground. I got a call the next morning at 8 and the truck was in my driveway within 20-25 minutes. Jake went to work right away, it was easy to see that the pipe that was in the ground had corroded. Bless his heart, he had to dig through mud and cut up roots to get to the "root" of the problem. He was finished within an hour. I also asked for a repipe quote and quote on moving pipes in the master bath from tub to shower. He did not provide the latter and really didn't give me any information on it. When he went to write up my bill, I asked about the coupon on Angie's List, but he responded saying he didn't know what Angie's List is. I was disappointed that I did not receive my discount; however, he was very nice. I was very happy with the work Jake did and the fast response to my call. If the other quotes are within $300 - $400 of his, I will certainly use them.

After serviceman left, the fitting on top of the tank leak with water coming out. Fortunately we called and he returned relatively quickly to replace the fitting but he forgot to turn on the circuit breaker. When I called asking about possibly replacing a second water heater in the attic, I never got a return call from the owner.

He left a big hole in the wall so I had to have someone else come to fix the drywall. I was under the impression that he could do it all himself, but that was not the case. He even took my bath mat! I called his cell phone when I got home and asked him where my mat was. This was a very nice bath mat, it was very pretty. He said, Oh I cleaned up with that! I don t understand why he would use that to clean up with, especially because I left him rags in case he needed anything to clean up with. I told him I really wanted it back. The next day I was out again, and he left it at my door and it was clean! I think his price was high considering I had to pay $150 to have my drywall fixed. This was a very bad experience. My shower works beautifully, but the tech gets an F. I will not use him again.

Called into their call center around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. They had one of their field plumbers call back within 20 minutes. He asked what the problem was, and estimated it would be about a $100.00 repair to which I agreed. He arrived about an hour later spent 1/2 hour on the job, and the bill was $150.00. I was a little taken aback at the extra $50.00 charge. However, the plumber was efficient, courteous and I was grateful to have the problem taken care of in the same afternoon.

They gave us some environmentally friendly solution to put down the drain to unstop it. They were very friendly. They got their work done when they said it was going to be done. They took it a step further by giving us the drain unclogging solution. They were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friend and family. Prices are a little higher then others.

I contacted Fenwick plumbing to fix the problem and they were wonderful. They came very quickly, worked with the utility company and kept the mess to a minimum. They were extremely clean, courteous, and respectful and understood the emergency situation immediately. I would use again in a heartbeat!

This company was impressive. They were punctual, cordial and professional. Their estimate was higher than that of others I had received from other companies. I checked them out with the BBB and they have no outstanding negative record with them. I was fairly impressed overall.

We were very happy with this company that we got from Angie's List. They were very polite and treated us with respect. They were on time for the appointment. They also had the entire job done very quickly. They even came in under their original estimate. We have had no problems with any water leaks since they did the repairs.

I am very pleased with the service that they completed. The finished product looks amazing. They were very precise in every aspect. They made sure to answer my questions and I would refer them to anyone. I think that the price was reasonable as well.

He is very friendly and I am very happy with the service. I will be using him again, for many other jobs in the near future. The work was detailed and done with perfection. They have a great business and I love doing business with a company, that is so trustworthy and favorable.

The serviceman arrived on time, and the work they did was excellent. We were surprised by the bill however. The quote we were given was for $45, but they failed to mention that they also charged $25 for each 15 minutes they were at our house. They even counted the time it took them to unload the equipment. I would make sure of the exact cost to expect before hiring them.
