About us

I received my Florida real estate license in 2004 and have worked in real estate and property management for the past 15 years. I have managed portfolios as large as 4,500 during my career. I have also helped people buy and sell homes as well over the past 15 years. I've personally been a Landlord and I have bought and sold homes over the past 20 years. I have experienced just about everything someone can experience in real estate and property management. To me this is important, because Landlords have certain laws that we need to follow and you need to know what you can and cannot do. Also, experience is important, because I may know of certain ways to handle situation, because I may have experienced the issue before. We are fully licensed and insured. We have the multiple listing service. Our office is located in Jacksonville Florida 32225. We can help you find a Tenant, manage your home, sell your home or help you buy a home.
