VERY satisfied with the work! Elio was professional, courteous and friendly. He came and gave a FREE estimate after assessing the problem. And when we agreed to allow him to complete the job he did it right then which was after 6:00pm. There were no extra charges for the late service. He completed the job in the same night, replacing approximately 67ft of underground pipe. He returned the next day to clean up and meet us to inspect the work to make sure we were completely satisfied. A few days later he returned when we called him to let him know the kitchen water pressure was low. He found the problem, which was dirt that had gotten in the pipe when the outside pipe broke. He unclogged the dirt at no extra charge. I will continue to use ER Rooter Inc. every time a plumbing issue arises and HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you ER Rooter Inc/Elio.

He was delayed by several hours,,,however he called to let me know,,once he arrived he was done within an hour. very good service.

The provider was very courteous and professional. I was unsure of whether I would be getting the work done but the provider made sure to go over all my options. I was appreciative of the time they took and the fact that I wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured into a service call. I would contact them again and if it turns out that I need this work performed I will use them.

Please see details above but the plumber charged 175.00 for 15 minutes and two hours later the repair broke and the plumber would not respond to emails via Angie's list and also to the companies website. The voice mail for the company stated over and over again the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber.

We highly recommend this company; they responded in minutes; called just before arrival; performed the job and cleaned up their work area. Everything went well. The job was completed within 30 mins.

ER-Rooter was sent to my house due to a slab leak. He immediately used up to date detection devices to locate the leak and then verified it with a small camera. He showed me the leak on the magnification screen. To fix he would need to pull the toilet and tear out my shower. He explained to me that another alternative would be to repipe the house which would bypass the problem and not have to tear out the shower. We already knew we needed to have the house repiped. He said you need to have the house repiped whether I do it or not. He gave us the price and all it included. After checking around and talking with others I went with ER-Rooter. He requested 30% of the money down and the remainder upon completion. He also gave me a 5 year labor warranty. Everyone else was 1 year. The day of the repipe, the owner and 2 employees went to work promptly at 7:15 am. By 3:15 p.m. the next day the job was complete except for closing up the holes in the walls where they had to cut. For that job he hires a sheet wall professional to do the job. The holes that were cut were repaired perfectly. The only thing we had to do was repaint the spots. They were left sanded and ready to paint. You cannot tell where the holes were. The workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves continually and hardly stopped to even take a drink. They used quality products and did not cut corners. All the pipes are covered in insulation. If there was any problem it would be my lack of understanding their Spanish accents. I am slightly hard of hearing. They were very patient with me and slowed down to explain and took me to show me exactly what they were talking about. My husband and I are very pleased with ER-Rooter and will recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again if needed.
