I received a call back within 10 minutes and was given as estimate of the work to be done (actual cost was lower). They said they would be here first thing Monday and they were true to their word. The quality of work was great. They removed the "minimal" mounting shims the builder put in and he build a complete frame for the sink and tied it in properly. He also caulked all around the sink which was something the builder did not do either. The whole process took about 4 hours and I am back in business. I would highly reccomend Bill Fenwick to anyone needing quality work.

Professionalism and Quality at its best! Everything about Bill Fenwick, including the man himself, was what we hoped for but never expected in this day of poor quality tradespeople who are more interested in the fast nickel than the slow dime. The communication was top-notch, and Bill and crew really take pride in the quality of their service. The Golden Plumber service is a great way to describe their work. Regarding the pricing: it's not the cheapest, but it's a right value because it is done right the first time. There are less expensive plumbers out there but your risks of a nightmare are much higher. Thanks Bill and crew!

Very disappoiting.Don't call Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

We called Bill Fenwick because our shower arm broke off while trying to install a new shower head. Our call was returned promptly and we got service soon after. The plumber was a gentleman, fixed the problems quickly and correctly and even showed us how to do the repaires! The pricing was fair and fully explained. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will defintely use them again.

They pulled all the old stuff out day 1 and returned day 2 to tile - I painted on day 3 and on day 4 they put in a new toilet and and sink. They were courteous and efficient. They cut a new threshold piece of tile when the first one didn't turn out right - and without my asking.

They did a great job. We've used them for a few years now. They are very cost effective and timely. The quality of work was really good.

At a combined age of 152 years, my wife and I moved south to Jacksonville into a 17 year old house. Being new to the area we asked our neighbors whom they could recommend as plumbers as we had a curbside leak. They gave me a name and number to call, but in my usual geriatric convolutions, I lost the paper and felt that I remembered the name. So, I called the Fenwick group and they dispatched a serviceman who remedied the situation in a competent and prompt fashion at a moderate and fair cost which corresponded to their initial estimate of charge. I then used the Fenwick group for a similar small plumbing incident and again their service and billing was very satisfactory. Approximately 6 months later, we decided to remodel our kitchen, change plumbing fixtures and toilet in 2 bathrooms and re-install a toilet after floor replacement. I received an estimate range of cost and options which I deemed fair and engaged the Fenwick services again. The re-modeling (as usual) ran into unexpected problems at unexpected times. Fenwick personnel had the expertise to combat and remedy the problems and they appeared almost on demand when an emergency situation arose and they were always accompanied with equipment and parts to effectuate cure and completion. Their workers, were always polite, attentive and compassionate to our needs. They never had to leave the job for tools or parts as their vehicles seemed to be well equipped. Upon work completion they cleaned the area as if there was never a repair incident and removed all debris and again their charges, even in an emergency, were fair and moderate. Yes, yes, yes, I highly recommend Bill Fenwick Plumbing, Inc. and I will again engage them for a master bathroom remodel for the summer. I give that company all A's in overall experience, price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I have no negative comments about this company or its service. Repairmen was competent and worked in the pouring rain to get my issue solved, the whole experience was good, just the extra cost for coming on the weekend was way too high. Service was at though!

He is very prompt, professional, and there were no problems.

This was the best plumber I have ever hired. He was neat, punctual, knew what he was doing and didn't waste a minute. He met me at my house as I had arranged to come home from work to meet him when he was ready to do my job. This is great for folks who work. When I arrived he had already started setting up and was ready to go. In no time he had the drains cleared up and then I showed him where the leak was in the yard (JEA had already identified the leak area) and he got to work on that problem. He really knew what he was doing and showed me the leaky pipe peice he had replaced. They charge by the 1/4 hour but he was such a fast worker it worked out to what I felt was a reasonable price. I will definately use them again.

They were very professional. They were here when they said they would. They called ahead. They were just very nice.

We ordered a sink for undercounter granite top. Bill had someone there to put in th enew sink. It didn't fit. Bill did everything over a three day period and fixed the problem and stood behind his work. A stand up company and a stand up owner. There is no other plumber I will ever use.

Apparently, the source of the problem was located on the roof. Once they addressed this source, all of the issues had been resolved.

They were very professional. They handled old plumbing very well. They were excellent.

They stuck to their estimate, they were courteous, they were very professional, and their office staff was very nice. They are very fair. It's a local company.

I was no home for the install but my wife indicated they were on time and nice. I think the price indicates that they took advantage of my wife. You can get the heater we purchase for $450 on Amazon including shipping. So it was $400 for installation of the new unit and removal of the old. That's extortionate in my opinion. Update to my report above (2/21/12). I was contacted by Bill Fenwick regarding my report above and he was concerned why I have made such inflammatory remarks above rather than talk to him directly. I agreed that I should have spoken with him to try and rectify my concerns before posting "angry". In the end I indicated that my main problem was that I did not get a breakdown of the charges on the invoice - just a bill for $850. He sent me breakdown via email and after consideration of this information I have changed my rating. If anyone would like a copy of the breakdown send me an email at schalk@unf.edu.

We called late on a Friday afternoon about the broken spigot. Scott showed up within an hour to cap it off so that we would have water for the weekend. He then returned promptly on Monday with all of the proper parts and did a superb installation of a new spigot. We called back and asked for Scott when we noticed a ceiling leak just a couple of weeks later. He was here in no time and took care of the problem in a nano second! We will continue to use Bill Fenwick's Plumbing in the future.

The quality of their work is outstanding. They show up when they are supposed to, their prices are what they are, pretty reasonable. Above all they stand by what they do. Years ago they were installing a sink for us and there was a problem because somebody did something which cracked our counter top. They called their manager and he got on the phone with us. It was a stone sink, but he promised to replace it. They replaced the whole thing. He called the company and the company called us and asked us for some paper work to tell what they had done. The company guy told me that they don’t do that color anymore so he said it would be special mix. I inquired then if they had charged the plumbing guy. He paid for whatever they had to do special. Bill Fenwick Plumbing Inc did not complain, not a word was said that they cannot do that, or that it was old so we will give you a discounted rate nothing like that was said. It was like they will take care of the damage caused and they replaced it. That is why we still call them. They did not even tell me how much they spend on it, and I don’t want to know. They are a great company.

The experience was good. They were prompt and quick in doing the work. The price was what we agreed upon and close to what they quoted us.

They are great. The company is very friendly and efficient. The plumbers are excellent and they always show up when they are supposed to. They do great work at a great price and I wouldn’t use anybody else. I was having a lot done today and they were here for more than 2 hours.

I had had opportunity to use this firm on several occassions such as a broken water pipe below a kitchen cabinet which flooded the house----also sewer line backups, etc and found them professional responsive & punctual.

**Do not sign the initial contract for them to do the work UNTIL THEY SHOW UP because they may not! "9/23 I called Bill Fenwicks to get an estimate of a whole house re-pipe. "John" gave me the estimate, was very courteous and then told me I could call the office to make an appointment to have it done.On the week of Oct 10th, I called the office and made an appointment for the plumbers to do the work on Monday October 24th.I also requested John to do the work. At the same time i also asked the receptionist to have John call me as I had a few questions regarding the re-pipe. John did not call back so on Tuesday the 18th I called. Spoke with the receptionist and told her, "John was doing my re-pipe on the 24th, I need to ask some questions, he hasn't called me yet"... John called back promptly. We talked, he confirmed he would be at my house between 8:30 and 8:45 on the 24th of October.In the meantime, my husband and i travel for work so in between trips we completely cleaned the attic (which was a chore since we have lived there for 23 years), we cleaned out all the cabinets in bathrooms, etc, to prepare for this 3 day job. We also arranged our work schedules to be in the area for those days. I requested two personal days off which was very inconvenient considering it was the end of the month and I am in sales so I pressed myself in the weeks before knowing that I would not be working for this "re-pipe". October 24th no one shows up at 8:30, 8:45, 9:00, 9:45... I call the office and they act like they had no clue that I was scheduled to have a re-pipe done. I was VERY upset considering the "prep" work involved on our part and the fact that 3 times it was mentioned that I was having my re-pipe done on the 24th. The receptionist, on the phone, said that John was sick and it wasn't on the schedule. It was obvious that things were VERY chaotic at the office as the woman I spoke with had to put me on hold several times while I was trying to figure out what to do. I cancelled them doing any work for me. Thank goodness I did not sign the initial contract for them to do the work. In the meantime I called another company and got an estimate for work that actually ended up being a little less for PEX pipe with a 25 year warranty rather than CPVC which is what the estimate from Bill Fenwicks was for. Bill Fenwicks called back a few hours later and apologized for the "miscommunication" (what miscommunication? there was no miscommunication on my end. It seemed to be a disorganized MESS on their end) and that they could send a truck out in a few minutes. I declined the offer as I was concerned that they could totally screw up the time they were supposed to be here so that might indicated the work they do. Accepted the other plumbers bid and they will be out tomorrow!

I had no problems. They did everything according to their estimate. I have had no problems with the job.

I have used this provider in the past and would definitely use again.
