Andrew started the job but never completed it. He even left wood that he was going to use on the deck. He completed 80% of the work. He was supposed to come back and complete the rest of it, but he refused to return my class and never returned. I had to hire another contractor to fix the deck. The new contractor had to replace all of the wood that Andrew had used on the deck. So in the end, I paid Andrew almost $1,200 and then had to pay CNL Landscaping $3,400 to do the job correctly.

Great job! Replaced rotten wood. Deck looked brand new. Andrew makes sure every piece of wood fits just right. He does a great job of cleaning up after himself. So glad I found him on Agni’s list.

Andrew is a hard & honest worker and did a great job replacing our deck. (He gave us a Good Fair Price after several bid estimates from other contractors )The work was scheduled for Aug-Sep. during a hurricane and very rainy season causing many delays but Andrew stayed in touch with me through it all and reassured me it would get done. We are very happy with the finished deck and may use Andrew again in future. He is really a nice guy.

Andrew was a professional. His communication was good and he was fairly priced. Only glitch was not knowing stuff wouldn't be hauled away until next day, but in the end that did not pose an issue to the building of the new ramp. I would hire Andrew again.

Came to the house to observe repairs needed. We were given a itemized estimate of repairs to be completed with the cost. Completed repairs in one day. Also cleaned the gutter that was clogged causing water under porch. Andrew was outgoing, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
