+ -1 moreTwo carpetlayers arrived, speaking Spanish to each other and on the cellphone. I asked one to speak English. He yelled, "Why?!" I said "Because I speak English." He yelled, "No. No job!!!" and both left the condo after cutting up part of my carpetting. One returned and began looking around. I yelled for him to get out. He responded, "F..k you!!!" At my request, a police officer called the once-friendly office staff, and he said that they corroborated everything I told him.
Description of Work: A contract was signed to install about 730 square feet of carpetting and padding.
