+ -1 moreThey started moving stuff I had to repeatedly ask them to not drag stuff on the floor and be careful of the walls. When they arrived at the new house they started moving stuff in. My husband immediately noticed the entertainment center had a piece of wood missing from the front as well as a dresser. My husband noticed after they left a big long deep scratch on our new wood floors. He immediately told me about it went from the back door all the way to our bedroom a good 6 feet. When the movers got back with the second load my husband immediately showed Malene Ellington the owner the scratch and told her he noticed it soon as she left. We said her insurance should cover she said she wouldn't go through her insurance she would just pay out of pocket after we got an estimate. Her and her husband James Ellington both repeatedly stated they would pay for the damages after we get an estimate,, about 5 days later I contacted her stating we are having someone fix the floors and it will be approximately 500.00 could be more. Her response was to take her to court she will not pay for something she didn't do. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: This company meaning a husband, wife and one worker. She advertises as a moving company but her business is a courier business. She isn't properly insured to be an actual moving company.
