Excellent. i called at 8:30 and was given an arrival time between 11 and 2. The guys arrived at 10:45 and immediately got to work. The leak drainage leak was inside an interior wall, between the kitchen and a bedroom. The walls are old horsehair plaster and there was the potential for a huge mess, but they only made a hole large enough to work with, and did a great job with cleanup. They offered to rework the plumbing under the kitchen sink, which of course i took them up on. I will definately use this company again if the need arises!

The service was perfect. My water heater blew and was flooding the garage. They told me on the phone how to turn off the water so it would stop flooding. They showed up within 2 hours.

Very pleased with this company. During recent visit to fix some minor issues with a house we are selling, we started discussing water heater on our current home, which is 16 years old. They offered to come out and conduct complimentary check-up, which they did. We opted to go ahead and replace the water heater, within 48 hours they provided us quotes for different types of heaters to choose from. Once we selected one, they were out very next day to install. Customer service and professionalism are top notch and their prices are very reasonable.

Extremely professional and made sure the job was completely done before they left. We thought it was just the kitchen sink and found out we had a quite a few other issues. They had to stay a lot longer than they had anticipated and were extremely pleasant about it. I've used this company to build a standing shower before and I have always been pleased with them. As the saying goes - " you get what you pay for". And their costs are comparable to other plumbers that are licensed and have the knowledge and ability to do most if not all tasks. I would highly recommend them.

Mike Fenwick was extremely professional. He arrived on time. He was quick and he knew what he was doing. It was also the only service I called that immediately dispatched someone, which was important to me because it was an emergency call. Highly recommend.

They came out in the middle of the night. We had a lot of water coming out of the shower and they were able to fix it right then. They had all the parts in stock on the truck to do the work properly.

Frankie was the plumber who did the work on Oct. 17. He was punctual, professional, and all the work was done to my specifications and satisfaction. I was happy with his work so I asked for him to come back today to install two more grab bars in the master bath. Today Frankie was assisted by Matt and they were again very punctual and wasted no time getting to work. After the two bars were installed, I asked Frankie to take a look at the shower head (which was loose and leaked). He tried to fix it but I decided since the shower head was only a few weeks old and not working too great, I asked him to take it down so that I could return it to the store where I bought it. I'm impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Will call them again when I need help and would definitely recommend.

I called this morning due to running water I could hear behind my bathroom sink. Matt and Matt came within a couple of hours and were able to quickly locate the leak, under the bed and repair it. They did an outstanding job and cleaned the area up well. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very knowledgable. When we are ready to repipe the house we will definitely call them.

It took over 6 1/2 billable hours to install a new toilet, a sink faucet, and a showerhead. Two guys, trained, licensed plumbers took a full day to do three handyman tasks, then billed me over $1000. Took two of them about an hour to "clean up". A small bathroom-some dust, some caulk, maybe a shoeprint-a billable hour of labor. Look elsewhere beside Fenwick.

There were 2 individuals who came to help replace our kitchen faucet. The old one was stuck on so badly that 2 others previously could not get it removed, so I was concerned about whether they could get the old one out and how long it would take. Bill Fenwick plumbers were very fast, efficient, and thorough! They had the entire job completed in 30 minutes, when others have spent at least 2 hours with no luck. I don't think I have seen plumbers work so fast and do such an excellent job, as well! They were careful to test everything and make sure there were no leaks, etc. I would definitely use them again.

The technician showed up on time and he was professional in appearance and demeanor. He inspected the unit and did not find any mechanical problems that would have caused the issue I was having, which was intermittent lapses in the hot water going to the kitchen sink and to our shower. He took a look inside the aerator assemblies in the kitchen faucet and shower head and removed the flow restrictors from them, and the issue was fixed. So now we not only have constant hot water, we have much better water pressure! For anyone who thinks that the price was a little much for the work done, I'd like to point out that payroll expenses and taxes, vehicle purchases and maintenance and liability insurance costs for businesses are very costly so I consider it quite fair. Besides, the issue was resolved with a minimum of interruption to my day so I am very happy.

We just had the work done this morning, so I can't review the quality of work just yet. Hopefully, the toilet and shower won't need to be fixed for a long time! The employee was about 30 minutes late to the appointment. However, we received a call stating that he was running a little behind this morning. If we have plumbing issues, we will call Bill Fenwick plumbing again.

The dispatcher was courteous, understanding, and quickly scheduled an appointment. The plumber called me within 5 minutes to say he was on the way, giving an estimate of charges and time when he would arrive. When they showed up, they were both polite, efficient, did not try to upsell me or use scare tactics. The work was done quickly, cleanly. I recommend Bill Fenwick and will use the company again.

Two guys, John & Eric, showed at appointed time, day of call. Quick, courteous and very knowledgeable about my water heater In and out in less than 45 minutes. Will call and ask for John next problem. Price was reasonable, but not cheap.

I called in the morning and someone was able to come out the same day. The scheduled time was 1-3 pm and the plumber, Kenny, showed up at 1 pm. Kenny removed and replaced the fluid master and flapper on the toilet in the hall bathroom. The toilet was still not flushing so he cabled toilet with an auger and could not unclog. He pulled out the toilet and found a plastic toy ball. He could not get it out without cracking the old toilet and replacing it. It took a reasonable amount of time for a coworker to go out and get a new toilet and help him put it in. While he was waiting for the new toilet, he took a look at the kitchen sink. We have old galvanized pipes and there had been some build up. He cleared that out and hot water now flows out of the sink. He suggested a re- piping of the entire house and gave us an estimate. We had a $25 coupon and he saved us $25 by not replacing the toilet seat.

approximately $1995.00. I was really taken aback as I had priced water heaters on line and found some of the type I needed. and found them to be in the $500.00 - $800.00 range. I told them that I thought their price was too high and they told me the water heater cost was $1600.00+ and the rest was labor at $115.00 per hour. Wow!!! I told them I would check around to see if I could find someone who would do it for a more reasonable price. I found someone that checked out my leak and found that it was just a pin hole in the galvanized outflow pipe. This individual said he could replace the pipe for around $100.00. He also said that he could have replaced the water heater for around $800.00 if it had been necessary. Fenwick called me back trying to get me to have them do the work, but I told them I had found someone else to do it. I am very disappointed with Fenwick and their attempt to overcharge me by double the fair price to complete the requested work. The advertise themselves as a "Family" company. I sure wouldn't want to be part of that family.

Prompt, courteous, helpful in making assessments of potential plumbing problems without selling me unnecessary services. Wish company had informed me ahead of time that they have a first-time customer discount, but he did give me the senior discount (-$15)). I thought that $265 ($69 service call, $124 parts, $87 labor) was a lot for mostly garbage disposal replacement and tightening a few connections.

I called Bill Fenwick and they responded so quickly. Someone was at my home within the hour to help. The new faucet I had purchased did not fit so Kenny went out and bought one for me. The work was done well and very professionally.

We ordered a new gas range from Home Depot and paid for installation and an installation kit. When Home Depot delivered the new range, they inspected the old range and advised that since it had a reduced diameter metal gas line installed, they were not permitted to touch the unit, They merely brought the new stove into our kitchen and left it there and the old stove in place. I checked the TECO People's Gas Website and found a contractor, First Quality Gas, who got good reviews for gas stove installations. When I contacted them, they advised that they were booked for three weeks. They gave me the name of another gas appliance contractor who was also listed on the TECO website; Performance Gas, but they never returned my call. I reluctantly contacted Bill Fenwick Plumbing, who was also listed on the TECO Website as an approved contractor. Although I have used Bill Fenwick in the past for plumbing issues and was very pleased, I was skeptical that they had the experience to do a complete gas range installation. I was wrong! I contacted Bill Fenwick yesterday and was surprised to learn that they had a gas technician available to come to our home today to install the range. They called before they arrived and got to our home early. They immediately scoped out the installation needs and had all of the required lines and fittings. The turned off the gas and replaced the existing shutoff valve with a new larger diameter one, installed a new steel braided line, and then did a thorough check to insure there were no leaks. They then finished putting the burner units in place and tested the stove's operation. They finished off by leveling the unit and sliding it in place. Once they turned the gas back on, they re-lit the pilot light in our hot water heater (which they installed). Their work was completely professional. The price for the installation was a bit high, but when you consider that they brought two technicians, put all new parts in the gas supply line including a new valve, moved the old stove into the garage, and made sure they wore covers on their shoes, etc., I was glad to pay the price because I have peace of mind that the was installed correctly. I'm glad the Home Depot people never got near the gas line. If you need a gas appliance connected and installed and want the best service, you can't go wrong with Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

Repair was done too long ago to remember details

I accidentally cut the main water pipe outside the house with my lawn trimmer. I called around the top Angie's list plumbing companies that provided emergency services on a Sat. I was told by Bill Fenwick Plumbing that their guy was heading towards my neighborhood for another call and could reach me after that. Within half hour, they called back and said that he was on his way. Mark showed up, looked at the issue, immediately told me the approximate time it would take to fix it. He completed the job fairly fast as he had estimated. Price was very reasonable and Mark was very friendly and professional. Very please with their service.

they were unable to complete the request because i didn't have the right fixture for the shower, but agreed to come back to complete the following week.
