Overall the job was ok. I am not a plumber by any means but the quality of the job seemed so so. It was expected to take a week and actually took 2. There were many, many holes that needed to be patched. They did not clean up well. When contacing the owner about our dissatisfaction he was somewhat responsive. We went with them because they said they could start right away and get the job done quicker than the other companies we got quotes from. That was not the case.

They are fabulous. THey are very reliable and always come when they say they are going to. They are great in emergencies. They are very respectful and put booties on before walking into your house.

The initial guy didn't do what he was supposed to do. The second guy did a great and fantastic job, he's the one I specifically had to fix the line. I think the price was reasonable.

Their service is excellent. They are good contractors. They are prompt, and their pricing is excellent. They do an excellent work too. I would absolutely use them again.

Fenwick is extremely professional, clean, and fast. They get an A+ in all categories except for one. We had them quote us for a repipe at our rental property and they came in over twice as much as everybody else. I value good service; but not enough to pay 2x for it. I would highly recommend having Fenwick Plumbing on your list for small jobs, but make sure and get price quotes from other companies for larger jobs.

The plumber who came out was named Lester. I was impressed with his timing. There are very few that show up on time, and he was "Johnny on the spot". He was very informative too, and didn't leave a mess behind. I had to run to Home Depot, and they took a break while I was gone; they didn't charge me for this time. The woman at the office I spoke with was very nice as well.

After initial call on a Thursday Bill Fenwick came the next day and gave us a detailed written estimate for the materials and labor. Work was scheduled for the following Wednesday since this was not an emergency. The plumbers (Patrick and Robert) arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment with them. They completed the installation within 2 1/2 hours. They didn't just give me the Operating manuals, they took the time to explain each of the units operational functions. Patrick and Robert were courteous, professional and polite. Any future plumbing issues I have will be handled by Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing Inc's technician was very prompt. He came and would like to work. He did the job and it took him the time that he said it would be complete. He checked the work out to make sure it's 100% and cleaned up the mess. His demeanor and customer service skills was super.

It went very smooth and they completed the work in one day. The workers were thorough and quick. They were very professional and addressed all my concerns. Overall it was a great replumb experience. .

Fenwick plumbing arrived at 8:30 A.M. Mr. Fenwick himself came out and went over with his people exactly what had to be done. His people promptly went to work. They showed me the condition of my old pipes after they had been removed. After the removal, they let me know that they were breaking for lunch and when they will be back. They were back exactly when they said they would. They promptly returned to work and put in all the new pipes. It took them all day, as was expected. They got all work done, went over everything they did and took all the old plumbing. They were on budget and on time. They were completely professional and were a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them a thousand times over!!!

Fenwick installed new plumbing and a tankless water heater. While they were friendly enough, the job took longer than anticipated and has not resulted in the performance I wanted. It takes a long time for hot water to appear in certain parts of the house. When called, however, they are responsive and try to arrange an acceptable solution.

The service man who showed up was swift, and very nice . He answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use the service again.

My new home had a pipe stub for gas on the lanai. I contacted Bill Fenwick for an estimate to put in a quick-connect and a shut-off valve. Bill Fenwick himself came out to discuss my needs. He followed up with an estimate via email. I chose his bid and scheduled the work. The workers showed up on time; actually they were a few minutes early. They discussed the job with me to make sure that I was in agreement. The work was completed perfectly. The charge was exactly what I was quoted.

The guys came out to install a new hot water heater. The location I chose would have been a major reconstruction so they discussed other options with me, such as tankless heater. My current hot water heater was old and wasn't sure if it worked. They checked it out and lit it for me so that I'd have water until such time that I chose to implement the tankless heater. Very courteous. No pressure.

On the Saturday before new year's eve, my husband started to replace the faucet for the kitchen sink and accidentally broke off a valve stem. Since he didn't have the tools or the part to fix it, we called Bill Fenwick. The earliest they could come out was new year's eve. On new year's eve, they called and said someone could come out before noon, which was earlier than expected. Our plumber, Frankie, arrived early and started working. He replaced the valve stem and then went to work installing the faucet. Once the faucet was installed, only a trickle of water would come out of it. He explained that the fault was with our pipes, which are made of galvanized steel. The galvanized steel pipes have debris in them that got into the faucet. He said he could remove the faucet and perhaps clear the debris - if - it was in the handles of the faucet, but if it was in the faucet itself, we would need a new faucet - and - a repiping of the entire house. My husband told me the problem was that Frankie did not flush the pipes before hooking up the faucet. This caused debris to be forced up into the faucet. Well, the debris was in the faucet, so my husband returned to the hardware store to exchange the faucet. Thankfully, Home Depot was willing to exchange the faucet for the same model. Meanwhile, I had to pay for the new valve stem and 1 and a half hours of labor - $281.50 My husband then returned home, installed the faucet, flushing the pipes before hooking them up to the faucet, and everything worked fine. It took my husband less than 20 minutes to install the new faucet.

I got estimates from three of the top rated Angie's List plumbers in our area based on the reviews. They were the middle price, but all quotes were within about a $100 or less of each other. They were the only ones who mentioned a rebate program with our gas company and offered to fill out the paper work for us. I picked them based on the reviews, their price, and their handling of my telephone query. They arrived 9:30 AM for a 8:30 - 9:00 AM appointment. Considering the distance they had to drive - 30 plus miles through traffic, I wasn't concerned about a half hour. Their truck is modern, fully stocked and first rate. Two plumbers came to do the job. They were easy to communicate with and were very knowledgeable. After they discovered we had a propane unit, I convinced them we only have natural gas in our home. They brought us the same US brand unit that I was told we would get when I first called. It was a brand new unit still in the box. It fit perfectly where our old unit was installed. While the old tank was draining, they did the other repairs I asked to have completed. The original quote was for $1008 and we ended up paying $1263. Considering they did two additional jobs and used additional parts and worked an additional hour, I think the additional $250+ was fair. They also looked at a bath tub faucet that needs repair. They helped us photograph the leak and advised how to get in touch in Kohler and get a new rebuild kit for free since the unit is guaranteed for life. I will have them return to repair the unit when we get the parts. Overall, our experience was very positive. We will use Bill Fenwick for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

They were very helpful in scheduling the appointment. They contacted me when they were on their way and arrived in the 2 hr time frame promised. The plumber completed the job cleanly and removed old fixtures. All repairs were done as promised and warranties explained. Good experience. I would use them again.

Service was good and worker were friendly and answered all of my questions plus gave me helpful hints for temp. settings and couponds for any other service I might need.
