After another plumbing company said that our shower water pressure could not be fixed Bill Fenwick Plumbing Co. came in and fixed the problem. They found that the water valve was clogged and was able to provide a solution in about 30 minutes without removing any of the shower tile. I will use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

From start to finish the office informed us of when the plumbers,tile setters would be coming.The job was done in a very professional manner and the detail used in each stage of this project was excellent. My wife and I feel that this company gave us a great new bathroom at a reasonable cost especially in a older house where the unexpected can happen. I got a call from the dispatcher to tell me they were on the way. They arrived promptly as expected at 8:30am and quickly began working. They worked efficently and made some professional recommendations. They're professionalism and the amazing truck with every possible supply on it gave me great confidence in their work. As they concluded, they explained their work in detail and showed me on the invoice. I would recommend this vendor for all plumbing services.

They were the bright star in my remodeling project. They came when they said they would, were neat and finished the job in a snap. The gentleman that came out even put on paper "booties" so he did not track in mud, since it was a rainy day. When the bill was presented, he mentioned to me that if I went online there was a coupon and he waited patiently while I printed it out. I had to reschedule the job by a couple days since the other contractors were not finished on time, and the phone scheduler was pleasant and accommodating. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I understand that Fenwick also does complete bathroom remodels and I will definitely be calling them for my next projectI The price was a little higher than other estimates I had received, however I felt that they were worth every penny.

They were very quick and professional.

I had shut off the main water supply valve to accommodate other service personnel. When I went to turn it back on, the gate dropped and wouldn't open. I called Bill Fenwick based on Angie's list recommendations, explained the situation, and within an hour or so they were there to make the repair. Matt and Matt did an excellent job - very professional and dedicated to doing the job well. In spite of having to replace a faulty new valve with another new valve, the time from when I made the call to the job being completed was only around four hours. That's what I call "great service"!!

They were professional and did good work. I had them come and do an inspection on my house because it had been vacant for 5 years so I wanted to make sure that there's no plumbing issues before we move in. I had 2 different things because first I had somebody come out and that was my intention and he really didn't do it so I had somebody come back out from the same company. I explained to him what I was looking for and he did a fine job so I'm a little torn on whether or not they listen very well. If I have some small leaks I would likely use them again.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing Inc are fabulous plumbers. I've been using them forever, and they're wonderful. They've done a lot for me, like replumbing my house and fixing three shower leaks. They've done so much and have always been wonderful. It's a family owned business and they are good to their word. They're very trustworthy, to the nth degree.

I had previously called another provider and since it was Saturday they staed they could not get anyone out till Monday. Unfortunatly the toilet was flushed and coming out the drain pipe in my yard and I could not wait 2 days. Called Bill Fenwick and they had someone to my house within an hour or two. He unclogged the line quickly and set up a time to come back and replace the broken pipe cap during the week. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged me a fee because they had to use a machine type snake to get the tree roots out of the pipe. Just seemed weird to pay them to use their own equipment in addition to parts and labor.

My husband and I tried following the mfgr's instructions to install a new toilet in the guest bath, but it leaked. Actually, water flowed pretty freely from the bottom. Basically, the provider had to reinstall the wax ring and reposition the commode appropriately. Voila! No more water where is doesn't belong!! We've used Bill Fenwick in the past and would not hesitate to use this provider in the future.

The job was completed on time and under budget. There was some miscommunication from the estimate to the installation. Fenwick Plumbing was exceptionally flexible and clearly wanted the outcome to be satisfactory. There was a one day delay due to granite counters not being ready on time, but the job was still finished on time. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the professional way everyone on the install team performed. It was clear that they took great pride in their work. As an example, the plumbing for the tub drain and overflow was off just slightly. Instead of trying to force a fit, they removed it all and reinstalled new plumbing so it would be exact. This type of attention to detail was done in every part of the job from demolition to tile, plumbing, installation and finish work down to the shoe molding. Two other items of note, 1) they communicated very well on what they were going to accomplish that day and what the plan for the next day was, and 2) They took great care to leave my home clean and organized at the end of each work day. I have one more bathroom to be remodeled and I will definitely rehire Bill Fenwick Plumbing to complete the job.

Replaced certain components. Couldn't figure it so replaced all components for less than it would cost total. I would recommend them again.

They were excellent. They were prompt, friendly and they worked quickly. They were very nice. They showed us while they were working so that we could point out the issues and problems. Whenever they ran into other issues, they were very quick about letting us know what has to be done to fix the issue. They did a great job. They originally quoted us a lot more. They definitely came out quickly to fix the issue. It was a three-day job and unfortunately they couldn’t finish it off before the big party that we were having. But they at least fixed it enough so that we could have people over for the party. They came back the following Monday to complete the job. They were here even a little bit early. They were very professional.

Adam was the technician. He was prompt, very courteous, very thoughtful to the homeowner (wore booties when he came in the house), very patient in explaining the directions, troubleshooting, and other helpful hints. Truly a pleasure to work with Adam and hope he will be sent the next time I call Bill Fenwick plumbing.

We did not actually use this company for the job because the quote they gave us was literally 3× the price of any of the other quotes. The job was for running a gas pipe to the house to establish service as well as plumb out a line for a water heater and stovetop. At $5,000 I suspect that they just did not want the work, but if that is the case I do not understand why they wasted their time coming out, and I am annoyed that they wasted my time. I have since had other plumbing jobs, but did not even bother with them for a quote.

All went perfect. They were at the house on time, completed the repair perfectly. They left the area cleaner than when the got here. Will use them again.

The experience was very pleasant and hassle free. I called the main office at 7:30am and had my bathtub repaired by noon! John was very professional and honest.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing was exceptional. I hired them to assess my current hot water heater (just bought house) and tell me if safe to proceed with using. They said it would get me by for awhile and would be safe and they lit it for me. Then arranged for management to come out and quote putting in an inline hot water heater that would free up space in my laundry room and save me money on heating hot water. After a reasonable quote I proceeded. They did an exceptional job and arranged for an electrician to come in and do electrical work. As promised, inline hot water heater worked great and was installed outside my house freeing up the space I had hoped to reclaim in my laundry room.
