EarthScapes Demo-d a large rotting composite deck for us and replaced it with a beautiful paver patio, built in seating- pit/table as well as a cedar trellis w lighting. It was significant project and was completed on time. Josh was in communication with us routinely and became our friend as the work progressed. We have had numerous compliments on the project and were proud to refer them to family who used EarthScapes for their own patio project. They were great.

Josh and Mike were extremely helpful in the initial process. Had multiple contracts that came out to provide an estimate and none of them compared to the estimate that was provided by Josh and Earthscapes. The estimate was very professional and was very easy to follow. Now the work by Marco and his team was nothing short of outstanding, the quality was outstanding as well. Thank you for a great back yard my family and grandkids will enjoy for years to come. David

They were the most responsive and reliable of all of the contractors we tried to hire. It may be due to the pandemic but it was not easy to get someone to respond but Home Advisor called me after numerous failed searches and put me in touch with Earthscapes and that was the key. They did a great job on the patio deck installation!

WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS INCOMPETENT BUNCH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! MILITARY DO NOT USE!!! We saved up for 2 years to have a brick patio done and got cheated out of our money and only got an ugly, uneven, sloppy job of a patio!!! For over 3 months now we have been trying to get these jerks to come back to fix the damages done to our yard! Countless unanswered calls nor return messages, 15+ emails (most unanswered), and photos sent and ignored. Patio looks like crap! Uneven and bricks just thrown down randomly. Workers came out and didnt even have the proper dimensions on the job. We had to play job site supervisors to workers who didnt speak English. Plus they showed up without even notifying us and walked into our backyard without knocking on the door first! My husband asked multiple times if they would put something down because they were tracking back and forth through our front lawn and they said they would and never did. Tore up our lawn, left rocks, chunks of bricks, dried concrete chunks and concrete dust all over our yard, cars, and side yard. Dried concrete on our city Water value and our neighbor s city water valve. Again, after multiple attempts to get them to come out and correct the messed up patio and destroyed lawn the so call owner Mike sent an email insulting us by asking if we would like $50 dollars to cleanup some rocks! And continuously repeated per the contract and Josh claiming my patio looked Great to him so Mike took his word over our word of a VERY unsatisfied customer! And as if that $50 bucks would even cover 1/10 of the cost we ended paying a landscaper who informed us the dried powder of the concrete soaked into the soil and damaged The grass and soil as well as the rocks that couldnt just be removed for $50 bucks, so it had to be ripped up and replaced! These jerks will cheat you out of your money, theyre unprofessional, and RUDE! We are now having to take this to our legal department on base. This is how they treated a military family!

Our project started off well during the planning and contract signing. Mike contacted us because he was ready to start early. I told him I didn't know if I could reschedule the electrician to lay the conduit any earlier. He told me that was no problem and that they would do it. I contacted Mike the night before the project was supposed to start because none of our sod had been removed and we had the termite company scheduled to come out first thing in the morning, per Earthscapes request. Mike told me it wouldn't be a problem, and they would have all the sod removed before the termite company came. That was not true. The termite company had to wait over an hour, and then finally ended up treating the areas they could because all of the sod was still not removed by the time he had to go to his next appointment. As the day continued, the crew that came to lay the papers were not aware of the details involved in the project. They did not know anything about the conduit, nor did they know about the french drain. They did not have the supplies required to do these two things, and only got them after I went outside to ask about it. The supplies that were delivered were both incorrect and inadequate to complete the job.They did not know they were supposed to be cutting a walkway and installing pavers in place, they did not know they were supposed to install pavers on both sides of the driveway. I was very thankful I was home and paying attention to what they were doing, so I could ensure our job was completed as agreed. At the end, our project looks good, but we are still having a very hard time communicating with Mike. He charged a clean up fee, and left our home a mess, including leaving a blue adhesive on the outside of our home. The irrigation system was not capped properly and is now causing water to come up through the pavers and wash away the sand. We have contacted Mike about this multiple times and he does not respond. Despite the fact that we have expressed our disappointment with the work completed, Mike has never offered an apology or even been out to our home to see the work that was completed. We have called and text multiple times, we have sent him pictures and videos of what was wrong and have received no response. We are now going to have to hire an irrigation company to come out and fix the sprinklers, so we can actually use the patio. We are in a new neighborhood and many of our neighbors are looking to install pavers. None of them are going to hire Earthscapes because they have seen the sand wash down our driveway, and the way they left our front yard and sprinkler heads above the ground. Overall, I would absolutely never work with this company again! The customer service and communication are horrible!

Lack of courtesy. Things promised where not done.

In addition to the workers getting cement dust all over my pool screen and my neighbors, they splashed cement on my Jeep without washing it off. I didn t notice until it dried.

We used Earthscapes to replace two small patios with one large paver patio in our back yard. The project manager, Josh, was amazing. At our initial consultation he anticipated potential drainage problems due to sloping of the yard and built in a solution, saving us many headaches and probably money in the future. They were very responsive and able accommodate adjustments in our plans. I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

The product/pavers are beautiful. The communication between myself and the project manager was not great. More detailed and precision with placing the sand to fill the cracks and placing down the final sealant was needed. Clean up could have been better.

An excellent customer with also excellent customer service. The Project Mgr, Josh Shaver, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

came earlier than then scheduled which was great! Finished front and back pavers in 1.5 days and took away the old remnants and cleaned up great! Would highly recommend them. Workmanship was uniform and well-designed.

Exceptional service and great price compared to all other companies I got quotes from. My paver patio was built within a week from receiving my quote. I would highly recommend Eartscapes to anyone! Michael and Josh were a pleasure to work with!
