The team of Erich and Mark were easy to contact through Email or phone. I was initially very satisfied with the final product. However, the people actually performing the work were very careless. I emphasized that there were cables for the internet and tv in the ground along with an irrigation system. I even pulled up part on the cable to show them what to avoid when tilling the soil. I went in the house and in the next hour they were reporting to me that the cable was cut with a shovel. After the driveway pad was installed over the irrigation pipes, I noticed water gushing from under the paver pad upon operating the irrigation. A worker had also damaged an irrigation pipe with a shovel. I had to spend an additional $350 for an irrigation company to come out and repair. I then contacted Erich at Earthscape to request to return and reform the pavers where the water had displaced many of them. Someone came out while I was not home and replaced the pavers that were displaced, but it is not as level and it is not the same as was when originally installed. My advice is to remain outside and supervise the entire project yourself because the installers did not listen carefully and obviously committed many mistakes of which they were repeatedly warned before they started digging up the soil.

Earthscape Concepts came and pulled up some sod that needed to be replaced. It took them over a month to get out to my house. In July, they told me they would be out the next day to replace it. Now they refuse to answer my calls and have not fixed anything.
