Description of Work: After having our second slab leak we called Eagerton for a complete re-pipe. They sent a large crew since we'd been without water for a week getting estimates and knocked the job out in a single day. During the initial walk-through the process and proposed pipe routes were explained. They couldn't keep to everything due to the construction of the house but did they best they could. They managed to avoid having to deal with the marble tub so we didn't risk breaking the skirt. I'd certainly hire them again.

Description of Work: Everything went well. It turned out to be a larger job than I had hoped, but they were knowledgeable and got everything completed quickly. I had a garbage disposal installed and had to lower the drain line from my kitchen in the process.

Description of Work: Faulty repair caused over $10,000 in water damage. Eagerton offered to pay only half of my deductible and now says they will not pay unless my insurance company puts in writing that they will not go after Eagerton. A truly HORRIBLE first time Angie's List experience. DO NOT USE EAGERTON!

Description of Work: Eagerton charged $31.18 above the big deal price of $68.00. That additional charge covered the cost of parts supplied by Eagerton. Eagerton's plumber wouldn't use the parts I had purchased beforehand in Lowes. Eagerton fixed both toilets, and they have been functioning just fine for two months now.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen sink faucet. We got the faucet ourselves and had it ready for them. It took the guy 1.25 hours. We got a coupon through Angie's list worth 20% of 1 hour, @ $85/hour. we pre-paid $68 and paid an extra $22 at time of service. Fast, professional, clean job.
