My wife and I had Earthscapes rebuild a patio for us. They were always on time throughout the week unless it rained. Michael Serig was easy to work with. The removal of materials went well and materials removed from the property that we agreed on. Better yet, the estimated price was what we paid. The group of guys he uses work well together.

They were late in installation bit it looks great.

Project: new patio pavers, fire pit, retaining walls. Initial contact: Mike responded to contact, showed up at scheduled time, listened (& heard) my project â wantsâ & â needsâ , made appropriate suggestions. Crew showed up as scheduled, had overview by site boss, job boss & owner Mike. I was kept apprised of work schedule as project was done. Mike visited job site multiple times thus ensuring that work was done as scheduled & quality. Confirmed layout & design. Mike responded to all text and emails. Site required multiple grading solutions, working with existing established landscaping including a 100 year old oak tree. Mike ensured that all existing drains worked properly & installed additional drainage as needed. I asked that the project be completed by date certain in anticipation of a large party. Project completed in timely manner with sufficient time for party set up. Party ready! The Wow! factor received compliments as to layout, design, selection of stone, color of stone, size, placement & color of retaining walls, granite, size & stone color of fire pit. The engineers complemented as to slope, drainage & layout in relation to lot size. Surface of pavers worked well with toddlers, unsteady elderly. No slip, trip. All tables, chairs were even, no tipping. Young adults commented â perfect party placeâ . I definitely recommend Earthscapes, Mike.

Mike took care of permitting which included redesigning the drive to meet city requirements in order to obtain the permits. Once permitted, the work was finished quickly and the quality of the work is excellent.

Very disappointed, drive was poured, there were several areas that needed (and still do) fixed , I was promised on three different occasions someone would be here to complete the project. No-one showed up, no one called. I cancelled appointments to be here. Very disappointed.

I got a Notice to Owner from the materials supplier, which made me believe that Mike did not pay for the materials. I called Mike, and he said that he paid for the materials, before the job was finished. Her followed up for me and sent me a lien release, which had never been filed. GOOD JOB, and I would recommend him anytime to anyone.

Mike and his team did a fabulous job on installing the pavers in my driveway. Mike assisted with preparation of the homeowners association application. Eduardo, the project manager, is an absolute artist with the Bobcat. The crew worked tirelessly through rain and hot sun to provide an excellent installation finished on time. I would recommend Earthscapes to all.

Our new patio is a wonderful work of art and exactly as we envisioned and planned. Michael's crew was fast, professional and did a fantastic job.

Mike provided the best customer service of ANY professional we have ever hired. Although we were not home when the installation of our driveway pavers began, Mike took the initiate to send us photos of the work's progress, and throughout the job immediately responded to every phone call and text we sent. He was spot on with his recommendation as to which pavers would blend well with our existing brickface and house color, and his crew displayed quality workmanship. The job began even before the anticipated date and was completed in a short period of time. Their clean up was meticulous!. Working with owner was great! He went over and above to get job set up. Crew timely, courteous, did a lot of work in a short period of time while running into and quickly overcoming some unexpected obstacles. during deck demolition. Very happy with end results.
