I was at work during the scheduled service, however, my son-in-law was very complementary of the Eagerton Plumbing employee. My son-in-law couldn't remember his name and I couldn't read it on the receipt, but he was a few minutes early and was very professional. He communicated with my son-in-law every step of the way and answered any questions thoroughly. He installed the new faucet that I bought and was done in an hour. I have used the faucet for the last few days with no issues.

Great. Checked out the drain and fixed problem. Also suggested ways to help drain issue for the future.

The response time, punctuality and service was excellent.

Wayne & Travis arrived early due to finishing a job near by and was able to come out right away. They were professional, polite, knowledgable! Gave me information (tips) to be sure that we don’t have issues in the future. The office was also great on getting someone out as soon as possible and making the payment was easy to do over the phone. I spoke with other company in our area and they wouldn’t be able to come out to repair for another 2 days. Great company to work with, I will contact them if anything else needs to be done!!!!

First plumber they sent couldn't figure out how to find the well to shut if off. Second one took the time to follow the pipes from the aerator back to the well.

Glen was wonderful. He was nice and did a great job!

It was a tricky and challenging job as access was restricted and it required a lot of work. The Eagerton plumber was on time, polite and was able to get it done at a reasonable price. I will use them again..

Plumber #31 was excellent. He was honest and knowledgeable!!! I have recommended this company to several people. I will definitely use Eagerton Plumbing again when needed!!!

Had called them for a garden tub faucet leak in addition to kitchen items. The leak stopped before they came out. He looked at it, but will probably have to come back. Don't think this is an easy job as the tub panels are covered with marble. Kitchen faucet and disposal seem fine so far. This was labor and misc parts only I had my own faucet and disposal.

I'm giving this company an A rating because of the way they handled my complaint about their add-on charge. Also, everything else went fine - timely, nice young man, quick fix. What made me mad was that on top of the $98 per hour (average), I was charged $3 for the disposable gloves that the plumber used. VERY PETTY! When I called this morning and asked the rate, I was told $98/hour plus materials. I don't consider disposable gloves "materials". It's like buying a fountain drink for and then getting charged extra for the cup, lid and straw. The fix only took about 15 minutes, but I was still charged for the full hour. I called the office and complained about the charge and said I would never use the company again. I got an apology and was told that my complaint would be "passed on to the powers that be. BIG SURPRISE! Just a few minutes later a woman called me and said they would only charge me the hourly rate and on top of that, she agreed to give me the $10 off first time customer coupon that I forgot to use. GREAT RESPONSE!

Plumber showed up same day and on time. Repairs were made quickly and no time was wasted. Will hire again !

Very satisfied with job and professionalism of employees

Replaced the valve, cut the drywall to see if the leak was elsewhere as well.

They have done minor plumbing jobs for me and 1 major project repairing my swimming pool lines after a tree removal company ripped them out. They have done an excellent job at everything they have done for me. They did the pool pipes when know one else would.

I was unable to remove the faucet cartridge due to the age of the faucet and calcium buildup. The Eagerton team was on-time and completed the repair in no time. .

Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Had everything fixed quickly and completely. As always, office staff is polite, understanding and accommodating.

They did a great job. They were polite, professional, and were prompt. They were flexible with getting out here and they called me when they were on their way. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Appointment was set for noon with my wife. At 1 pm, after no word from the plumber, my wife calls the main number. The lady who answers the phone was rude and very unprofessional. They tell her that they're busy today and "someone" will be out there soon. No name, just "someone"... Turns out "soon" was 5pm. It takes the guy over 3 hours to do the install, all while he's charging by the hour. He finally finishes and TRIES TO CHARGE MY WIFE EXTRA FOR AFTER HOURS TIME!! To top it off, they couldn't take debit cards at the point of sale, so the talks my wife into writing down her debit card number and he takes it with him to "run back at the office". I now have to go down to the bank and cancel that card for fear of theft. These guys totally took advantage of a female customer. They gave the cheapest quote, then tried to rip her off. Probably way overcharged her. Shop around. Find someone else.

have to give a huge shout out to Bruce!! I so appreciate honesty, good customer service, and excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eagerton Plumbing Co. Inc. and ask for Bruce--especially if you are looking for a professional gentleman who does quality work.

Price jumped from around $50 dollars to $90 dollars. Had a coupon for services but plumber did not ask if I had one.

Find a different company! Unfortunately our experience with Eagerton Plumbing was negative. Our plumber didn't bring the correct tools (which extended job time), broke a pipe (which extended job time), and then our permit was delayed! We understand things do not always go the way planned – however this is unacceptable! Disappointed customer

They were excellent! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
