WOW! So impressed with this group of ladies! Everyone was so professional and detailed in their cleaning. They came out the same day I called and I was blown away by how great my house looked after. I will definitely be hiring this company again! Veronica, you’ve got a great group of women on your team! If I could give them 10 ⭐️, I would!

A five person team showed up and cleaned for over 2 hours from top to bottom. That was like 10 hours of cleaning! They did ceiling fans, cleaned all of my plantation shutters, remotes for the tv and more! ALL in addition to the normal cleaning that any housekeeper would do. The refrigerator looked brand new, oven was spotless and they even cleaned the baseboards and top of all window sills and trim. I was so impressed and the smell when they left was incredible. I could tell that they used natural products. What a treat! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely top notch...I cannot believe how thorough these guys are...I am thrilled....Every other cleaning service does a half *ss job, but this team does it all!!! They even did our front entry way and back porch. They moved the furniture around (even the cat tree) and cleaned the bottom of of chair legs s which have felt so they don't scratch the wooden floors....and they were full of cat and dog hair....We'll being using this team for as long as we're in Jacksonville. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Eco Diamond cleaning did a fairly decent job cleaning my apartment when I moved out, but they did miss details like the tops of the fans. They were able to clean on a Sunday, which was essential for me, but the price was $90 more than some of their competitors I looked at (I'm unsure if the day of the week affected the price). Overall, they weren't bad, but their price is a little steep.

They are meticulous about the actual cleaning but additionally they check for supplies I may need in the weekly rentals and they are careful to replenish anything needed. They also take the soiled linens off site and wash them each week, so I have no worries about doing laundry. They are basically a turnkey housekeeping service for vacation rental owners. Veronica, the owner, has even created her own line personal care products and she leaves them in baskets in each of the bathrooms. It's not surprising to see fresh fruit, flowers or some type of surprise when they have been there... or a towel folded in the shape of a dove! I am absolutely positive that the cleanliness of the units and the special care taken are two of the reasons I have return guests. I constantly get compliments on the pristine condition of the units from my weekly renters. Even if the guest arrive early, I'm proud to have Veronica and her team greet them because they are always polite, friendly and the Eco Diamond uniforms really show off their professionalism. She has even showed the property for me, to a potential guest, when I wasn't available. As far as my personal house goes... they come in when I'm out of town and when I return, it's amazing how fresh it smells, looks and again, she always leaves me a little treat of flowers, fruit or something she sees that I need. I can't say enough about this company and the team she uses. They are totally trustworthy and she has access to all of my properties. Veronica has never missed an appointment, never been late or EVER had an excuse for not doing what she promises. She is 110% reliable and has been since she began servicing my properties. This is priceless since I have guests checking in on a specific date and time and the property absolutely must be ready. Eco Diamond Cleaning is a perfect name because Veronica is an absolute GEM!
