They did a good job. They came right out, gave me a bid and got to work. They got somebody out pretty quickly whereas the others did not return my calls or were not interested even though I had told them upfront that it was a small job. I also did a comparative bid on the work that Mike was doing and his bid was cheaper.

The job went off very well. They got the job done on time without any problem. The owner’s name is Michael. I would give them a 10 on 10. They came out and did the job for whatever they quoted me on the phone. They came and looked at what had to be done. These guys were professional. I didn’t have a problem with them working in my home. I talked to the guy and told him that I needed some fans installed, but I had never asked them if it was okay to get something more done or not. In fact, I asked them to do another thing for me and they did that without even charging me for it unlike other companies. When other people come out, they give a quote and they would say that it’s going to be more than the original quote. This guy’s price was even less than what he had quoted. They were very price competent. They were far better than what another company had quoted me for the same job. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Promptly arrived as scheduled and scoped the job elements requested then gave good input of recomendations for improvement to my intentions. Soon followed up with a professional cost estimate that was both thorough and gave a complete breakdown of all requested work. The proposal was both timely and sufficiently detailed. After serious consideration of my needs versus wants and budget versus costs, I decided to defer the improvements and the property has since changed hands. If I were to have proceeded Elite was one of the top two contenders.

Everything went as planned and I was charged exactly what I was quoted despite the fact that I believe he ruined his circular saw on this project. Morning of project owner call me to say he forgot to mention to me the night before that this project would produce a great deal of dust and for this reason he didn't send anyone out yet. I explained I was aware and already well prepared. He had someone at my house within 4 hour to complete the project. Gentleman arrive was professional and did the job as described.
