Used Angie's list coupon for 1.75 hrs for $171. This is the second time we've gone with this company and we were very happy with the services provided this time as well. Although it's only been twice, it is very nice to have consistency in good quality service. Professional, on time, worked within the time limit and do not go over to charge for more money. Thanks again! Eagerton is my "go to" plumbing service. The reason I stick with them is because they have always been prepared for the job the first time (i.e. a one visit fix never becomes a two visit fix), and I've never seen them take longer than needed on a fix (I used to be an avid DIY guy, so I get cranky when a professional takes longer than I would).

My experience with this company was good. At the initial appointment, the tech did not have the part available in his truck, so he explained he needed to come back the next day. (I think my toilet is an older model which needed an uncommon part) I did not hear anything until late afternoon the next day. Another tech with the company came with the part. He did a good repair and explained he had these particular parts in his truck. The purchase was a special on Angie's List for a 30 minute plumbing service with a charge of eighteen dollars for the part. I am thankful to have the repair done. I would use this company again. The office was good to call me to say the tech was on his way both days. I was happy to get the call later that day and the repair completed. Both techs were very nice and professional. The only thing that may be a helpful suggestion, is that earlier in the day, getting a call from the company to let me know what was happening, may have eased my mind that the repair was not forgotten.

I had a sink that needed to be hooked up, NOT a tough task. Two supply lines and a P trap. I've done this before. The task should take no longer that 45 min. Their "plumber" was on site for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I received a call telling me it was missing parts. Then I was told that a pipe was broken in the wall. Strange however as the sink was working before they touched it. They however broke a pipe in the wall then did not take responsibility for it. The owner ( Tommy Clark ) Told me to: and I quote: " my guy did not do that" I then said that the Granite guy had pictures and that he did not do it. So what was my recourse? He then told me to " F**k Off " I told him that He was an idiot. He THEN told me " F**K YOU Very much and hung up the phone. These people are not professional. STAY AWAY at any costs. They tried to make money from a simple job that should have been easy.

They were very good; they gave me a senior discount. Price was a little high on the materials.

The tech was very nice and even met me at the hardware store to insure I had the correct parts needed. It took him about hours to replace the faucet and spigot and when he finished it was backwards. Hot water is on the right side now. Then told me this is how it was designed. Of course I know that is wrong but I was out of time! and money!

Repairman was prompt, fixed problem quickly, and price was reasonable. He also answered questions about an unrelated repair and we hired them to fix it as well at a later date.

Bruce came out and located the leak right away. It was a leaky seal in new type tower flush valve. He replaced the seal, and did the same in another toilet in the house even though it was not leaking.

Job was done very well, timely and reasonable.

Everything was fine except time of arrival. The appointment was for 9:00-9:30. At 10:30 no one had arrived or called. I called the company and was told my guy was busy with other customers and she would call when he was on his way. She called back at 11:45 and said he was on his way to my house. He did not arrive until nearly 1:00. Four hours late is not acceptable in my opinion.

It was a Sunday so we were happy that he was able to come out. All in all a good experience

The valve was broken and Glen it replaced and fixed the leaks.

The technician stated there was a blockage in the pipes outside of my home. So the technician dug up the grass and cleared pipes. A month later, the problems I was having before, continue to persist.

I was very happy with those people. They did an excellent job. Matter of fact, I'm using them on other properties that I have. So, I've spent a lot of money with them, give you an idea between January to March, I probably spent $10,000 with them. So, then I've spent another two with them after that. So, I've spent $12,000 with them this year. So, I'm real happy with Eagerton Plumbing. They're one of the oldest plumbers in Jacksonville, Florida. They've been in business almost a hundred years. Eagerton Plumbing is excellent, high marks across the board, no complaints whatsoever. It was a very competitive deal. I had prices ranging from $6,800 from one company. When I did further looking. The reviews were good on a site's listing, but when I looked where on a website and also a couple of other websites, they had bad reviews. So, I walked away from them. Then, I had them come back in and redo the drain lines also and that was like a little over $2,000. They did it in two phases. They did the rough in, in January is when they did the rough in. Then, they did the build in, in April. So, when I say the build out, that's when they installed the tubs, the toilets. Oh, by the way, they supplied all the fixtures. They put new tubs in.They did the rough out when we had the bathroom down to the stub. They did underneath the crawl space, all the piping as well as to each of the bathrooms and the kitchens. When we sealed all that up and got everything you know, built out and they installed the tubs and the toilets.I give them high marks, passed the inspection the first time. The inspector even said that they're one of the best plumbers in Jacksonville.The price was very competitive. I got four estimates and one was real high, one was real low. Then, two were right within a couple of hundred dollars of each other; really that's the way that it should be. That's what you look for. You're looking for that consistency there. A lot of the times people will low ball you to get the work and then they'll jack the price when they get on site. Then, you got others that's just like, we're the best we're going to charge you more than average market value. I consider them market value, they were fair on their price.Each time they came they had two people. The full repipe , I think it took them three days. They showed up when they said they would. They came in on budget, meaning they said they would do for the price they said they would do it. The last day they were there, the inspector came in 24 hours and it passed inspection the first time. That's a biggy; you don't see that often. They said they would be there by 8:30 in the morning and they were there at 8:30 in the morning. They called at 7:30 to let us know they were on their way. They were just very professional and explained to me what they were going to do. They ran into a couple of things. I was on site, so they told me this is the situation we've run into, this is what we're going to do to correct that. They advised me there would be no additional fee. They just wanted to let me know they were deviating from what they originally thought. They took care of everything, very professional and came in on budget. They came in at the time frame they said they would.

The same two individuals that came out in January, came out in March for the build out.

We originally weren't planning to replace that, but we found on the build out they found something. So, I went ahead and had them replace all that as well. That's by design; we're basically remodeling a house, so they can't do it all at one time. They did the rough in when the house was torn apart. Then, they do the build out. That's one of the last things that we do before we put the house on the market. We have them come in and put the toilets and the fixtures in. We just happened to stumble across the drain stuff and I went ahead and had them come back a third time to take care of that. It was two different individuals; it was a different plumber and plumber assistant that came out and took care of the drain.It took one day. I was given an estimate that said it would be in a range. It was until, they got under there to see exactly what the deal was. They said it could be this amount of money, but it would not exceed this amount. They had people bring the material that they needed from across town where their office is, so, they could stay underneath the house. They stayed all day until it was done, but they got the whole thing done. We still came in under that original range was that they gave me.

Everything was great. The representative was very nice. He worked efficiently and there was no mess!

The work took longer than I expected. I was particularly displeased, because the worker padded his time on top of taking too long to complete the tasks. When I called to complain, the office checked his time on his GPS and discovered that he had in fact worked less than he charged me for. However, when I asked for a refund, the lady on the phone acted like I was being petty. I was shocked. If I had discovered my employee was overbilling customers, I would have been embarrassed and gracious. I wouldn't have tried to embarrass the customer.

Got here on time. Got the job done quickly and well.

This was a wonderful transaction. I purchased the deal on the weekend. Early Monday morning they contacted me to set up an appointment. The appointment was set for Tuesday afternoon. Glenn called when he arrived as he was a few minutes early. He came in, looked at the job and proceeded to install the faucet. He was very informative and provided instructions and good advice on how to keep the faucet in prime operating condition. Very professional and informative, would definitely hire him again.

There were some complications, like our house has more than one main drain, so it took a lot longer than the plumber anticipated, but he did his very best to work quickly and he was very cognizant of the time and the price. He did his best to give us a fair deal. The main problem was solved and he helped with the slow drains in the rest of the house, though they may need further attention because it is an old house with little access to the pipes without knocking down walls. In the end he had to clean out our main drain which had a lot of sludge from the disposal.
