Called to see about getting an appointment. Actually said he could come over within an hour or two. Was very friendly and helpful. Turns out nothing serious needed to be worked on, just a few little adjustments. I was worried a couple things might need a few holes in the wall to fix. Did a few things I was too wary or stupid to try, but it seems like everything is good now. Well, other than the kitchen faucet which I will definitely be calling him to install for me when I get it. The visit charge was well worth it if only for my peace of mind and very much worth it since I know some people would have gone ahead and made those holes and maybe even done some unnecessary work. Thank you.

Jerry did an outstanding job ! My wife and I were very pleased at how quickly he responded to our problem and how quickly he fixed the problems we had . He has a great sense of humor too. One of the best contractors I have ever hired . I highly recommend him.

It was 5:00 pm Friday evening and I had just noticed a large leak from my 12-year-old hot water heater. I called Everybody's Plumbing Co. and got the owner, Jerry Ward. I explained what was going on and Jerry informed me that he was currently on another job, but he'd come over right after he finished in an hour or so. This was totally unexpected, as I figured I'd be going the weekend without hot water at the very least. Anyway, Jerry came over about 6:00 and within 2-hours had a new water heater installed; he was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I would call on Jerry and Everybody's Plumbing again without hesitation.

Jerry did an awesome job on this! I just wish I had pictures ready for this review. He and his helper installed a new Kohler stainless 9” deep sink. The difference in depth made for a complex job, but the sink looks great and works wonderfully. I’m a repeat customer. Jerry has unclogged drains, installed toilets, replaced sinks and faucets for my home and my mother’s home. His prices have always been reasonable, and the quality of his work impeccable.

Ii spoke with Jerry about a leak and he advise me how to check for the problem. I did what he said and fixed the issue.

It went pretty good. Not always as punctual as he can be.

He had us call the city and they fix it, so that was good.

I had been without water for days, I was calling every phone # I could find. Most didn't answer or call back! Yes, it was the weekend... water being out doesn't care the day or time 🙈I called Everybodys Plumbing Company Inc. I spoke to Jerry, the owner himself. I told him what had occurred & what I had already tried. Jerry came out that same day! He did a complete check & took his time. Jerry was great! This is a rental property and my tenant was restrictive on the window of availability to repair the water heater. Jerry was prompt, arrived when he said he'd be there, checked the water heater first to make sure it was not able to be repaired, and then replaced it for me when it obviously wasn't. We will definitely use Everybody's Plumbing Company, Inc. again.

He was friendly and a sourced out the problem as well looked at others problem . he gave me advice on how to fix some things myself that other plumbers would charge to do . he also turned on my sink saw the water pressure wasn't right fixed that and also the clog in my sink for no extra charge .

My electric water heater was no longer fully heating my water. Using a home repair referral web site, I was put in touch with Everybodys Plumber. One of my first questions to Jerry Ward was whether he was on Angie’s list. “Yes.” I asked if he had a good rating. “No.” I discovered his rating was based on a single reference. He explained the incident to my satisfaction and I decided to give him a chance. He arrived with his assistant a couple of minutes early and immediately went into the attic to determine the scope of the problem. He retrieved his tools and the replacement parts he had brought, removed the top cover plate on the heater, and discovered that the reset switch had been tripped. He pushed the button, checked the temperature setting, had his assistant restore the power, and my problem was solved. He waited another 15 minutes to confirm that the water was heating. He made sure that I knew how to access the reset switch—“be sure to turn off the power before you unscrew the cover plate”—and advised that if it continued to happen, he’d replace the thermostat. He charged me a reduced rate for his service call. He was very personable throughout the appointment, and encouraged my interest in what he was doing. (I've had other service people who definitely preferred that I not look over their shoulder.) I'm a very satisfied customer.

We were not able to contract this plumber because of his lack of call back. He was supposed to be the subcontracted plumber on our bathroom remodel as well as, after discussion and estimate, fix a problem in our guest bath. There was a time issue on the secondary bath, which he was aware of. I spoke to him after the original meeting. The estimate was reasonable and he gave a military discount. At that time, he said to contact him when I had all the parts ready to install, as I was buying them online and he had already verified that what I was purchasing was correct. He also stated he understood we were under a time crunch for the guest bath. So I called and I waited....and waited...and waited. I finally complained to my remodel contractor and he contacted him directly to find out what the issue was. According to the remodeler, the response he got was "she only called me once." I didn't realize it required more than one contact to get a response. He then called me two days later and talked to me as if we had never spoken before. I ended the relationship at that point and hired another plumber for the remodel as well as for the second bathroom repairs.
