By far the worst contractor I have ever used in Jacksonvile. On a $40K+ project at my house they only had a Foreman who coud speak Englsh at my house for one hour during the entire two week project. They under-quoted to finish my grill wall, and quite honestyly their management leaves a lot to be desired. "Buyer Beware!"

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Run! The company has been in a lawsuit with it's top employee and this has created a totally disfunctional company. The owner told me to my face "go ahead and sue me my wife is a lawyer. you'll have a bill and I won't." They refuse to honor their warranty. If I walked anyone through all the mistakes this company made during my project you wouldn't believe it. When I asked for them to fix their mistakes - they complained about me. One quick example - they installed the incorrect grout and when they tried to replace it they chipped 2 dozen tiles. When I asked them to fix this I was made out to be an unreasonable client. Shoddy, sloppy work, an owner who threatens clients with his lawyer wife, taking existing employees to court, and a company that ignores their warranty. What else do you need to know?

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!Stop!! Read! Earthscapes Design Build, LLC is the most unreliable, unprofessional, disrespectful company I’ve ever dealt with across all industries. I stated my expectation for a 4” base (Industry standard 4”-6” for patio pavers), on the day Josh (sales rep) quoted me as well as the day the work started. He did not object. On day 1 workers arrived at my house, did not ring my bell and proceeded to my back yard. Workers were not fluent in English so I had to get my Latino neighbor to communicate with them. I found out they intended to install a 2” base. Verbal contracts with this company mean squat! After day one of them working, I voiced my concern to Josh and the owner Mike about the job (2” base at my waterfront property, badly damaged pavers, discolored pavers). He assured me all issues would be resolved by end of job, “let my guys work”. Day two again workers arrived and did not come to front door, just walked to my back yard like they lived here. I came outside to greet them and give them water but besides that, I let them work undisturbed for the duration of the day as Josh requested. They left job without saying a word as they did on day one. No paver care information. No quality assurance; just nothing. When I inspected the pavers, all the concerns I voiced to Josh and the owner had occurred. Excess lippage on pavers, badly damaged pavers, my seating wall blocks were loose, trash left in yard on my grass. I immediately contacted the company to fix the issues. This was about a $9,000 job. He said someone would come by and fix immediately and the next day everyone was a no-show. I told them I took the day off from work and no one showed up to fix pavers or pick up trash like we discussed. No one called, no one responded. I took my family to the movies that same night, and when I returned, someone had come onto my property to retrieve the remaining stone and pick up the trash. I called Josh furious asking for the curtesy to call me before they send people onto my property; Especially since they were a no-show that day for repairs as promised. HE RAISED HIS VOICE AND CURSED AT ME! HE ALSO SAID THEY WOULD BE ON MY PROPERTY THE FOLLOWING DAY TO MAKE REPAIRS AFTER I ASKED HIM NOT TO SINCE I HAD TO WORK. I EXPLAINED I DIDN’T WANT ANYONE AT MY HOUSE SINCE I HAD MY KIDS HOME ALONE AS WELL AS I WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO CHECK THEIR QUALITY OF REPAIRS. HE STILL SAID HE DIDN’T CARE AND PLANNED ON SENDING WORKERS OVER TO MY HOUSE. I HAD TO THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS IF HE TRESPASSED ON MY PROPERTY WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! A few days later they sent one guy over, ill equipped to make the requested repairs. I had to loan him a hammer that he pummeled damaged pavers with to get them out for replacement. After he left, there were still uneven pavers, my seating wall stones were still not glued down, pavers were rocking, and the edge boundary was washing out. My girlfriend concerned they would come back and vandalize our property if we refused to pay (any businessman who curses at their clients are capable of anything) made me pay them the balance for the project against my will. As expected, it has been now 2 months since I’ve been trying to get them here to make repairs. They wont even respond now. I had to pay someone else to come and fix their work. SO MUCH FOR THAT PROMISED WARRANTY. I was respectful with the company, polite in my messages and undeserving of the quality/customer service/treatment I received. Terrible experience. I will NEVER, trust Angies List again. A rating, when they should have been an F! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The process was easy, happened quickly. Time frame, cost, and quality were delivered exactly as promised. I would use Earthscapes again. Easy group to work with and listened to what I wanted and delivered. Good attitude and very professional. Wonderful!!!!

Great!!! Mike explained different options of the flooring and the recycled granite pavers will be wonderful and kind to our earth. He explained the process and will definitely set this up once cooler out and my schedule allows. Would recommend!!!

well, the pavers are in place but they ignored the design we talked about. it seems the conversation I had with the head guy didn't get relayed to the crew so they made up there own design. the crew knocker over a decorative concrete block wall during demolition. the repair was shoddy. I had to redo it myself.

Workers were punctual, professional, and courteous. They arrived, did true job, let me know when they would return, and made sure I didn't have any questions.

The sidewalk is ver nice, but the installers snapped a cable line and damaged a pvc pipe while digging the ground despite precautions that were given to them prior to digging.

It was a pleasant experience and we are going to have it enlarged by Earthscape and then screened in.

Mike and his team were "Phenomenal"! We wanted an oval shaped patio to complement our backyard landscaping. Mike listened to my vision and created a beautiful patio and fire pit setting which we absolutely love! His team was both professional and courteous. As important, they were tidy and never left our yard without cleaning at the end of the day. My husband and I highly recommend Earthscapes, LLC!

Everything went as I hoped, very smoothly. The patio looks very pretty and complete. There is no way to tell where the old pavers meet the new pavers.

From the time to make the purchase to the work being done, everything was timely and looks great.

They completed the job in a few hours and it looks great!
